7084 Out today for walk in the area. Didnt really want to put my hands down there, but made a quick find TFTC
Was passing by and decided to check on condition of this cache as I had found it some time ago. There was nothing to be found where we had found it. It looks like the area of the hide has been cleared of rubbish and litter. This needs urgent attention from CO.
Moved away from area and unable to maintain this cache. Thanks to the many who enjoyed finding it.
Found destroyed log and cache contents, no container. Needs CO urgently. Great location though.
Found ladybug and soldier, log all mashed up in dirt at GZ. No sign of cache container. Needs CO attention ASAP.
Found it. But the cache itself was missing and the log was lying on the boardwalk, clearly tampered with
Needs log sheet, so attached photo for proof of find. Think there use to be a bison tube in these.
Great hide & clever container, was able to sign log but damp as there is a hole in the bag, needs replacing TFTC
Man, I had a bad geocaching day today. First off I got the wife and son out for a walk to GC4K5HW Cardiff Point and while the walk was nice, we did not find the answers to the questions. So in the afternoon I went out by myself. My first stop was archived cache GC4PKYE Dobinson Reserve and unsurprisingly it was nowhere to be seen. Then I had a look for the disabled cache GC5488B Pirate Bay and while it was super fun sinking in the oddly soft sand, I did not find the cache. Next I went to GC3MM9H Whale Watch which had amazing views, but I did not see the cache. After I went to GC3W0YB Mangrove Mud and had a climb, but did not spy any caches. The last terrain three I tried today was GC4QRQF Bison Migration Trail #2 and after the sun set and I still had no leads I gave up. I thought I would try an easier terrain of two point five at GC3W12F Cabbage Tree Palm Walk: Robs Track, but my luck did not increase, when I finally gave up it was dark. I still wanted to find a cache for the day and my high terrain picks were not working out, so I saw this one was close and went to investigate. The GPSr had me walking around in circles and I was about to give up again, when I spotted something that matched the hint. I felt weird in this area as I felt I was being watched from inside the building. I quickly signed the log and sighed a sigh of relief and disbelief that it took me nearly a whole day and seven did not finds to finally find a cache.
Thanks for the tricky hide (very glad I could find it)!

Very pretty overlooking the lake at sunset. Easy find. The log was damp and needs some TLC.
TFTC!!! Did this one at night so thee was no Muggles around. Geo husband spotted it instantly =)
GeoWife1 and I spent the week camping at Swansea Gardens Holiday Park and had a wonderful time enjoying the local sights and of course doing a few caches while there.
The coordinates together with the hint lead us directly to cache, signed the log and replaced. Log sheet is a bit damp.

2nd time lucky. Only took few seconds. Can't believe I had so much trouble last time
It was quite dark when we arrived at this location. Although there were many cars, there were no muggles outside - they appeared to be inside enjoying themselves. The hint and accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache macca1.
Arrived in Newcastle today & set up camp in the caravan park. After a quick lunch we set off with Liz and Bruce to do a few caches in the area.
Nobody around so we soon had the cache found & logged.
Thanks macca1

Having arrived in the Belmont area today with Di Morgan and husband Bill it was off to do some caching. We underestimated the difficulty of finding some of the well hidden caches but long searches revealed the cache in most instances. We enjoyed the beautiful location and spent time admiring the gorgeous views. A big thanks to macca1
Finally found it after more than an hour walking in circles. GPSrs had us on the mulch. Smartphone app had us right on the spot. Two of us put hands on the cache but it took our 3rd team member to actually retrieve the log. Very clever hide. Lucky there weren't many muggles around. SLTN TFTC
with no muggles and the hint literally telling us exactly where it was we quickly found this cache.

This was a nice find. Loved the container.
Today was the Colledathon, around Swansea and Caves Beach. Armed with our bikes and full geocaching equipment, we headed south, starting our voyage at 0830. After picking up a couple along the Fernleigh, we headed bush around the lagoon. We then ventured further south, running into the man himself (Colleda) before starting the Bison Migration and attempting a few other nearby caches. Overall, the series was way harder than we anticipated and we only completed a handful. We decided not to venture to Caves Beach and the surrounding Earthcaches. Patches108 and I then headed the Galgabba point, grabbing a few off-road caches whilst admiring the scenery. A fuel stop at Woolies and we were back on the Fernleigh. After a long slog home, we made it...with 75kms on the clock and only half of the caches we set out to achieve.

I cleaned up after my flat while Cccritter7 grabbed this one. I rode up and he had the CIH. Nice container.
Thanks for the cache macca1.
The biggest trip that Cccritter7 and I had ever attempted started early. We had over 50 caches planned, spanning from the Fernleigh Track to Belmont, Swansea and Caves Beach. We started by cleaning up a few of the Fernleigh Track caches, then headed to Belmont Lagoon to grab a couple. Then it was back to the Pacific Highway, ad onto a nearby cache where we met the one and only Colleda, the owner of the majority of the caches we were searching for today. After a quick chat, we were off to Pelican to grab a few before Bison Migration Trail. This wasn't as a fruitful series as we hoped, but fun was still had. After reaching the end, we hadn't found enough caches to solve the final, so we headed out to Galgabba Point to grab a couple, before heading back into Swansea. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to attempt any out Caves Beach way. But in Swansea, we grabbed some fuel from Woolies, ate it overlooking the water, and then headed back into Belmont. We powered up the Fernleigh, before splitting up at the end of a mammoth day of caching. In the end, I only had one flat! A record! 80km's in the end. Lots of fun.

Well the name thru me till I realised it maybe only referred to the duburb we were in. Dirtsquirter had a girlie look and did not find it. Searched continued and the area got bigger. Glad there were not any functions on. mad.rabbitoh decided to relook and came up with it. Tftc

A day out with Yella Belly who was kind enough to invite me on board the mighty Yella Belly 2 to cruise the lake for the Sand Islands series, I had previously been unsuccessful at this one, partly due to muggles but Yella Bella got me sorted, TFTC macca1!!
Good Coords and hint narrowed down GZ. Great spotting / feeling by GeoWife soon had the find. Replaced log bag. Muggle storm subsided for now.

After visiting mum went out for the afternoon with Bad Jedi to get some caches and this was one of them.
When we arrived at gz there were a few muggles around but one in particular was sitting looking around and kept watching us so had to do a swoop and grab as he was looking another way luckily the cache hint was clear and was an easy grab.
We then walked away with the cache to sign it down near the water and walked right around the building to try and not look obvious but still had to wait for a while before replacing cache.
Thanks to macca1 for this cache

Was called on by DJBOA for some assistance on this one and I could see why. Continuous muggle factor. Retrieved cache after about 40mins of eating fish n chips and waiting for a break in the muggle storm.
Aha!! Only my 4th time back to look for this one...... Called on the help of auszxplorer06 and while having some lunch, grabbed this carefully hidden cache. TFTC
Joint effort with barrelledover. Nabbed this one while doing the business migratory trail series. SL. TFTC.
Didn't realise we were so close to the old airstrip! An easy quick grab with Spartman.
The bag was a bit grotty and the log was damp but a brilliant hide nonetheless.

FINALLY FOUND IT!!! omg we have been looking for this for a while and we have finally found this!TFTC macca1
Out in the rain to do some family caching when One Green World had made the find before I had even logged the coordinates. Nice camo. TFTC.
Didn't find and know other who also haven't, perhaps worth a check to see log is still there!!
Looked high and low - no luck. GPS showing as right on top of a tree that has been completely cut down and mulched.
With the police car, fire engines and associated crews in the car park we felt that anything more than a quick look was a bit risky.
Noticed from GSAK that there had been a few DNFs recently here, so wasn't too optimistic, but as my blood group is B rH+ve we kept on looking after the first scan and soon had the container. Think I have one of these 'floating around' in the back of the car

Found at 3-10pm by Ray and Maya as we camped at Swansea, on our way to Port Maquarie after a week of Square Dancing in Gosford.
Met a local catcher as we searched for this one. Will now go and search for theirs.

I took an alternative route to Warners Bay this morning and stopped at Swansea for breakfast. After my bacon and egg McMuffin I spied this as a likely find just off the highway. There were a few muggles about even at 7:30am but generall the coast was clear allowing a descent search. Initially I was confounded but came back for a nother try after checking the hint and located this tasty morsel.
Great location - wuish I didn't have to head off to work!!

Having previously DNF'd this one, we had another shot at today and found it where we had looked before but missed it. Don't know how we didn't spot it. Thanks Macca1
