They have made this walkway but I see lots of destruction in the effort to build this, I'm not sure I like it. Anyway, there is a cache here and that's what I came for and it was in the 2nd stump I saw close to GZ. The log paper needs replacing which I would have done if I had any with me, took a foto anyway of the log.
Good hiding spot. Logged electronically as log book shredded to bits. Needs maintenance.
Needs maintenance . Log book wet and been ripped up. Cache was very exposed. Have re-hidden
Good little hide, thanks! Needs a replacement log book though.. It's a bit wet in there!
Eew! That's not a film canister, looks like a drug deal gone wrong! Still, it's a geocache!
Saw a beautiful owl and a fantail while looking for this cache. Stunning area!
What a beautiful little glade. Been cycling past here often and never went through.
Another quick find for Kiwscot. She leads 3 nil so far today. Replaced log as original saturated and disintegrating. TFTC
Took a while to find, however clever hiding. A little more than 2 meters of the track though! TFTC
Nice track but the log was quite damp, didn't have any paper to replace it TFTF ♣
Finally got on right side of track and found this ! Not far off track at all ! Thanks guys !
Nice and easy. Need to bring a writing device though! And very wet paper. Mino & Caleb
took me a while to track down but finnaly found the right "thing" indicated in hint. Hunted around off track for a while, should have read decription a bit better
I borrowed a bike today to cache a little further away. Quick find. TFTC.

Well spotted by Donna summers! Good teamwork by terminator and dr Cornwallis tftc!!
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
After a short walk in the bush, this one was quickly found. TFTC!

I thought I looked everywhere. I definitely checked everywhere that was wheelchair accessible and then I delved deeper into the bush but this hide proved too good for me today. Thanks anyway.
Spend a good 20 minutes on it before finally giving up. I've look at every stump within 15 meters GZ. Would be curious to find out whether the cache is missing or whether I need glasses.
[green] At long last, after two weeks of Auckland Mega and the GeoTours North and South, I can get my bike out and go for a ride. Over 30 caches by bike today! Pretty area, but needs some rain - the place looks all dusty and grey. Found the cache okay.
A wander into the fern forest and after a bit of GPSr bouncing about, searching, and remembering it was not far from the path the cache was soon located.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Beaut place!
Replaced log and two bags, all good
Also put it back where the hint says

Found this well hidden cache. Not far off the track 'at all' You don't have to look far, but it has some good camouflage over it, that will need lifting to find it.
Found my first cache! But left the pen at home...stink. Nice little walk close to a park for young kids. Cleverly hidden but easy enough to find.
#19 Great place, good to walk with whole family could even take the pram. Thanks. Kids are having a ball
Out for an afternoons caching and a clean up of the 8 +km estuary trail on foot........Nice camo and hide which was found once the correct side of the track was sorted!! TFTC
Mrs Alligator was a bit concerned about the 'falling branches' sign but after convincing her to cycle faster & it shouldnt be a problem, headed off to the cache. Found quickly SL TFTC
2.45pm. Walkways abound everywhere in this new neighbourhood and we enjoyed our wander. Cache located easily.

Really nice wee bush walk. Great to stop of on our way to airport. Cache in hand in record time as friends wandered ahead.
Quick hind, in and out quick as there are many walkers and joggers along here

Was originally going to just find the cache and then leave, but it was so pleasant that I continued along the path and did a bit of exploration of the area. TFTC
#746, 2 year old daughter made the find only to get the cache snatched away by big brother 4 who claimed a joint find. TFTC
Great urban bush walk on a overcast showery day. Little Miss 5 proudly made the find! TFTC
Grabbing a few caches in the area while passing through on our 'how ever long it takes' NZ tour.
Thanks for setting this up.
