Visiting the burnt out remains of the pub, stone work is still amazing to see and picking up caches that guide our travels tftc
Found during three weeks away with e.gregory1 on a trip along WA's Great Central Road and a caching circuit of the WA Goldfields. We travelled North on the Stuart Highway and out to Kings Canyon to Uluru and Kata Tjuta. From there we headed in a south-westerly direction along the Great Central Road with a number of detours along the way, including Surveyor Generals Corner and Empress Spring. Then it was down to Laverton and Leonora before turning South to Menzies and Kalgoorlie. A few days were spent on a circuit back up to Lake Carey and around to Queen Victoria Spring before returning to Kalgoorlie, then out to Coolgardie, Kambalda and Norseman, and heading for home along the Eyre Highway. The WA Goldfields is a fascinating region of incredible scenery and history that we experienced over a number of days while touring the area. Thanks for the cache OssiePete & ChoccyWabit!
Found on another enjoyable trip with FeatherWaite over 3-weeks through South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia. This time the plan was to head up to Kings Canyon, across to the WA border via Uluru and Kata-Tjuta, then down the Great Central Road, with a few side-trips along the way before eventually getting to the Goldfields and then home via Queen Victoria Springs and the Eyre Highway.
We had some mixed weather to start, with a few overnight showers initially, but mostly warm and sunny days. The nights were cold though!
A quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks ossiepete for the cache.

Looked and looked and found a spot that looked like where it used to belong, but no cache

So easy, it sticks out like the proverbial. I covered it better but I’m surprised it’s still there. Good cache and dry. Full of stuff for swaps. TFTC
Caching our way around the area we stopped to add this one to our finds. We parked and this turned out to be a nice quick park and grab. We made our mark on your log and returned your cache back to where it belongs. TFTC OssiePete & ChoccyWabit.
A quick trip to Menzies with axell33 as we enjoy another day up here visiting family in Kal. We came up yesterday but went up the highway and covered some ground to the east, today we are taking the 'inner' road, or the Broad Arrow-Ora Banda Rd onto the Ora Banda-Davyhurst Rd and into Menzies. A quick find here. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Baldivis.
No need to worry about muggles here. Love these caches. Tftc. Much appreciated.
Area has been cleared but cache intact. Was exposed but left in location under cover. My GPS bounced all over the place so I hope it is at coordinates. Should be easy find. TFTC
Quick find.. got excited when I found multiple baggies of powder... turns out it's just glitter...
A nice quick find in the obvious spot.
TFTC OssiePete & ChoccyWabit this is find #9309 for us.

Thank y you for the visit. What a waste now everything feels dead. Such a list of a nice beer and awesome food
Taking a day trip 4wdriving around the area to explore the history of the region. Muggle is happy driving and exploring while the rest of us are happy to collect some more caches in the goldfields. Cache as previous finder indicated needs replacing - I didn’t have a a replacement on me today. Cache is further away from go due to roadworks and is near the witches hat.Tftc
Staying in Kal for a couple of days & taking some roads less travelled, we stopped to find this cache on our travels... Jase made a quick find here as we watched on from the car! Mainroads muggles had also found this one, thankfully they chose to leave it in place
TFTC OssiePete & ChoccyWabit [^] Cache was in good condition.

On the way home from visiting gcg3hj, thought i'd better puck off these caches now the old inn is no longer. Tftc
Continuing our very circuitous route back home to Mandurah from Stanley Tasmania, now heading north from Kalgoorlie and found this cache along the way. We enjoyed quite a few 'Kalgoorlie Rounds' that included the race meetings here many years ago, so was very interested to see how things have evolved since then.
No problems finding the very clearly marked cache, which was signed and replaced as found.
Many thanks for putting a cache here OssiePete & ChoccyWabit.

Continuing on our GQDT pub crawl. Thanks for the history lesson that's not in the audio files or book.
Stayed the night here, bummer the nearby mine was a bit noisy. Top food and service at the Inn!

We were camping at Credo Station for a few days and decided to drive out to Ora Banda, it's a dusty track but we were rewarded with an excellent pub lunch. Thanks OsiePete & ChoccyWabit
Sixth day of our 'loop' to check out the wildflowers and pick up caches along the route. Did a cache here about twelve years ago - not much has changed. Thanks OssiePete & ChoccyWabit
