This area could become obsolete once the highway goes ahead so getting our cache before it disappears
Parked across the road on the northbound route home. Quick find with no lawmen around today... Family rolling their eyes as we make the fourth stop of the journey... He he he
call in on this one as the office was close today was a easy found for Jr taybee i didnot get out of the van on this one TFTC
Found the log to be very wet. As it was a nice hot day we hung around for a while whilst it dried out before placing the cache back. The Italian Job was here....!
An unexpected but easy find on our way back to Rotorua after a days caching around Oropi and Tauranga. Spotted it before we even stopped the car. Waited for a break in the traffic for a quick grab.
Log bag had water in it and log was very wet. Dried the bag and gently removed excess water from log before replacing with bag downwards.
No coppaaaah's today, and not much traffic. TFTC.

No Coppaaa today, quick find on the way to Papamoa, got some fresh fruit ice cream as well. TFTC
Finally able to do this cache as it has been too busy every other time we've driven past... Back this evening from Rotorua after the 12-12-12 Cataclismic get together. All good. TFTC
Found at 7:28 AM GAFF1 in the company of Phetlern. Not open today - just as well it seems considering where the cache is located. Why are these type of caches listed as "?". They should be listed as "Small"
Thanks Geckoh

Travelling in company with Pprass we opted for a more balanced day around the Bay of Plenty - less kilometres and more caches. We have encountered many large commercial vehicle, particularly logging trucks, on our travels round NZ, it was interesting to read the comprehensive cache notes and learn how they are all managed. No Coppaaaaah around today.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Geckoh.

Quick stop here, enjoying the area while caching on a wet day with tmann421 TFTC
Got up nice and early and headed out with Cats and Dragons to collect a whole lot of caches in the Tauranga area. After a quick stop off over the Kaimai's we were heading for Te Puke for the first cache. Pulling up at the first cache, Coppaaaah! and the log was quickly signed. No time to hang around we were on a mission for the day.
On a mission with Novalightning today and after a quick stop on the way over we were working on clearing an area of the countryside neither of us had ever investigated much, so on the mission continues,

Nice easy drive-by, no coppers about today! We usually stop on the other side of the road, to buy some Biltong and Droe Wors, but today we had to cross the road ! TFTC
Cammo works well. Found with J+J.au while enjoying a caching holiday in NZ. SLTN..TFTC
Interesting info on the weigh-station. Clever cache - drive passed it twice daily Nice easy find #4, found with Little Ted - TFTH
very clever. we must of looked like eggs trying to find this one, coming home from rugby in Auckland, stopped for a stretch and a cache, what else. Bliss

Night caching with my sidekick, and my buddy Xstitch. Found the cache easily. Log is very wet and difficult to write on. Managed to put date and initials before the pen gave up. Log could need replacing soon as it looked to be almost full. TFTC.
Have tried a number of times to get this one, but it's always been too busy at GZ to stop. Today there was nobody home so we managed a quick park and grab. We knew what to expect with the container so the find was easy, though the retrieve was a little challenging for my vertically challenged assistant. TFTC
Quick find on way back from Auckland. Glad no muggles to delay find as still have long drive home via scenic East Coast highway because of massive slip in Waioeka gorge. Cache a bit wet so dried out quickly on my hot car - suggest a note on listing to advice placing log bag with opening down in container. Visited TBs and coins that could not fit TFTC

No sign of any Coppaaaahs here today so it was a quick stop and grab. We have a couple of caches like this one out too, so we knew it when we saw it. Thanks for an opportunity to stop and grab a cache Geckoh on our drive from Thames to Rotorua today.
4.15pm. Quick grab without needing the GPS on our way back from Pukehina. Now have remembered that the shop over the road has real fruit icecreams so over we go!! Thank you. David and Noeline.
Effective camo. The location was anything but serene but no uniforms present. NINO TFTC
We are in NZ from Australia on Chippyroo's Middle Earth Caching Quest. Mrs C jumped out to make the quick find. Love this type of hide - so simple but so sneaky! The coppaaaahs were on the other side of the road stopping trucks for inspection but they paid no attention to us as we used the campervan to block their view of what we were up to. TFTC
Easy find, saw it from 20m away.when you know what to look for. No working pen with me so couldn't write in the log. Tftc
Quick find- TFTC Wish I could find the app for the little green checkered squares as well!!
No Coppaaaahs here but it was a rather delayed find after sitting parked behind a couple of caaaaravans, popular lunchbreak stop it seems, so if you can't beat 'em join 'em. Ate our lunch, and when they moved off we moved in. TFTC.
Heading to Gisborne for two days work. pity there's caches along the way to interupt the trip[!! Nice find TFTC
Was rather nervous about this one as I pulled in with my truck and trailer... A quick look to make sure no boys in blue muggles were lurking around... easily located... TFTC
Love cache's like this. No activity at GZ this morning, so made for a quick find. TFTC
Nice quick find after there always being someone parked up there the last couple of times that I've driven past. Impressed that the location is right under the nose of the establishment... well a bit higher than nose height but you get the drift. TFTC, good to tick this one off.
Congratulations to the owner, this is a really good hide!!! Thanks for showing, v.c.
Hallo, Hallo, Hallo, What have we here???

A quick stop on our way through to Matata.
Sometimes it's good to no longer be a 'newbie' ... this one wasn't going to fool us - TFTC.
