The time has come to archive this series. I apologise to the Christchurch Geocaching community for letting it fall into disrepair. If you have found some of the caches and not others, and you want to find the final, email me the codes you have already got and I will reply with the location of the final (if you have emailed previously for help with this series and I haven't replied, please email again). I will archive the final at the end of the year. Regards, Dan.

Yay I found a micro. There was a wee bit of spiderweb on it. Ick. But I still enjoyed this find.
Lovely day for the first day of Spring, my boyfriend's first cache and my 100th!

Nice quick park and grab, great little we walk way and nice hide, was found quickly as it was quite exposed, seems as the recent weather had blown things around a bit. Signed the log and replaced and covered, hope it stays. Tftc
As previous people have said the co-ords are a bit off and sends you pretty much into what could be classed as the neighbours driveway garden area.
Master 4 had a blast testing his new Wooden Mocka bike in the park then a dash home quickly as he hasnt been very well (this has halted my 31 days ) but there will be other times no doubt !

Quick find (despite being slightly misled by GPS), spent some time afterwards entertaining ourselves on the playground. TFTC
We finally find it after 20min looking for it in the wrong place ! TFTC easy cache (if we look at the right place)
Found on our last day in NZ while visiting our friends. A quick gc expedition in beautiful winter weather before heading back to Trondheim, Norway. Tftc
Third day in Christchurch, another giant wander around town. 23km today! TFTC!
Tried for this one about a week ago and couldn't find it. Came back with Spooky_Possum and had another go. Both of us could figure it. Widened our search a little and there it was. Thanks.
A quick find (between muggles) on the way home from work. I see the numbers I need are... remaining a secret!

Didn't even know that this park was here. A few people walking around and a guy appeared to be a cacher as well, he was kind of because he was hunting for a missing cellphone. Thanks for the cache
Logged through geocaching app. Edit done to correct date. Aaaaand I've just realised I forgot to get the codes for the next cache in the series...return trip soon I guess

I didn't have a cache for the day yet, and I was off to go to my bfs house for the evening - which would normally mean I would find one with him, but decided to just get one out of the way and done, as I wasn't planning on staying for ages.
I approached from the wrong side, but luckily there was no water, so I managed to just easily make my way over to the right side! Torch was dying a little, but the cache was not too difficult to find, nor did it take too long!!
Then though, I replaced the cache, and got back on the main path to walk back to my car. But as soon as I joined back up with the path, I let out a bit of a yelp!! I got such a fright!! I noticed there was someone walking right next to me!
I then apologised, and said that I wasn't expecting anyone else to be here, and that you don't normally see other people hanging about in places like this at this hour.
He said the same thing, and that he doesn't expect people here either... well awkward...
So I asked him what he had been up to, and he said that he had been off climbing trees. Awesome! And then he asked me what I had been doing there, and that he had seen me... well, this was even more awkward! So, picking up his German accent and the fact that he had been off climbing trees, I asked if he had heard of geocaching before... He had!! So that made things slightly less awkward! He said he's been meaning to start one of these days!
And so once we got back to my car, I said bye to my new friend, and we headed our seperate ways!
TFTC!!

Had to be in Christchurch by 9:30 so I figured that the time on Goggle Maps of 1 hour 10 would be plenty but my husband wasn't so sure. So I allowed myself to be talked into leaving earlier than needed. Knowing I could always fill in the extra time with a cache or two.
Nice to tick another one of the series off. Really looking forward to getting all the numbers and hunting for the final.
Thanks for the cache, nice foot bridge near by.

Second time trying this one - this time in daylight which helped. The co-ords were a bit off in regards to which side of the creek - but got a quick find today. TSLO! TFTC.
Quick easy find. I have previously had DNF's for an old cache here. Pleased it has been archived and this new cache replaced it. Have only 2 or three to complet the series although I have to revisit 2 as I have lost their numbers. Thanks for the hide.
First find in this fair city on overnight stop. Nice place for a hide. TFTC
Slowly getting through these suburb caches. Great weather today to add a couple more to my list. TFTC
GPS was a bit out, so after a short while I looked around and thought I'd find the perfect hiding place I'd hide one and there it was ;0) Thanks!!!
co-ords were a little out for me, but applied the "where would I hide a cache" and it was soon located.

Quick find but couldn't see any numbers for the final cache on the replacement log, am wondering if they got transfered over.

Found by Graemey from the UK-I tried to find this cache about 20 months ago when I was last in New Zealand without success.Thank goodness I found it this time. Difficulty in finding even this evening as the sun was shining directly in line with hiding place as I approached it.TFTC. Nice Hide.
A quick find on my walk to Beckenham. I forgot to take the details for the challenge but as I leave the country on Monday it is unlikely that I will get all the caches done.

This was one of many caches found today with Roostaman on day 7 of our New Zealand mega caching holiday, after completing Thompsons Track series, we continued on our way into Christchurch to find a few more. We certainly found a few caches in this series...but we had to leave the rest for another visit.

Find # 4752 and a total of 113 today with Marcus Vitruvius, on our NZ Mega trip.
Another day of Mega caching after arriving back in Christchurch for a few more days.
Another nice cache in the series. TFTC dan.reilly,

Found as part of the Gangsters- The Rats, Farmer Frentzen and Big Matt and Shell- as part of our NZ Mega Event Tour 2012.
Hardest part of this one was probably getting around the garbage truck in this little street! TFTC!

Found during 'The Gangsters' trip to New Zealand, being Big Matt, The Rats, steeba and myself.
A nice quick find but parking was a little harder.
Thanks dan.reilly for the cache.

Thanks dan.reilly for the cache.
Found this cache as part of the Gangster's Aussie assault on the first NZ Mega with Big Matt, FarmerFrenzten and steeba.
This one took longer to get down the street than it did to find the cache. A garbo truck had blocked the road.
Thanks

Our 6099th overall find.
Found on the "Gangsters" NZ Mega 2012 trip with steeba, The Rats and FarmerFrentzen. After negotiating the garbage truck, we managed to make a simple find.

9678... Headed over to Suburban Sydenham to continue our Christchurch Geocaching Quest, TFTC.
I must be getting older or my 5 year old daughter is getting smarter. Technically she was first to find but logged in here as well. Good hide and handy spot.
An easy find (now). Glad to see it probably wasn't there our last couple visits, so not feeling quite so stupid after all.
340 - When I saw this was enabled again I thought I better not leave it too long to come back over and get it. Today it thankfully was a quick find, nice! TFTC
Yes! Today the GPS took me right past last weeks tree, and past the one it is in. Hmmm. Made an educated (or experienced?) guess and found it in the first place I looked. GPS insisted it was still over the stream, but its been having problems here on previous visits (not all of which were logged). Thankfully I had the right gut feeling about this one.
Only a couple more to go...
Thanks

Woops forgot to update clue when I moved this cache - Thanks MitchJay for pointing that out
Nice find after waiting patiently for a neighbour to wash their car. Cache was lower than suggested in clue. TFTC
No luck for me this morning. Hope I had the right tree. Nothing stood out and I was preparing for a closer look on the other side when a patio door unlocked on the other side off the stream... So abandoned search and will hopefully get to work at a reasonably time for my late in Tuesday.
I'll be back. Have to - only a few to go now for this series.

I am planning a cache maintenance run this weekend, so I will have a look at this cache, which appears to have been muggled.
Third visit and still not found this wee fellow. I'll wait until someone else has found it now before I try again
Checked all around the area but to no avail. Checked chest height - both sides but nada... zip.. came up empty-handed. I'll be back.
no luck with this one. a couple of muggles sitting right next to location watching us closely, so only chance for a very quick search. will head back another day.
After a bit of to-ing & fro-ing (which side of the stream?) I had the little blighter in my warm hand on a blustery day. SL.
