Had a good look around here in up under below.
the site had been burnt and some great regrowth around the base of the burnt trees,
but no sign of cache. Needs a check up or time to go?
Thanks for the challenge RedLeggies
will place on the watch list and return asap!

This cache has been temporarily disabled due to a recent fire in the area. An extensive area of farmland has been burnt out and poses a potential risk to public safety. For safety reasons, visitors should keep clear of all areas that have been affected. See updates at http://www.cfs.sa.gov.au/site/warnings_and_incidents/pinery_fire_information.jsp
We were a little hesitant as there were many 'did not find' logs but once owner confirmed it was there we decided to have a go.
When you get out of the "usual spot" mind frame, then you will have better luck finding this, after a little while searching the obvious spots, it was right under us.

Thanks for this find - walked past this spot many times while searching. Found with mkmc
As previous log suggest, had a good look around today after making it through the wet road but there has been some trimming and grass really over grow, Co may want to check to see if still there. Will come back to when is checked and is there.
With several pairs of eyes could not locate, im either blind or its gone. Looks like there has been some trimming in the area and grass is growing well.
I looked but to no avail
There has been considerable trimming with a chainsaw around GZ recently?
Next visit perhaps!

GZ was easy to spot and the geotrails gave away
the final hiding spot but all I found here was an
empty wine bottle. I'll try again another day.

Still leisurely touring South Australia after the Mega
After being forced to move to Nuriootpa with car problems and having had such awful weather. But today was a magnificent Winters day. Pretty sure it was the most sunny day we have had for a month.
Headed off to make a few finds before we are restricted to 'pedal' power until the geocruiser is all fixed up.

Tried to get to this in a 2WD not a good move so resolved to come back another day, fortunately made it back out of this dry weather only road, car needs a good wash though gŕrrrrrrrr
Tonight we are heading back the Barrossa with earthlight and the x trailers to get some more caches through this great area, i really enjoy caching this area with its ease of access from one cache to another, it will be a shame once i clean the area out, this one had us going for ages, we checked every where, expanded the search area and no cache to be found so we called a DNF on it, hopped in the car and as we turned around we said lets give it one more shot.......sure enough it was found at GZ, pretty sneaky hide this one. TFTC
Tftc... watch put for spikes on bush.. copped one in my jeans on the front then one in my foot straight through shoe
Good trip out gecaching today - thankfully there has been little rain so we could safely get to the cache. [^]

I think our resolution this year might be to hide a few of the caches we've had prepared for some time but haven't gotten out to place yet! TFTC
What a fun day this one was! 35 smileys including 2 FTFs while out with Dennisc52 and earthlight for a fantastic day.
We had planned to get to Clare to locus caches but instead we found ourselves at Kapunda and Eudunda
Such is geocaching
Now this one did have us looking for a little while, especially since we made the mistake that many other teams also seem to have made
However a find was made and a smiley earned through sheer resolution to not leave until the cache was found!

Found during a day of caching with locus_cache and Earthlight, and having a good time in Harry, despite losing a headlamp to a wayward Kangaroo. Sneaky! TNLN. TFTC.

Found within one metre of where gps wanted us, only after we looked everywhere else first, don't ya hate that!
If any consolation, my Bestie (the FTFr) had me looking elsewhere too!

Wow what a day.
We completed the NXY, APM, WH and TdF powertrails in one power caching day.
Appreciate all the caches we found today and enjoyed them all.

Another of the local caches that we choose to take a long walk to as a Honda Goldwing is not an offroad bike. We have taken it on plenty lately but some just don't say bike friendly. TNLN TFTC
We seemed to take the long way round to get this one! Easy find on getting to the GZ with mogni and AussieM&M. Thanks RedLeggies for the hide!
Working my way to 2000 cache finds. Out on a day trip with CPwanderer and Aussie M & M.
Thanks RedLeggies for another great cache

Hmmm, the GPSr, mine had us drive the long way, however my resolution is to listen to CP's directions whenever I cache with him....Only with road directions though. Mogni and I find the caches faster, lol....
Good hide! Looked in all the wrong places first! Took travel bug and left bubble bath. TFTC
We hadn't read the logs so promptly followed old geotrails into the prickly plants and barb wire. After a quick look, Mrs TiedyeSmileys stepped a bit away while Mr TiedyeSmileys read some logs, she then spotted the cache right where she was.

A fun time was not had here.
Pants got torn on the barbed wire. Arms go scratched on the bushes. Sour sobs everywhere. And I got a dnf.
Getting depressed, 3rd dnf in a row. And a regular!!!!

Slippery road into this cache. Must clean the mud off my footwear. Thanks Redleggies for the cache.
Widened the search for this one after placing the GPS on the ground to settle.
Spent about 10 minutes searching quite a large area without any luck.
Yep you guessed it, Roger found this one within a metre of my GPS.
It was so simple it's scary.
Thanks for your caches in this area RedLeggies, we had a great day.

Nice find but I was a little worried that I might be in a little trouble with the little beast but all was good. TFTC TTBLTB
It took us ages to find this one, as we checked all the good-looking hiding spots first. Then we found it hidden in a rather unlikely spot. Left a TB. TFTC.
Took us a little while to spot the cache. Maybe our resolution should be "do at least a cache a day to keep the doctor away" Thanks Redleggies
Fourth of four for the day. Found after looking every where else! Around the tree, under the tree, up the tree. Step back "Oh there it is." Thanks!
Mudsurfed our way to GZ .. after ignoring the warning about dry weather access! Will not do that again. Oh yeah, also got a lot of mid-size bull ants up my trouser leg. Caching fun! Our resolution is to HEED WARNINGS from now on.
A nice spot, there were some wedge-tail eagles being harassed by magpies overhead.
Thanks for the cache RedLeggies.

Wasnt sure where the road entry would be to this one.
I must have made an interesting sight doing a circle out on that main road when I realised that road probably headed where I needed to go.
Managed to spike my leg looking for this one
