The Stonehenge is a strange feature: I wondered if they are hoping for some slack rope walkers in the local children? Meanwhile hunted down the objective, feeling a little strange in a playground without accompanying small people. Found, signed and on my way. Thanks for placing this one.
Visiting from Nova Scotia Canada, cruising on HAL Volendam around New Zealand. Am so enjoying the scenery, TFTC
I think this was a really good place. It was well hidden and was interesting to look for .
GPS was sending me all over & then I reread the hint & started looking in different places. I was on the wrong side & saw it but couldn't get it open so walked around & sorted it. Cool area for kids.

It's the weekend before Christmas So JDScout and I are spending three nights in Kuroew We drove down to Kurow today .JD was feeling a bit tired so I went for a small bikeride on my own before tea
Day 7: Up the WaitakiThe next bit of our journey brings us up the Waitaki on another fine but sometimes blustery day. We started the morning off wandering around Oamaru, and then drove up to visit the reservoirs and towns along the Waitaki. This proved to be yet another productive day of exploring and caching, so thanks for all the fun caches in lovely locations along the way. (End of the cut and paste bit) Heres the specific log for this cache: Always great to have a cache near a toilet stop and this one was just there for the taking as well. The wife was quite amused by the little road safety playground not too far from GZ. Thanks for another diversion here and for the cache!
Found this geocache together with BK-Br on our way to Twizel. Spotted the River Caf and wanted an icecream. Looking for the cache we saw Richie McCaw. Unbelieveable: BK-Br is a big fan of him - and even wears the same shirt today. So the stop was a bit longer than planned. Thanks for hiding this geocache here.
Found on a mother's Day jaunt around some of my favourite spots. Laughed out loud when we found this one, we had missed it at first! TFTC

Had a good poke around under all big rocks but couldn't find anything. May have been found by muggle.
We ended our ride here today. Thanks for the cache. Greetings from New Hampshire, USA!
Tried for this one several times over the last few days but always busy. Thought would be ok at 9:30am but kids on the bike track. Managed to go in and get it only to find a full log. Back to van for a new one then ages for kids to move away. At least used the loo, filled up screen wash and water bottles then finally a quiet moment. What an effort.
On a weekend to danseys pass with farmerkeith and family. Awesome caches in the area. Thanks for the cache owners for maintaining these. Easy find
Working with coconuts3 and I eventually saw the right corner. Phew, glad no one was there. TFTC
We are on a wee holiday in motorhome with busy paws. Staying at Glenmac farm and exploring the area in Suzy. Really glad no one was around to see us looking for this one. Thanks for the cache drawp.
On a trip south from Tauranga. Nice to collect smiles along the way. All good here.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Logged with permission. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

On our way between 2 PWGT, we stopped at Kurow for a coffee and a playground moment. We looked in a corner that was really nice, but probably too exposed as muggles would explore it all the time. Found in another corner. Logbook was fine, container looked damaged, but again logbook was fine and not even wet!
I was going to do this earlier after I had lunch at a nearby cafe but the area was far too busy. A quick find this time and I have the place to myself
An extended family trip to the area to visit historical family places of significance. Had a bit of time to fill in so grabbed a cache. Pleased to find it quickly as it was wet and cold. Tftc
Staying in Kurow. Out for a drive before dinner. We walked past this a couple of towns earlier but the place was busy. Back now around 7pm for a quick find.

Stopped in Kurow for some afternoon tea, only to find that almost all the cafes close at afternoon tea time! Luckily the local dairy was able to serve some tea, so we sat outside and enjoyed it after having driven over the Hakataramea Pass. Then headed off to find this cache round the corner. Odd container, which only closed on one end. And there was a loose lollypop underneath the container, which seemed very odd, considering it wasn't in the container (wouldn't have fit, anyway). Signed the log and replaced as found. TFTC.
Going down to stay at my son's place in Oamaru. Left home early to do a few caches on the way. No little ones around when I was there so made it easy. TFTC
Quick find here at this quiet playground today. TFTC drawp.
Day 5 of a South Island road trip for RG1972 and I and today it is Lake Tekapo to Moeraki. A bit of driving then, and we need to leave time for side trips to the Cathedral cliffs and for a bit of exploring in Oamaru.
A pretty sweet day. There are hundreds of caches on our travels today, but we just drove past the majority. Nice views of the lakes on the left, and it’s the first time either of us have driven this road before and the towns like Kurow, although we have been through the towns that bookend the road many other times, from other directions. All caches found in good nick, and if they needed a bit of extra RITR paper they got it. TFTC all COs.

A quick find here in the home of Ritchie McCain Quaint wee town with a great Cafe & gift shop!
Day 5 of our South Island road trip and today is Lake Tekapo to Moeraki, with mini deviations along the way to the Clay Cliffs, Elephant Rocks & Oamaru.
A very cool day exploring & I've never driven the road from Omarama to Oamaru, so a win win!

Stopped for the conveniences on the way to Mt Cook for the weekend. A quick whip around the back for this where I overshot the corner. No giveaway stone but I found a black piece of plastic tubing. A bit more scratching an a roll of log paper appeared. It is now in the tube under a stone in the corner. Thanks for placing.
I wrongly assumed where this was going to be so looked in the wrong place initially. Seems like others have been searching there as well. Quick find when I was in the right place! No lid on the cache but the log is fine. TFTC # 17,239
