Muggle partner had work at Warradale, so I headed out for about 3 hours caching...except the work grew and so I had almost 8 hours to locus cache
Had some great walks, sometimes in weeds almost chest high, but didn't see one slithery thing anywhere.
Managed to find 21 caches and only 2 DNFs and 1 of those was because GSAK didn't filter out disabled caches when I loaded the GPSr last night.
Sadly, the GPSr hadn't filtered the disabled caches so I walked in and looked before I realised that this wasn't online. Next time maybe.

Tried to replace recently but was prevented by some people chatting within close range of GZ. Will return soon.
It would appear the cache has nipped out to the movies for a while. Will need to replace.
Out for a caching day with CP wanderer and Dr Owl, We looked high, low in and out of many spots and just could not seem to find this one. Upon checking the logs the last find was a year ago, and no DNFs in that time.
Sorry I can not believe that not one other cacher in the last 11 months of 2013 tried to find this, when so many other caches that are close have many logs in the same time frame.
I encourage you all to post DNFs in your logs, so that others can choose to pass this and not waste time looking for it, so that the CO can see something is amiss and check sooner then later.

No luck for us (myself, Dr Owl and Knightyme) after a very very extensive search. We noticed the last log was nearly a year ago!!!!!!! Found it hard to believe others had not searched in that time!!!
Owl, CP Wanderer and Knightyme were on a last caching adventure before school goes back. This was the only DNF. It looks like some extensive damage/pruning has been done to the row of trees and there is a huge pile of limbs that they declined to investigate extensively, so it looks like the cache has gone the way of the drive-in theatre. Worth the CO checking it out.
Having grown up within a stone-throw or two from here, it was an occasional treat to watch a movie on this very same big screen. Not sure of the exact dates, but it was some time between 1966 and 1984. Thanks for the cache Tiger Muffin!
Nice quick find on a Saturday arvo with no one around.. Got Geo(bear gryllis)daughter to grab this one.. Took the geokids to the only drive in left last year... They had a great time and so did I reliving the past... TFTC...
Never had the pleasure of going to this drive-in. As a matter of fact the only ever drive-in I have been to was at West Beach. That area has now been fully developed unlike the unkempt wilderness here.
Found on Sunday afternoon at 5:20pm. Brings back good memories of drive-in movies like Smokey & the Bandit. Great hide. Thanks for the cache.
Easy find in the middle of the night, not sure if this campus has security but if they do they don't seem to mind interlopers at all! Cache is still in its hiding hole and has not had the pleasure of meeting Mr Woodchipper ! TFTC Tiger Muffin!
Used to love this cinema TFTC

Just a quick check today given the previous logs. Thankfully tucked away in its hide. Not sure how much longer though as I suspect the hide might soon be reduced to sawdust. Will monitor.
We found this one on the ground at GZ. In the end we placed it back where we thought it should go. The tree seemed to have been pruned in a heavy handed manner. All good now. Thanks Tiger Muffin.
we found the cache on the ground so we put it back in what we think is the right spot. tree felling has happened here recently.
At 14.10h, I drove passed and thought, have I actually logged this one? I work part time nearby and had located it some time ago, but...... Now it's done. TNLNSL TFTC - Unka Dave

Found by Mary & David at 1420. Remember 40 years ago for us, then taking small children in their pyjamas along. How fashions and entertainment practices have changed. Our thanks to Tiger_Muffin.
The 'XXX' in the GC code about says it all for me at this location! Saw some great films here I am sure, just cant remember which ones!
TNLNSL
Thanks
PS: Future re-hiders, DON'T roll the log up... it makes it almost impossible to get out of the cache! Keep it straight and it wont get wrecked....

Great to have a tall geo brother. Lot of nasty ants so watch out. Container a little tricky the log was returned to container so next cacher will find it easier to remove. Thanks Tiger Muffin
Ants versus us and the cache, we won. Those little black ants can move mighty quick. We found the cache totally hidden, we left it as we felt that it was intended to be and removed our aid. Hopefully the ants then went to sleep. As we left here the sky had turned a beautiful shade of apricot. SL TFTC
Found the cache no worries but getting the log book out was another matter. Thx Tiger_Muffin for the hide.
This cache brought back tonnes of memories as this was the Drivein we attended on our first date. We saw Tommy the musical and we fell in love! That was 35 years ago and we are still madly in love! Great hide!
GPS was all over the place for some reason, but after a bit of perseverance going around in circles it was eventually found. Great hide SL TFTC

Very hot day and logging some finds while I have a rest out of the sun. Found this cache fairly quickly. SL TFTC
Found by D
As we walked in, someone else walked out the other side of the bushes. On signing the log we noticed we were the second today, perhaps only just!

I spent many an enjoyable evening at this Drive In during my youth. But what happened at the Drive In stayed at the Drive In. TFTC Tiger Muffin.
One of the few driveins we never went to in our miss spent youth, pity, our second drive in cache in two days TFTC
TFTC TM. This one was a quick pit stop before we set out on a nights Geocaching. . It made me think back to my childhood days at the Drive-in, the first flick I saw was `The Gods must be crazy` Those were lovely days .Thanks. KayEd Twitchers
Thanks Tiger Muffin for placing a well hidden cache with accurate Co-ordinates.
Found quickly and enjoyed the location and some great memories.

I saw my first R rated movie. here. I think it was called Cinderella, (a bed time story 1977). Second billing after the corn cobs was Cruising, with Al Pacino. Now that was one cool movie for it's time. Clear skies for the drive in.
Sadly these facilities are just about all gone. What do the youth of today do for fun? Spent many evenings either watching or not watching the movies. How many speakers did we steal.
The hardest part about this cache was getting the log book out of the container.
I remember when we were teenagers we came to this drive in one night in a old VW beetle with 8 people crammed into it, good times.
Thanks Tiger Muffin for the cache and the trip down memory lane!

Found on the way home from work muggle activity low! thanks for the cache Tiger Muffin!
Must be between sessions, not a person around. Nice hide. Thanks Tiger Muffin for the cache.
Siver for me... Found it nice and easy.... Sad to see the Drive In being neglected.
Thanks Tiger_Muffin for the cache.
P.s. I don't like the James Bond movies. Sorry.

FTF @ 12.05pm, just as most of the students were coming out for their lunch break.
Had a five second look this morning on the way to my first job but as in a hurry the eye's were not looking correctly. After a think and google about the hint, and a more relaxed visit came up with the goods.
