### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there peterbm,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Found it after looking further around GZ. Was sitting in open on grass with lid off. Replaced at GZ. Needs repairs, full of black mould or flood mud.

Used to the location being full of people at the nut festival so this was a very peaceful outing to find this cache - spent a bit of time on hands and knees then rechecked my GPS and moved along a bit and there it was! Easy as! TFTC - contents quite damp from the recent rains.
#95 You need to get good reception otherwise it will continue to play up so find good reception close to area.
I recommend looking very low!
One of the hardest Caches I have ever done so look very very hard!
It was staring at me the whole time little did I know.

Today was day nine of our Beechworth and Bright holiday (take two, post the very disappointing escape from Victoria Covid of 2020).
Today was an easy day - we went for a ride up to Wendi-something, explored the old gold mining area and the Chinese history, then we headed up to Mt Porepunkah in the car for a look around this afternoon.
This was the second cache, and we spotted the very impressive gz from across the oval. Once we headed around we quickly located the cache and signed the log.
Thanks for the cache peterbm

Rex and I headed to Wandiligong to catch up with a former work colleague[^]
By the time we got there, everyone had a late lunch as it was about 3pm and I had only stopped for 1 cache find[?]
After lunch, I took Carolin and her sister Helen out to find the traditional cache at the Big Trees[^] then we dropped Helen back at the house[^] while Carolin and I went back out to find the Chinese swing bridge multi[^]
Once we dropped Carolin back, Rex and I found 4 more caches for the total of 7 finds today.
We then slept at the Snowy Creek Picnic Ground[^][|)] close to a cache that I had found in April 2015
I'd spoken of geocaching to Carolin so often and had told her about this cache in Wandi so it was lovely to be able to come here with her[:X] and Helen[:X] and make this find[^][:X]
As well as hearing how the community are working around the area to make improvements![^][:X][^]

We found it!
This was our second attempt but after a bit of looking around, we found it.
GPS location is accurate (if you can get phone reception).
Beautiful oval, trees and playground

We discovered this park while looking for toilets! After finishing an earlier cache in the township we returned to this location. I found a shady way to approach the cache, as it was very hot. The walking trail provided a small bridge over a gully and track to shorten the walk for me. Locating the cache was pretty easy due to accurate coordinates. The cache and contents are in good condition.
I am out bike riding with the hubby for a beer at the pub up the road. Great ride and great beer. Thanks for placing
The OSHFAM clan are up here enjoying the peace and serenity away from the bustling city in what we now call our 2nd hone - Porepunkah.
We just finished a nice lunch at the local Wandi Pub and driving back to have a swim in the river. But ofcourse on the way a cache was to be found and this one seemed easy enough to get to.
No one wanted to get out of the comfort of the air conditioned car so it was up to me to wander across and find it. I didn’t pick the best walking attire for here wearing my flip flops.
A quick find was made. The container whilst old is holding up well considering some of the changing weather conditions/seasons in the area. The logbook is also holding up well, it’s dry but signs of mould evident. Still a good amount of blank space left to sign. I cleared out some of the rubbish left in it too.
There were some nice little tiny bush berries growing nearby.
Thank you for the cache here peterbm

Nice quick find with a couple of hours to myself to clean out caches in Bright before dinner with my muggle friends. Cache found quickly. TFTC
Spent a while looking but going on previous logs I guess it’s been muggled. A wombat has been busy in the area in more ways than one!
We searched for almost an hour and couldn't find it.
Searched at the GPS location and also used some of the photo hints...
Maybe it's because we're new to GC!
Lucky it was a beautiful spot to be walking around!

Grabbed this one after a mighty steak at the nearby establishment. Then it was time to head back to camp for a well earned rest.

Found whilst visiting from Perth WA. Log book is extremely wet and cache container needs replacing. Cache is not were I anticpated.
Continuing our Victorian rail trails tour with fellow Cool Riding friends. We headed out from Omeo to find ‘Omeo - Angus MacMillan’ and inspect the near by gold diggings. This is the third Angus MacMillian cache I have found. A pioneer that I did not know of until the first cache in Avon. TFTC and the information on Angus.
From the old gold fields we headed up the Great Alpine road to find the cache ‘View over east alps’ and take in the view of the Omeo Valley.
Lunch at Mt Hotham and then down to Bright for a ride out to the pretty village of Wandiligong and the Cache Wandicus Alpinicus Giganticus.
Thanks For the Caches enjoyed them all.

Visited looking for missing travel bugs : Percy the Penguin and Signal the Frog Travel Tag which are supposed to have been dropped into the cache in Bright called SPLASH. They are missing, and I thought I might check here. No, not here....
Needs new container
Needs new container
Still there. Coords were pretty good. Container might need replacing some day. Tftc.
Coordinates were nowhere near any of the really big trees. We must be missing something...
With a 40+ day on the cards, we decided to get out of our holiday accommodation in Bright early and get in some activity before the heat hit in full and we retreated (like the rest of Bright) to the river!
A nice walk along the river here with a chance for the dog to have a bit of a splash, and took in some local history. Then returned to the car near here and a short wander over to the cache, which was quickly found.

Walking back from Wandie pub to Bright, geogirlfriend, geodog and I wandered back along the creek. Lovely little spot with a couple of muggles around. AFL grand final day, so most were nestled around a screen. Thanks for the hide!
Stayed in Bright for the night before starting the Murray to Mountains rail trail. This was my first cache while down here. What such big trees you have. A quick find TFTC
Found on a gorgeous winter morning. Cache needs maintenance as the lid no longer shuts properly. TFTC

The Lone Random and Southern Phoenix got married in Wandiligong last night! Feeling a little scratchy this morning, I decided to go for a morning walk. The walking track that led the 500m to this cache was right across the road from out AirBnB! Thanks for the cache peterbm.
