Headed out to find this one and at GZ found only an empty pin. A quick call to Kiwi69 let me know that I was looking at the right thing. She gave me a pointer as to where the final was and I headed off to find it.

At GZ it took me a little while to find but eventually located its sneaky hiding place.

Have wanted to do this one for ages. A day off with youngest & his muggle friend (teacher-only day) & decided today was the day. The boys loved using the tool to get necessary info at WP1 & then, with three sets of eyes at the final, it didn't take too long to find the cache. Muggle child really enjoyed himself & keen to try some more ... off to raglan we go! Grabbed TB. Thanks heaps for the fun!

We thought we may have a little trouble with this one but it did not prove too difficult at all. Perhaps helped by a cache that was not well hidden and stuck out like a sore thumb. Have recovered a little better so that not visible by a casual passerby. A lovely spot that inspired us to stop for lunch even though the tide was out. Left a geocoin to spend some time here before the next puzzler comes along for the challenge. TFTC

This puzzle has been on our radar for a while, and today we finally got the opportunity to stop by to find it. We quickly spotted what we expected at the waypoint, and had the necessary technology to extract the co-ordinates for the final. Once at GZ we had a choice of 2 locations that fitted the hint. Checked and dismissed one of them, although initially it looked more likely, then searched the second. Having seen that the previous log was a DNF we were pleased to come up with the cache pretty quickly. Enjoyed this one, thanks.

No probs with the first WP, but final eluded us again.
Went along the high tide track, over the wet rushes and found the obvious hint item. Searched, poked, prodded to no avail. Fortunately the tide had receded and our feet remained dry.
Tried PAF, but got no signal.
Searched again, climbing high, and then looking below the high water mark, but just could not find it.
Maybe, our 3rd search will be lucky!

Checked the other day. The qr code has gone as well as the cache.
Hope to have it sorted by end of the month

I didn't either. The area is a toilet so I didn't look that hard but phoned the owner and still no joy

WP1 was easily spotted, but got our tool too close to use at first. Sorted, and onto final to discover a group of tween muggles in need of a bottle - wanting to play spin the bottle at the picnic table.
WP for final was 8m over the fence, so searched on the fence side.... full tide, so unable to get to the coastal track further round, but WP was not there anyway! Muggle started to take interest in us, so called it quits.

Our first Cache! Glad I chose this one.
Found Final. Log & pen were lying on the grass and not in the case.
We put it all back together and replaced it,
but I wonder if the final has been moved from where it should be.

Great place to come though. TFTC!

Pouring down a lot, middle of no where, and would you beleive it was muggle central at the listed co-ords, after gathering the required info we headed to the final, and would you beleive it muggle central there as well. Distracted the muggles by talking to them while we sent the kids in for a find....success

Only found out about these a couple of weeks ago, so had the tool ready to go as we got to the first waypoint. Great views from up here. Final took a while to find, but we weren't in much of a hurry. TFTC.

Nice puzzle Psychrn, very similar to that latest craze called Munzee!!

Picked up the co-ords from WP1 before carrying on to Lorenzen cache before picking up the final, nice drive out this way.

Watched a crap game of rugby at Waikato stadium then decided to take the long route home to find this cache. A perfect night for caching; dark and raining but at least not too cold.
Got to the posted coordinates and after a good rummage in the boot found a rusty old tool that I thought might do the trick. Not as easy as expected though due to limited light and a rather delicate mechanism. Finally cracked it though and off to the final.
Have been out to Raglan countless times but this was a completely new area for me. Will definitely be back in the daylight to better explore.
A most enjoyable night out and good to get the FTF at about 10:15 pm.
Thanks Psychrn
