As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not responded or performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to un-archive it.

I checked this one the other day while we were at the park.
I am still waiting for the "Sign" to be replaced so I can reinstate this cache.

I have removed the cache from the location as the main part of the sign is gone (as per previous log) and it is clearly visable for anyone to muggle it.
Also it seems that there is work being done on this sign as the base has been dug out to get ready for a concrete base to be put in so i will keep an eye on the location and replace the cache when there is not so much happening at GZ.

#16 for CoopsNZ, visiting from Wellington. An easy find though, as the info board is missing - perhaps blown away... Cache clearly visible...
A quick grab while we gathered information at nearby waypoints for the giant Matua multi. A great way to see the area, TFTC
A nice quick find. Able to retrieve and replace between dog and child-walking muggles.
Interesting historic information here.

A quick find because of the helpful hint. Smoothed the log out and rerolled as it had been fitted back with some difficulty. We now realise these caches have recently been found by a group of children trying out geocaching- that's great!

At last, after frustrating walk through major reconstruction works, a find! Love the visible/invisible ones.....TFTC. SL
What a nice walk/cycle way. I wish I was able to stay in Tauranga longer so that I could explore it and others here. Thanks for the cache.
In the area supporting Grandson who was playing hockey for Pukekohe Intermediate at the AIMS hockey competition. Great effort Pukekohe to come 4th out of 28 schools in the event. Walked to the summit and round the bottom of the mount. TFTC
'31 Days of Geocaching' Day 26: Mrs NZK was doing another 12hr shift so it was me on my own to keep the finds going. An easy to find cache but had to wait for muggle free time to retrieve and replace. Thanks for the placement. I signed the last line on the printed side of the log sheet.
Good quick find on day 3 of the August challenge. TFTC great spot

good to get down here, gate was locked in fergie park,so walked around the whole loop to collect all 6 fergie cache and collect the few remaining signs of times we have outstanding.
Our mission today is to clear as many of those little green boxes off our map of Otumoetai and Matua. Here we are again in Ferguson Park and it is still raining. It is a nice park and we may bring the boat over and use the ramp, to go fishing.
Thanks Flippaduck.
