Just happened to pull over to get some water out of the back of the car, and noticed all the ammo cans! Crazy! TFTC!

US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 17. After spending several days collecting all the E.T. caches out in the desert, today was time to start traveling. We started by heading into Las Vegas, caching along the way of course. Then we flew to Wyoming. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching. What an interesting place. If we lived anywhere near here, it would be a mecca, but with a long plane ride before getting home we had to settle for a chat with the owner. Thanks.

On our way home from Tonopah and caching the ET Highway back to the Las Vegas and Phoenix area. Had to grab a few more caches. Thanks for placing this cache and getting me to stop and check out this cool area. TFTC. TNLNSL. FP assigned. Didn't understand the name until we got close. LOL!

I was initially confused why this was a micro talking about ammo boxes but after we pulled up to GZ I began to understand.. wow .. perhaps you should get this guy to sponser you a bigger container... Had a chat with owner while we where here.
Heading to Las Vegas after completing the ET series.
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, South & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

After completing the ET trail, we are heading for Vegas to fly further north to visit WY, NE, SD, ND and MT before heading basically heading home.
Grabbed a few caches along the road to Vegas and those found were all good.
Thanks for this one and greetings from Australia.....

Yep, a really nice spot in the sunset. So I bought one of the tiny boxes for opening a new cache when I'm back home.

A really good location. We saw the spot 3 years before wondering about the ammo cans. Didn't know there was a cache. Nice talk with the owner of this shop.

Last fall Mr. TTB had to drive right past this cache on a business trip, but he didn't have time to stop. He never expected be back in Beatty again. But Mr. and Mrs. TTB are visiting Death Valley. Mr. TTB thought about showing the site to Mrs. TTB and finding the cache, but it was too far out of the way for the route we are taking.
Until the very nice and very helpful ranger at the Furnace Creek visitor center listened to our question about what might be a good off-road trail for us and with hardly any hesitation replied with two words: "Titus Canyon". When she suggested we drive into Beatty to fill our tank before we started out, Mr. TTB knew we were going to find this one.
The find was quick enough, and the gentleman who owns Geocacher's Heaven (not its real name) was very helpful and friendly. Finding the cache and having Mrs. TTB introduced to the site were just bonuses. And if you've got a high-clearance 4WD and three to four hours to spare, put Titus Canyon on your to-do list when you're in the area.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing us both here.

Found it early in the morning, had seen wild burros here the night before, there is some really neat toys here for the guys ! Signed log, took coin left a Buckeye nut from Ohio, TFTC
This was one of 92 caches I found -- along with my friends Rohrerboy and Teampipperice -- on a 1750-mile, 3-state sweep to complete the Nevada County Challenge in just one weekend. Although I had Douglas County and Washoe County before this, we wen through every county but Douglas on a route from Walnut Creek, CA to Reno to Virginia City to Fernley to Lovelock to Elko to Wendover to Caliente to Las Vegas to Tonopah to South Lake Tahoe and back home. We signed all logs as "Team RAT" or "Rat" or similar.

We turned the corner to head north and I said, sort of absently, "let's see about grabbing one cache in this town." I puled out my GPS and said "hey, there's something called 'Geocacher's Heaven' that was made for us..." all the while I'm looking off to the right and TP and RB are looking off to the right. Finally, I look left... and I see this place! We nearly missed it completely!
After about 10 minutes, I walked out of there with three ammo cans -- two .30s and a larger grenade launcher can -- for about $40. No idea where I'm going to place them. RB bought one big one. Had a nice chat with the fellow then finally made the grab. This one was tucked pretty far in, so we missed it. TFTC #2,074.

Part of an epic, 3-day, 1,700+ mile road trip for Team R.A.T. (Rohrerboy, Alkhalikoi, and Teampipperice) across California, Nevada and a small part of Utah. We succeeded in finding a cache in every county in Nevada, which was what we set out to do; but we also all set new personal bests on day 1 by finding caches in 18 different counties.
Fun stop, almost by accident. Enjoyed browsing, and my fellow cachers bought some gear for their next great hide. Had a nice chat with the friendly owner, then we found the cache. Thanks for placing a cache here, otherwise we might have driven right passed this spot.

This was one of the finds during a roadtrip-ala-grande with Alkhalikoi and Teampipperice to accomplish the Nevada Counties Challenge. We signed all of the logs with either "RAT" or "Team RAT".
Wow! The title of this cache says it all. That guy is loaded to the teeth. In the end, I bought a large cache because my neck of the woods doesn't have enough. But Alkie really liked it here; he was like a kid in a candy store.

I spent an incredible weekend with 7 other Team DNF members in an attempt to conquer the newest additions to the ET Highway series and other caches around the Tonopah, Pahrump, and Baker area. We had wind, rain, sleet, and snow! Your cache was one of the memorable ones that we found on this incredible trip
Team DNF had so much fun this weekend, caching away in the desert. Thanks for adding to the fun.
On a road trip out of Southern Calif with seven other members of Team DNF. It was a cool, windy and very beautiful morning, the second day of our trip. This was my third visit to this neat place. Thanks habu! for adding to the fun of our day
Day 2 of a 3-day caching trip to Tonopah and Pahrump with Team DNF. Made the quick find here on our way south. Those are some of the biggest friggin' ammo cans/containers I've ever seen. There are some large enough to hide a body -- which gives me an idea !! SLTNLN -- thanks for the fun, habu!…
Second day on my trip with Team DNF in the desert. We woke up to snow in Tonopah, so we quickly headed down in elevation to take advantage of better caching weather. Lots to see at this location! The owner was nice. TFTC.
Found while on a great desert caching trip with Team DNF. We had all kinds of weather and found all kinds of caches. Thanks for adding to the fun and pointing out a place of interest to geocachers.

Out caching with Team DNF. We began the day with snow in Tomopah and finished the day in Pahrump with sunshine. Super fun day, lots of driving and lots of caches. Thanks for this one.
On holiday from Australia, we completed the ET Trail and now it is time to head back to Las Vegas. We decided to pick up a few along the way to break up the trip and see a bit more of outback Nevada. TFTC
