Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumulated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Saturn's day the nineteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A bit of a miserable day today, but with a calendar hole to fill we stopped here on our way to Ivanhoe.
We managed to find this with no one around, even though there was a kids ballet class in the window of the church.

Today's plan was two fold. To attend the event in Bundoora and to get more than 17 caches in the Banyule LGA to complete the 20 geocaches in the Banyule LGA. Pleased that I completed both, plus 2 other challenges too. Got a new Tree climb cache in a new LGA and a personal challenge of finding a Muzza Puzzle Mania geocache.

Found quickly in the obvious place.

Thanks for the cache 80 Degrees

I was looking to collect a few missing LGA's on the way home from the airport, and this was the closest to where I stopped. A fairly standard cache hide, but it still took me a little while as I didn't spot it on the first check. Thanks for placing this in the wild!

30-Dec-22
Update not micro very cleverly hidden in a beautiful spot

Took me so long to find would be pretty easy if I was fully awake. TFTC

21-Nov-22
We were in the area after finding another cache we when noticed this cache close by. We were able to get a safe park. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a well prepared cache hidden in a familiar type of location. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 80degrees for the cache.

Noticed a usual hiding spot for caches and there it was

16-Nov-22
Had to make a trip to the Heidelberg Magistrates Court (not as the accused) so once o finished I’d thought I better grab a nearby cache. This was the closest and I found it pretty quick. TFTC

Tried for this one ages ago and today I still can't find it. I don't tend to look that long before moving on though...

My first go at this one today. No luck and I am completely stumped. Rest assured I’ll be back

28-Nov-21
After a second attempt and lots of searching I realised I was perhaps overcomplicating it. Sure enough it was similar to other types of caches I have found before. And it wasn't in the green stuff!

27-Sep-21
No luck today.

15-Apr-21
After a pleasant lunch with friends in a nearby hotel, I decided a to take a short walk to search for this cache.
I managed to sign the log and get back to the hotel car park just before the rain started.
Thanks for the cache 80degrees.

24-Mar-21
Finally able to turn this blue smiley into a yellow smiley ...
As when I was previously here quite a long while ago, I had a little bit of trouble locating the cache, probably due to the hint, and I ended up walking all over green stuff, though probably not the green stuff that was referred to. Feeling a little bit exposed with quizzical muggles....I peservered and was rewarded.
Great to be able to gain that smiley at last.

Well this was a quick grab on the way home from work.
The cache, container and log are in excellent condition.
I visited 4 TB.

Found with Geowife. Fortunately it was reasonably quiet when looking which led to a quick find. Thanks for the cache.

27-Dec-20
A lovely if rather muggy and windy day for a quick walk around this area, grabbing a couple of caches.

This was number one and a nice easy find once I trusted in experience to point me to the typical hide. Luckily I picked a good time before all the worshippers began arriving for the service and despite the steady stream of cyclists going past I was unhindered in my retrieval, signing and return of the log. A rather nice looking church here. TFTC Smile

23-Dec-20
Tftc 80degrees. Bride is at the Austin for a brief checkup, I'm free to roam nearby. Got a little ant bite for my troubles, but hey what the heck. Typical cache location.

27-Nov-20
A quick dash across the road and a relatively quick find at GZ. Fortunately a timely gap in muggles and traffic.

Thanks 80degrees for the cache.

15-Nov-20
Disappointed here, the heat and constant stream of muggles wore us down. So after a decent hunt we gave up.

02-Nov-20
This was approaching nemesis status for me - I've failed here a few times - but it turns out that I wasn't looking in the right spot. Today the gps led me straight to it. Thanks 80 degrees

27-Oct-20

Cache and log in great condition, found somewhat easily on a “bike pitstop”. Driven past so many times over the years but first time actually stopping and enjoying the park too! TFTC!

Waited till it got a little darker so it was quiet but after 20 mins in the dark at 6pm with a phone torch trying to be stealth i gave up and will come back at a different time

14-Jan-20
TFTC. After reading a few logs, thought we may have trouble . To our surprise the cache was located where we expected it to be. A lovely old church in a prime location. It turned out to be a quick park and grab.

22-Oct-19
Nice day out for caching

13-Oct-19
This one eluded us today. The barrier it's all bent.

11-Oct-19
Noooooooooo I couldn't find it! Spent about 15 ish mins looking today will have to return another day! I was apparently standing right at the location but still could not locate!

04-Aug-19
It's Sunday morning and it's dry outside so I thought I would go for a drive and a walk and find some caches. Today I decided to look around Heidelberg and found 7 caches, I had one did not find and got a travel bug which i will move on.

This was the first one for the day and a Did Not Find, too many muggles coming and going, attending the church. Had a good look around but could not find anything. Ground was very wet so moved on..

13-Jul-19
Spiffy and I were driving right past and a quick detour for a quick find

13-Jul-19
Found on 13 Jul 2019 at 10:45 am.
Headed out with Fleabag today for a few hours to start our mystery at the Museum campaign. So we headed out to an area where neither of us had found too many.
Last time I was here it was way too busy. Today it was very easy and we gathered our first Ruby.
Thanks 80degrees for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

30-Jun-19
Arrived early for an orienteering event to take advantage of being over this side of Melbourne. A quick walk from Heidelberg Park put me at th we GZ. Took a little while of searching with my GPS taking me across the road a number of times. Then I stopped and using geosense quickly had the cache in my hand. All is good with cache and contents. TFTC 80degrees.

24-Jun-19
In the words of Run DMC. Tricky!

22-May-19
Golly, well this took 5 attempts. Just not on our game. Realistically it was a simple find.... maybe our phone gps systems hate us and we kept trying to find it as a last one for the day.
Oh well finally came it cache in hand.
TFTF!

15-May-19
Thank you 80degrees, this was my first nighttime cache and I loved it. I wonder what the people coming and going from the church thought about a bloke creeping around with a touch. I now will do a few more at night, the clue and co-ords were spot on.

10-May-19
Having helped Bunadoorian find this a long while ago - I knew roughly what I was looking for but exactly where - still took a bit of time in the dark (I didn't want to use the torch too much to attract attention). Cache was in good condition. TFTC 80degrees

30-Mar-19
Well sometimes you just have to wait to get even! Over 4 years after a DNF I happened to be passing by and just couldn't resist taking a look here. I was providing support crew services for teams of geocachers walking the Oxfam Trailwalker event today. I was on my way to event finish at Fairfield and obviously had enough of a nap over night to want to hunt a few caches gain. There seemed to be some activity around the church but nobody out where i needed to look. It still took me a fair while and reading some previous logs before I managed to put my hand on the cache. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache 80degrees, Strangely satisfying to finally knock this one off.

19-Mar-19
True to description but I felt a tad exposed.TF

02-Feb-19
Tried to log this one as well today but couldn't find it. I would have spent more time looking if the area wouldn't have been in full sun and my brain was starting to fry. Will try again on a cooler day.

Coordinates surprisingly bouncy -- no luck today.

Today Ausfox;, Neville_devil and myself spent the day caching around Darebin Parklands, Heidelberg and Ivanhoe. With the weather being a bit on and off (One minute the sun was shining the next the rain was pouring) but that didn't stop us enjoying the day out.
This hide was exactly what I had thought as we approached even though it took us a lot longer than it should have. Mainly because Neville_devil must have had his eyes shut when he checked first up. When Ausfox; rechecked he found the prize and of course there was plenty of ribbing given to Neville afterwards.
Thank you 80degrees for the hide

20-Oct-18
Headed up to Melbourne for a day of caching with SimsFamily and Neville Devil, was planned to be an easy day for me but as always doesn’t go to plan. The journey up the highway was in torrential rain which eased once we were in Melbourne resulting in an Great day caching.
we searched back and forth while Neville Devil checked GZ but no find. Rechecked GZ and "WHOOP THERE IT IS"
Log signed and replaced as found.

Thanks for the Cache 80degrees
