The GPS was pointing right to the middle of the road. Couldn't be arsed to go poking around everywhere without a better clue. It was cold & rainy! Ahh well, hope the next searcher finds it
Had been doing the nearby fish geoart puzzle series caches with Net61 and Jag50. Came here too, and a quick find was made!
Last Time we have the chance to have a nice swim and we feel reale refreshed. After this swim we need to find this Cache. Best wishes from germany and thanks for the cache.
Currently on a Northland road trip and picking up some geocaches along the way. Today were picking up some caches around Karikari Peninsula. I was after the nearby puzzle cache here so this one was a bonus! Great spot, TFTC
GPS jumping around but easy find in obvious place. Fabulous CocaCola lake nearby & freedom camping tftc
3:52PM popped by to check after a few DNFs and yes it had gone missing. Ive replaced it in the same place. Happy finding. Cheers M+S [:0)]
Found a good spot for it, where it would actually be in side some thing. But alas, no luck.
Nice quick easy find after navigating the unmaintained drive to get to the lake.
Lake nice and colalike

Everything's pretty wet after all the rain recently, but I managed to find it, only getting a soggy arm.
Now to go park up by the beach. Such a shame the weather's so yuk!
Thanks for putting this here

On a great day out exploring the Karikari Peninsula and visiting Coca Cola Lake. Very little signage but well worth finding, especially as the sea is not swim friendly as we await Cyclone Cody. The water is an amazing colour and so warm. TFTC
QEF after afternoon swimming in Coca-Cola! TFTC (Found and signed with PhilBirdBoys but forgot to log on the day as we were having such a great day!)
QEF after afternoon swimming in Coca-Cola! GPS initially pointed to a much larger area of plant that I was NOT going to enter! As I walked away the GPS continued to count down until I was at a much smaller clump and the cache was easy to retrieve without scratches. SL TNLN TFTC
Disabling due to Level 3 Covid-19 lockdown in Northland.

Wow! Such a nice spot, looked for ages. Even looked in the toilet lol. Didn’t even think to use the gps at the start, but when we used it lead us to the cache straight away.
We weren't as brave as previous logger who went for a dip, but found the cache in its cute container.
cool hiding spot! found after a splash the (very cold) coco cola lake!! tftc - epl
On our caching journey up to the north with ABCDF4 to sort out a few more caches and a couple of series, many miles driven over many days and many caches found, not to many Dnfs
but lovely weather, Thanks to all the cache owners for the placements

Also up here on holiday from Nelson. One of the most stunning areas of NX here. Also dodged the toilet paper. TFTC
Thought this was going to be in a out of the way place and hard to find , easy tftc
We are on our summer holiday, we usually take a few weeks and travel around the South Island, but this year we are heading around the North Island. Heading up the West coast and back down the East coast. Finding only a select few caches along the way, we are mostly targeting some challenges we have qualified for, some large size caches, some that fill gaps in our date placed grid, a few D/T combinations, some with lots of favourite points, letterboxes and anything else that grabs our fancy.
I had a fall earlier in the week so I was now pretty much out of action with a very sore and swelling ankle, so I am only going to help find the nearby caches and gk is going to find any of the caches that require more of a walk. After spending time at the Te Kuiti medical / hospital centre my sprain has turned into a fracture and I am in a moon boot and told to keep weight off my leg.
We thought we might go for a swim here, but I tend to like to see what is in the water around me and the water here was a bit like tea, so I decided to pass, even though there were heaps of people in the water.
The cache was not where we expected it to be but GK found it just the same.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

With the mega being postponed a plan was hatched for some of the Team SEAC crew to head north for some fun. Today was day 2 and the Karikari Peninsula was eyed up as the target area.
With so many muggles on the beach below we all agreed stealth mode was needed and for the first time on the trip actually managed to keep our voices down and loud laughter to a minimum.
Didn't take long to find.
Thanks for the cache.

Great day out with friends from Auckland for the long weekend. Day 2 of our trip. Sorry for logs been generic. All logs signed as SEAC.
Lagoon was very popular on this sunny hot day so we had to be quite stealthy. Signed as team seac.TFTC!
Day two of our visit the the Far North ...... a group of cachers from Auckland, signing in as Team 'SEAC' to save logbook space......
Caching reasonably local today as we were based in Cable Bay.....headed up the peninsula in search of new territory and caches none of us had ventured to before....
Thanks to the CO's for bringing us to these stunning locations we would probably not visit.
TFTC.

Out with Team SEAC on a long weekend raid of the upper north island. We spent the 2nd day catching around the Karikari Peninsula. Reading the logs provided enough info to head straight to the GZ. A short search revealed the container. TFTC.
Wow what a cool spot this is. Will have to come back again and stay! A great hide too. Went round in circles for awhile but got there eventually. The cache is bone dry which was a surprise given the location. Thanks for bringing me here
Went in circles for a bit following g geotrails until realizing GZ was across the road. Quick fi d then. Tftc
Great little find in a beautiful location. Cunningly hidden. We left a domino and a chuckle at the tin container inside the main cache. Thanks for bringing us here! We drive past the spot without a second glance last night, so glad that you brought us back for a closer look!
Disabling our caches until the level 4 lockdown period for the Covid-19 virus is finished.
No found logs will be accepted during this time.
Stay safe, stay home & stay healthy.

On our way to Cap Reinga, we stopped at the Coca Cola lake.
