TFTC! Couldn’t sign log because it was drenched! didn’t have one to replace it with
Stopped off to do a bit of geocaching on my way back from my grandson's soccer match. They won 5.0 and he scored a hattrick! So a good morning and a nice stroll here to GZ where a quick find was made. The cache is damp and the olive oil gone! Though you can still see the remains! TFTC.
This evening Davidwazza and I made a last minute decision to go out and get a few caches making our way from the south to the north.
Walking back to the car we detoured via this one, Davidwazza made the quick find here. The cache and contents are all good.

This evening, gridge98 and I headed up to Greenhill for a solved puzzle, and then returned back north towards Para Hills for a few geocaches that neither of us had jointly found. A nice sunny evening to be out and about.
After finding a nearby puzzle cache, we detoured past here, and made a reasonably quick find. Some nice views from here overlooking surrounding suburbs. There was some water inside the cache container, but the logbook was dry and in good shape. Thanks Team Jansons for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

After a morning walk with the family mumma bear decided to climb up the hill for the find thanks for the caché
Interesting spot, great view of Parafield Bunnings! Thanks for the cache, and thanks also Kayche for the new container.
Found It!
A nice little walk here and a quick find. Quite an impressive view from up here to!

I replaced this lidless cache. Log all good, thanks to lack of rain (one positive).
Wow, what a trek. And I definitely came to GZ from the wrong direction.
TFTC and the exercise!

TFTC and the exercise!
After I decided to get a bit of exercise and grab some caches.
My approach to GZ was a little unorthodox but made it up there with a bit of huffing and puffing. Quick find in the end.
As previously reported, cache lid is missing. Just The McDonald’s cup is keeping it dry.
Thanks for the cache.

A pleasant lunchtime walk with a scenic view brought me to GZ. Although the log is starting to fall apart it was signed. TFTC
Cache lid was smashed, probably when the olive tree got cut down. I've put a maccas cup on top of it until the lid gets replaced
found in the middle of a 14.25 hour shift. Needed a break legally and just to stretch the legs. Short walk down the hill and a quick find. Signed with pen as stamp was in the car back at the depot. Not bad views on the walk down.
A nice easy find, even at night time.
Thanks for the cache Team Jansons. Found on 10 May 2017 at 11:05 pm. Find #4684.

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Cache for the day required, and the weather forecast was for a hot day, so decided that it would be wise to get it while the weather was nice and cool. Had done some research and worked out the best place to park and made the detour in, and parked as planned. Then began the trek to GZ. Nice and cool and muggle free, it was a pleasant walk. Reached GZ and dozens of hiding places presented themselves. GPS bumped me around a bit but soon honed in on the spot and after a short search, located a cache, extracted a battered but usable log, signed and reassembled and then replaced. Then a nice satisfied walk back to the car to head into work for the day.

The Para-Nine series was providing an entertaining morning of bike riding and walking today
It was apparent that this cache was a little further into the scenery than most !!
I started my journey from an access point along Yulinda Terrace
This is probably one of the spots referred to in the cache notes as being in the wrong direction
I rode across the olde dam wall,
Then uphill along a fire trail.
I could see where GZ was,
But there was still work to do to get there !!
Back tracking a bit,
I found a short cut to the bottom.
Another steep ride up a fire trail.
A walk through the olives and long grass ...
... ta da !! A cache
Nice view too !!
A good spot to sit in the shade,
and have a fizzy cola to celebrate
I left "K&J's first bug" TB in the cache.

Found for the second time out in the clear, someone didn't put it back. BFam boys found it.
Wow this was a long trek but well worth it. Got to the gz, found the cache but didnt have my pen. Pencil in cache is blunt beyond use. Took a photo to show that I found it.
I went for a wonder to find a cache the day was sunny the temperature was 29°. As I was walking towards GZ I thought to myself I would never have walked through here if it wasn't for the hunger of another smiley, the scenery is beautiful. location of the cache is wonderful.

I found a dead magpie on my venture there. I left my Coopers longneck as a tribute to his/her life and as always, left a Coopers Sparkling Ale bottle cap in the cache.

Found second one of the list good hiding spot hard to find if not acting like a four legged animal
[Red]I apologise for the late log... Problems with GSAK and crashed computer...[/Red]
[green]Find #6152[/green]...
Found this while House Sitting in Virginia...
Decided to head out and grab some caches with SA Sewer Rats , Blackadders, ParisLaura, locus cache and the lovely Tonboy711 letting 'others' be our guide...
A bit of a stroll, a short search, found cache, stamped and returned... Great company and a fantastic day out...
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Team Jansons...

Out and about on a day of adventure with Paris Laura, Tomboy, Snap Happy, Locus Cache and Blackadders.
Finally back in the area to grab this one. TFTC

A mass assault by a great mob today had the snakes heading through the bushy terrain to get to a clearing then follow a short path to GZ. Paris of course had a different idea, Go straight to the cache through the thickets and thorns resulting in a find for all of us. TFTC
I have approached this one awhile a go but could not find an easy access spot to the cache that didnt look like I would have to billy goat climb a gully.
Today thankfully with SA Sewer Rats, Blackadders, Tomboy711, Snap Happy and Locus Cache, we found our way to the cache in an easier location to where my GPS was trying to get me to go. TFTC

Have to love a day of fun and laughs, shared with a great group!
Met up with parislaura, Tomboy711, SA Sewer Rats, Blackadders and Snap Happy and off we went, a bit like the wind blowing in all directions wherever the caches took us.
Late afternoon, we split up and SA Sewer Rats, Blackadders and I took off to pick up a (hopefully) new geocacher Anita from the bus station so we took her to a few caches prior to then going our separate ways.
By day's end I had 9 finds and some were due to the clever SA Sewer Rats and parislaura and their minds, which must be just as twisted as BFE's and C4's , as the ladies did the hard yards and solved several of the puzzles which we found today
I've had a couple of these Para caches left to do for a long time now and finally I had time, and company, to work out how to best get into this cache.
Made a short, easy trek rather than taking the hard way in and the group soon had a cache in hand

After solving a certain wooden puzzle, we had to take the short walk down to this one. A nice easy find... though ronso dislikes these trees!! TLNLSL. TFTC!!
Out with TheSACousins. Lovely cool day, great walk for Doug. We came the long way. Easy find, good coords. Tftc
loved finding geocaches in our own backyard (can see our house from it!) using our new handheld Garmin e-trex!
We did it! The para 9 in 2.5 hours! We were geocaching like mad dogs to get this set in before 5pm and we did it! Although we only found 7 as the other 2 were muggled.
Gotcha!
I'm gradually getting around to visiting all the caches in the Para- series.
I think I like this location the best of all, so far.
Thanks Team Jansons
ZZzz..
Awesome find & journey finding it. Found with osotino & Jessejames. Lovely location
A lovely spot, with an awesome view of the northern (city) lights at night. TFTC
Our last stop for the day and the kids and I decided to
tackle the gully head on. We turned an easy walk into
a serious climb! Took the easy path out though :p
Easy find after a tough trek. TFTC

Taking geokid aged 2 was probably not the best idea. But he did get a nice swap

Took the long way round to get here to avoided the gully. Hot and windy today.

Today geomum & geotween had the opportunity to do some higher terrain caches while (mostly muggle) dad looked after geobub at home. This one turned into about an 8 star terrain with the approach we took. Geotween was more than happy with the adventure. Geomum was just relieved to reach GZ without meeting any snakes as we had been trekking off the beaten track for almost half a km. TFTC
Thanks for the Para-Nine Series - A quick find on a very humid day.
Warning bring the Aerogard with you on this series as the flies are murder.

Our first find in the para-nine series, having come up short on No 5 earlier. Wasn't easy, as we approached from the West on the wrong side, had to double back. Once on the right track though, the find was made relatively quickly. TNLNSL TFTC
Ok so I think we must have parked in the worse place because we really had to hike for this one lol I was a little worried about snakes as I almost stood on one last week, so it was a quick find but on the way back I rolled my ankle and had to get the geohubby to carry me back so my hint is make sure u have the correct foot wear for this one tftc
A nice walk in and up.
Would you believe I got muggled by a woman looking for her dog here!
I think this is the last of the Para-nine series for me.

Thanks

I must have come the easy way a nice short walk down the trail. Took 'Signal the frog' trackable. TFTC
Gps said to park in kara ct... That was a mistake, good steep hike lol had to push thisiskitty up here and there, seen a few walking muggles, Took Dave's walking boot, Left signal the frog tb TFTC
Parked the geomobile in what I thought to be a good spot to access this one. Boy, was I wrong but the hike was good exercise. Took marble and bracelet, left eraser and smiley magnet. SL 15.55. TFTC
Continued on down the same road as the first one and pulled up to have a look at GZ for this one. Hmm, that seems overly dangerous and too much work for Mrs Jedi who is currently suffering from asthma. Better look at the map, and Mr Jedi decided that the best way to access GZ might actually be on the other side. So we jumped in the car and drove around. Parked and then it was an easy walk to the cache. We used to enjoy bush walking when we lived interstate and hadn't had the opportunity here so even though it wasn't, walking to GZ was kind of like taking a mini bushwalk! LOL. Once we were there we found it after a short 5 minute search. TFTC Team Jansons, enjoyed the challenge of finding the right place to get to this one!
Found on a lovely afternoon/evening caching with Brisal5 and CPwanderer.
OK. We had been caching all around this one, but we still almost did a complete loop around before working out the right access point. Once this was accomplished it was a short walk to make the find. TFTC.

Got a surprise leave pass to leave painting the study and join Aussie M&M and CPWanderer for an evening's caching. Para-caching in fact. After dring around to several unsuitable place to trek in, evetually found the right path to make an easy descent. Quick find. . And again enought room for a trackable. Thanks Team Jansons.
So near ... got to within 110m of this but the terraine looked impossible. Eventually found the right way in for a quick find!
