WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 52 - Bunbury Day 4. After a day trip away yesterday and a night of rain , I had a day of caching around Bunbury in mind today. I started with an eScooter trip into town to do some Labs and a few remaining city caches. After that it was into the car and out into the now very sunny day to cache to the South West, including a few busy retail areas that may be difficult on work days. I enjoyed the lake and saw some more beaches before a few short hill climbs. .On a quiet Sunday morning, this turned into a quick drive by without the locals being here to watch. Thanks for the cache dimor47768.3 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2013 Pirate Wheel A#265**Albida**
Quick grab by Paige as we stopped for this one. Nice spot .Signed log and replaced as found. Tftc.MM
Because of Herbie we have visited numerous car related places, and this one I particular we have visited twice. On a previous visit we were parked across the road, ready and willing to look for the cache, but we held off because of a security guard that was hanging around the entrance to the establishment. We sighed and drove off at that time.Today, after quite a bit of time had elapsed, we were on another geocaching jaunt and we looked in the direction of this cache for our options of geocaches to loom for.Like last time we approached and parked very close by. Like last time we looked towards the GZ and wondered where the cache may be. Unlike last time there was no security guard.Out we jumped and headed over. We looked at the range of potential hiding spots and thought one more likely than the rest. We headed that way, but stuck cast our sight all around while doing so in case we were wrong. But no sooner had we stepped up to the place in question did we get confirmation that the cache was there. The cache was extracted and taken a few steps away for the signing duties. There was more room in this log than the last so we could write our full signature. The cache was back as quickly as it was found and we again cast our thoughts towards the next cache on our horizon. We must thank dimor for both our first and now our second cache of the day.
Sneaky baffle very sneaky a great hiding spot! hollowfrog gets credit for it. Tftf

Day 5 of WAGB22 week, monster day driving down to Boyanup for FTF, then cleaned up the last of caches in Donnybrook before heading to outer Bunbury, Eaton and Australind.
The highlight was the 16km ride down the peninsula before the Welcome to Bunbury event.
Why stop there, out to Dalyellup and inner City Bunbury. Today totalled 95 finds, 9 FTF and 5 DNF’s.
Thanks to all the cache owners and sorry about the generic text.

In Bunbury and Collie for WAGB2022! A massive weekend of caching and catching up with friends. A big thank you to all the COs that have placed caches for this weekend, as well as COs maintained by existing listings. You have made this weekend what it is! Apologies for the generic logs. Cheers dimor!
Out with Rach2 on a maintenance run. Cache was looking a little worse for wear so have replaced it with a new one

The jinta mob has been a bit lacking in cache finds lately so Mrs jinta decided that a weekend away was in order to try and grab a few caches while exploring this area! We camped in Bunbury and headed away nice and early to grab a few caches around town and had an absolute blast collecting caches this weekend. Fave points will be awarded when deserved, thanks for putting this cache out. Cheers and TFTC.

Eliminated my first guess quickly then had the cache in hand. The camo is an ant nest so cache in hand meant I had twenty ants in hand too. The cache is perfect. TFTC.

I have come back to see if I can find this mint tin. This time during the daytime. I have searched every where a magnetic mint tin can be around GZ. Can CO confirm if it is still in play
My second dnf tonight. It must have been cleverly hidden as I had searched high and low for it during closing hours.
On a day trip caching in Bunbury and Fussbit took me to this cache she had already done previously on another trip. It was after hours on the weekend so no one around. I didn't take too long to work out where it might be. I thought it only fitting to drop one of my license plate tags with tb number on it into the cache for the next cacher. TFTC baffle, now I wish to do the others in the series, another day trip!
Third time lucky. Sometimes, you have just got to change your point of view. Thanks for a good mystery
Down in Bunbury for Christmas for a week with the geofamily so decided a few caches were in order.

TFTC! Out for a weekend caching run to Bunbury with Cravo10 and ItsKate to complete the South West Highway trail, some Moneybox caches in Capel and of course as many others along the way. Thanks
