Logs
The time has come to archive this series. I apologise to the Christchurch Geocaching community for letting it fall into disrepair. If you have found some of the caches and not others, and you want to find the final, email me the codes you have already got and I will reply with the location of the final (if you have emailed previously for help with this series and I haven't replied, please email again). I will archive the final at the end of the year. Regards, Dan.

As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Dear CO: There are 3 other Needs Maintenance logs informing you that the cache is not accessible and has not been since July. I can see that you have been logging on to this website, so you must be ignoring these logs because it is pretty easy to just disable the cache. Not everyone reads logs and waste their time trying to find caches they can't get too, or break laws by hopping fences as one cacher did. Please disable/archive/move cache.
Didn't read the logs before and found a fence around the cache. Maybe disable this cache for a while??
I made a night time visit because it is inside a construction site. But the logbook didn't seem to have the two digit code for the quest. Can someone help me out?
Didn't read the last log and found the area fenced off. Maybe archive or move to another spot. Who knows how long until the area opens again.
Hi there - tried to get to it today, but the area is fenced off since Monday or Tuesday this week. I'm worried that the workers may have ruined it? Or I may be wrong - but it might need checking.
Always the last one, but found it anyway. Thanks and greetings from Finland.
Another beautiful day, another giant wander around town. This time only 22km! TFTC!
Still have no idea what you're referring to in the clue, but I found it once the smoking muggle had gone. Knocked off a few in the series today.
Good to knock off another one of this series today. GPS took a while to settle down so had to refer to beyonce on a few occasions until she helped me find the cache. Thanks for the cache.
Make a trip through the South island over eastern.
During this trip i search also a lot of caches, this was one of them.
Thanks to all the owner who place this cache around NZ.

This was one of the caches we found during our holiday in NZ.
We enjoyed caching around this beautiful country. TFTC!

Had a reasonable look but the area is busy and there is a lot of rubbish, could be there
Sadly, this is the last day of our holiday in NZ, and in this still beautiful city
Along with @Geco72 (who has found it previously) had a good search but couldn't locate the cache.
Searched for at least 30 min. Found out that we had been sitting on it several times.
Looked for around 30-40 min. Almost gave up, but then Kasperr searched with his hand and bingo! Gps was 2 meters off.
Found after a short search. Another of the series ticked off but I doubt that I will ever get around to completing it. TFTC
Inspired by someone else finding this I went back and after a bit of a hunt I found it! I think it might have been moved slightly since its original placement because beyonce's song didn't come to mind. Instead the song by Stealers wheel that featured on that excellent movie Reservoir dogs came to mind.

Was over at the hospital, visiting someone, and on my way home decided that I needed a cache for the day, as I would be off doing other stuff the rest of the day. ( I don't even remember what that was or anything anymore! )
Noticed that there was a cache of this series nearby, so naturally it had to be found, as I would rather finish this series earlier than later...
Wasn't relieved much when I noticed that the last 3 logs I had on my GPS were all DNFs, but the persistance paid off!! I did have to wait out 2 sets of muggles, but after searching all over, knowing what the container was paid off, and I made the find. Sweet as!!
TFTC!!

Found on a cold December day while visiting the gardens on a trip from Australia. TFTC
Quick find - by luck my hand located it in the first place I searched- The challenge was driving through town following the GPS with all the one way roads and no access roads but that adds to the fun. TFTC
Today our last day in New Zealand.
After crossing the Northern and Southern Island for 4 weeks
today a final day in Christchurch.
What a desperate view. It looks like a ghost city.
We hope everything will be built up soon.

After having a coffee nearby, we headed for this one - and found it. Thank you for hiding!
Was a bit worried about finding this when so many recently missed. The amount of rubbish didn't help. Did a bit of a clean up. Nice spot. The hint was useful and amusing. Cheers for the cache.
We had to look for a while. As we decided to go to another cache we suddenly saw something. Abd there it was.
Found it after having it on my watch list for a while - need it to complete the series but was somewhat worried with the number of DNF's. Quick park & grab on my way to work. GPS all over the place. TN (except the 2 required numbers):LN:SL. TFTC. #210 for us.
After so many people not finding it, I wasn't sure I would find it but there it was! Found with the Pegasus rangers who were mostly first time cache hunters. TFTC.

Had been searching for a wee while, no find. Proper coffee in thrnice cafe close by, one last try: find. Not sure if it is meant to be exactly there, placed it exactly as I found it. Tftc
No luck, but got plenty of others in the area so not a bad day. Judging by other logs this ones gone missing again..
26/10/12 3:09 PM Day 14 of our trip around the south island for the NZ mega with Kinkell1 Tried old location then realized there were new Co'ords and search there too, but did not find.
Tried twice today to get this one but there were large number of muggles at GZ both times.

Pretty sure it's gone, phoned previous finders who told me where to look.
I have been to GZ today and it appears a little bit of gardening has taken the cache and it's camo, so I will have to move it, again.
9675... This Quest took us into the Central City, our first visit to the CBD since our last visit to Christchurch, a couple of weeks before the Feb ’11 earthquakes, TFTC.
Found on my tour to the remains of the CDB on my last day in ChCh.
Cache was badly covered- tried to cover it after logging.

Found way back but did not log.
There was little cover and it was sitting in the open - covered as best that could be. Any heavy rain would uncover it again.

In the area so popped over for a look and found without even looking at GPS. Still well hidden. TFTC.
Second for the day while walking into town.
Quick find by Xander.
Thanks for the cache

On the last day of our holiday in New Zealand I walked around in Christchurch doing some caches. This was one of them.
Heading from the city centre to the Botanical gardens, I stumbled upon this cache. While the sun just started to shine, it was a pleasure to walk along the Avon, photographing some of it's inhabitants, and finding this cache.
Thanks for the cache! Gpsgek from Holland.
