Logs
Looked everywhere underneath. Lots of trash and broken glass. Couldnt find cache.
Found the cache with lightning11 and joshnaputi. it was a good hike and easy find
Went hiking with my cousins and decided to grab this on the way to Sigua Falls. Thanks for the cache.
Didn't plan on getting this one today but we were at Leo's Lookout and it was soooo close. So we went, in sandals. That was a bad idea. Crossing the water was a bit tricky with a 3 year old but we did it. Awesome cache spot. Thank You
After the CITO event, we went home to drop everything off and then Darwin and I came up to do this cache. Parked at the lookout at Leo Palace and took the stairs up. Just followed the trails and came to the marshy part and noticed that someone had put a large tree branch across. Got across without getting wet or muddy and made our way up to the tank. Saw the cache location right away and had the ammo can in hand in no time. Signed log and headed back. On the way, three hikers asked directions to Lower Sigua Falls so we pointed them in the right direction and made our way back to the truck. On to the next cache...
WOOHOO! This is Team Geotrio671's FIRST FTF shared with Turtleguam. It was about ten minutes till "Pau Hana", when I decided to call up Mat (Turtleguam) and ask her if she was up for a little "hike". She said she was up for it and would come back up to meet us at the spot. I meet up with Sher, and inform her that we are going hiking. Seeing as though, she only had slippers, and her high heels with her and no other kind of shoes, I was surprised she still wanted to go. We meet up with Mat, and park the geomobiles. We make our trek up with my GPS in hand and the cache description print out. After we made our trek to the top of the stairs, we all began to find our own trail to go through. We find the tree with the ribbons and from there we see the tank. I begin to hurry down the trails, because in truth, I wanted to be the first!!! After a few minutes we see the little "river/pond" and I wonder if the wood that was placed across could hold our weight. We all scurry over it, and see that the tank is indeed ALOT closer. So I begin to jog up, and before you know it Sherie is in a full sprint with her walking stick!! She flys past me! I stop to catch my breath, and Mat jogs past me. (So much for my being first, LOL) By the time I get up there Sherie calls out that she found it, we sign in, take a few pics with each other and then secure the cache. On our way back, we were climbing up some patches of clay, and the ground under me gave way, and I fell down to the ground. Talk about having a LAUGH!!! All in all....YAAAAAY for our FIRST FTF!!
Please note that we secured it back "underneath" and blocked it with a few "R's". Sherie said the full cache was sticking out when she found it, so we tried to camo it better, so it wouldnt get muggled. The hint will still help the next cacher find it with ease.
We began at:5:26pm and ended at 6:00pm.
Thanks for the cache Jim! It also allowed us all to get some much needed Cardio done this way, while caching at the same time!! Thanks again!!

AWESOME!!!! WE FOUND IT.......
SO I DECIDED TO GO WITH GEOTRIO671 TO FIND SHERMAN'S LAST STAND.
WE MET UP AND STARTED THE HIKE. WE EACH WENT IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS.TIL WE GOT TO A SMALL MUD PUDDLE AND CROSS OVER IT WITH A BRANCH. GEOTRIO671 DECIDES THAT WE SHOULD RACE THERE. OF COURSE, SHERIE PASSES US AND PERLA WAS THE LAST PERSON TO THE GZ. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE CACHE CONTAINER WAS OUT IN THE OPEN. WE SIGN THE LOG, TOOK SOME PICS, AND SECURE THE CACHE.
ON OUR WAY BACK GEOTRIO671 SLIDE DOWN A SMALL SLOPE THAT COLLAPSED AND WE ALL HAD A FEW LAUGHS AFTER WE NOTICE THAT SHE WAS OKAY. TOOK A COUPLE OF PICS OF HER AND CONTINUE ON OUR WAY.... TFTC......
