Searched initially in the wrong place, but then increased the search area, and discovered this amazing tree. The gates close at 7 pm, so I better get a move on if I want to find all of these caches today. Thanks for the hide
Making room for all the new caches that get published during work hours when I can't go out for them.
Part of my "Wauckland" caching sojourn.
I ended up in this area today without a vehicle by chance and so have to make my way back to central city by foot or other means of transport.
What better excuse do I need to cache my way back...
A few options here but quickly in hand.

Found it with Team FIN [janahola, kapeka, laalaa & temyllyl]
We had fun with caching few weeks here in New Zealand. Lots of geocaches and many sort of them too. We saw awesome places, weather was pretty good all the time and people were friendly and polite. Caches were pretty similar like in our home country. Of course there were some exeptions. Nice and really scenary country!
Greetings from Finland

First day in New Zealand, and caching our way to motel. Logged using our group nickname FIN with janahola, laalaa and kapeka.
On a geoholiday road tripping to Christchurch MEGA and around beautiful New Zealand. Our four people group (temyllyl, laalaa, kapeka and myself) from Finland used group tag FIN to log the caches.
Welcome to MEGA Finland in 5-7 august 2016!
We had some time before heading to our event so we desided to find few of these trail caches. TFTC!

Had to pick up some of the kids from Auckland airport today so decided to go up earlier and collect a few smileys. I have already picked up some of the caches in this area so enjoyed coming back and continuing the trail. TFTC
Another quick navigation and found speedily by mini geokid. 33 for the day so far. SL TFTC

Found while doing a walk along here, yetanother newly discovered park (for me) across road. Neat hide
#17 on our blustery biking best cache day ever. Grabbed these last few on our loop back to the car park. TFTC.
We've never been down this road before, what an entrance way. Nice big tree for the hide. Master 1 enjoyed watching the big crane and diggers around here. TFTC.
Nice quick find. Nice to be back in Auckland again to pick up a few of this series.

In town for a few days for a concert and a weekend away so decided to get some caching in as well. Thought that a power trail was worth a go so decided on this on seeing as it was close to where I was staying! Great and enjoyable trail! TFTC
Out for an afternoon Geocaching with the aim to break our daily record of 15. Find No. 15
On our way to Central Auckland this morning, I wanted to find some more caches! This was one of them! Quick find!
Thank you for hiding:-)))

A quick park and grab on the first day of my NZ cache tour. Visiting form Sydney. Coords spot on. TFTC
Hands down, the best wastewater treatment geocaching trail that I have ever done anywhere in the world! I have to fly back to the US tomorrow and have some time to waste (that is, geocache) while staying at a nearby hotel. Found this one easily. Thanks for the fun!
Today it´s our last day in New Zealand. We had a wonderful time in this wonderful country! Three weeks are much to short to see everything, but what we have seen was very very nice !!! Our last hotel is near the airport, so we can start for a afternoonwalk to catch some caches nearby! Together with silto we found twenty caches and made a nice trip round the small lake.
Just flew in from Perth Western Australia and landed to early to check in to our accommodation so we decided to grab a few caches to kill time . We manage to find 31 and all were found quite easily.

Tomorrow we will fligh back to Germany and we booked a hotel nearby the airport. From there we made a walk to this powertrail where Athosandros and I found several caches.
We have a quiet day in Auckland after our cruise ended and while waiting for our flight home early tomorrow morning. I decided to fill the time with a power run so I could stretch my legs before sitting in airports and on board planes for 30+ hours over the next few days. This series is within easy walking distance of our hotel, so I headed out in search of some of them. Unfortunately, I an out of time before grabbing them all, but enjoyed the ones I did get. This was my last one of the day before heading back to meet the family for a late lunch. Now time for bed so that we can get up VERY early tomorrow and begin the journey home. Thanks for a nice little power run to occupy my time.
I'd found some of this series on a previous visit so was in the area and stopped to pick up a couple more. This one was a nice quick find.
We took on the MWTP series today. Due to the number and similarities of the caches I will split into 2 logs to cover the lot. Island Rd caches. Liked the first one (#5) on this road – spotted from some distance away as soon as we got out of the car. The caches got progressively stinkier as we made our way along the road. It was a warm and humid day and the smell seemed to hang around. It started spitting & we thought that might lessen the smell. We were wrong. OK need to get through these quickly then. Lots of midgies around today. All good until we got to the final one & Mrs beconaze was trapped in the car due to an aggressive and populous swarm of midgies (see pic). We pulled up next to the cache and spotted it from the car so Mr beconaze could make a dash and retrieve, sign and replace. Almost finished the series, we just had to dash back and grab #7
Managed to convince my father it was on the other side of the wall so he's been looking at the wrong tree for 5 minutes now. Took the time to hide his shoes to give us a head start on the next cache
Took ages to find this one even though I knew almost exactly where to look. A good camo. TFTC
Had our eye on this trail for a while, and having not cache much around this area decided to give it a go. After headed up Mangere Mountain, we managed to get all but 3 of this series. Thanks fmz
Is there a better way to fight against a jetlag after a 22h flight from munich to auckland as a little caching tour? I don't think.

Found on a honeymoon trip around NZ! Last day here! When got to the airport hotel we had a few hours of sunlight left. The geo-hubby was sleepy, but i couldn't resist the call of the caches. This area was pretty deserted so it was easy pickings. I didn't do the two in front of the big building- I already looked pretty suspicious stopping all over the place- I didn't want to accidentally summon the guards! This one was a little ways out so it seemed safer. TFTC!

Thanks to all the cache hiders.
Today took us from Bayley Beach to Auckland. TFTC.

Got it quickly, now this is my decision cache, which way do I keep walking? Stayed on the main road. TFTC!
Had to drop Middle Junior off at the airport at some unearthly hour so had an hour or two to kill before having to be back in town. Just enough time to pick up a few caches (some MWTP ones and a half dozen stinky jobs too).
We decided to bring up our numbers today. We looked at the map, we took our bikes and out we went. We picked up all from 1 to 20 except for 16 which we had to sign off on the way back when the "honey mooners" had left. Thanks for the power track.
Found as part of the family - "find 28 caches in one day and get to 400". This part was done in car, though when the kids are older certainly need to do some cycling around here.
Lots of muggles at the entrance to the waste water plant meant stealth was in order.
Hmmm this was right by some road working muggles, luckily we had child camo, they always make you look less conspicuous. TFTC
What a convenient series starting just outside our hotel. How could we refuse such a series? Our finds were limited only by the need to get back to the hotel for the event. TFTC, SL, TNLN
Great trail! It twas such a nice day so I decided to vlog it! (May contain spoilers)

With another good set of coords the camoed container was soon discovered. As mentioned the log needs replacing ASAP as creative placement of scribble now required... SL TFTC
