We weren't hopeful of this one, but we were in the area doing the wherigo so thought we'd have a look. From the hint, sounds like it was under one of the capping stones - if so it's not there now.
It town for the night from Dorkland.
I think I picked the best time of the day for this one, as no one was around, as it did take a minute or so to find the right spot.
Cheers

The TB that is logged in this cache since feb 2014 is no longer there. I have sent a message to the TB owner as well...but can you please log the TB as missing in case the TB owner doesn't. Time to get this TB out of your cache
Out with Gap (of Fap and Gap) on a pleasant Anzac Day excursion. With three events in one day, Hamilton was definitely the place to be...
This was a quick find... Luckily, ground zone was out of sight from the playing fields next door, as there was a sports fixture in progress. I spotted this one hiding in the greenery and had no problems reaching for it. TFTC.

Two of us looking this time. One to uncover and one to look. With LegitGabi. Tftc
Waited for rowdy child muggles to finish being amused by the echoes of their own voices in the walk way tunnel. Easy find. Tftc.
I was out for a walk this morning to take the long way to Jaycar, via four caches. Also to get a muffin. Yes that's an errand. Don't judge me..
Finally, I can use my height to an advantage. I had a little trouble at first but really there's only a few places it could really be. I took a step back and there it was! Thanks!

We almost gave up on this one, but at Mrs L's insistence, had another look from the top - and came up trumps; TFTC.
Found it after tonight's event. Good to meet some geocachers there - faces behind the names now There was a team out training in the nearby park but fortunately they ignored us.... TFTC
Nobody about today, so easy find. Put a new C & D log in cache and signed (of course). Cheers.
Found while filling in time before tonight's event, wet and soggy but found. Thanks
Easy find a few muggles around. Log is wet and hard to write. Seals have gone on container.
Great Thanks
Great Thanks
Found this really tricky . Especially as plants all soaking wet and full of snails ,.
Could have done with 3 hands ...had to climb wall holding onto plants ...then lift up the plants to look for container ....
And repeat many times till I was in the right place !!!

Couldn't find it which was disappointing because everyone said it was an easy find. Oh well better luck next tine
We stayed in Hamilton on our holiday tour through NZ. Found this box during an evening walk. Logbook is quite wet.

An early morning find, noone else around. Log was a bit wet. Thanks for the hide.
Cache was soaked, put it in a plastic bag to prevent more water damage. book soaked, may need to be checked and dried or replaced.
nice cache it was quite wet i did manage to sign the book sorry dident have anything to dry with on me. TFTC
Pretty sure that hint meant '... up'. No cache for me at GZ. Might need to look harder. Cheers, GC.
Good park and soon found access walkway.
A bit of effort soon had cache in hand. TFTC.

finally! after several attempts, i thought about where this could be, the clue ended up being the COs height that gave it away. Nice to finally get this crossed off!
Back for a second visit, this time the GPS had us in a slightly different spot - Yay another smiley. Some irony in us finding this today as residents of Pukekohe who hosted the follow on from this event the ITM500 the previous weekend. TFTC.
Out and about with KiwifruitsNZ collecting caches in Hamilton in between events today. Quickly found before heading to the refreshments event. Didn't realise how many motorsports facilities there were in the Waikato! TFTC
A day collecting some caches with Vamber in Hamilton in between organised events.
A quick find (after a bit of rock climbing!) as we headed to the next event.

In town for a special celebration, having time to do a couple of caches with my geomate.
After two DNFs we thought it would be a bit a challenge, but were surprised to find it with spot on coords.

No cache - only a horrid pair of underpants in the garden. Boo hoo - not a successful morning GC ing
While on a quick trip over to Hamilton for some hot air balloon viewing, we decided to do some caching too.
We looked for this one in the area we thought matched both co-ords and hint, without success. A shame not to find it as there was hardly anyone around at 8pm!

My GPS was saying I was 50 metres away when we worked out we were about 20 metres away
Loved this cache, was well hidden, and is in a location not many people look or go!
had to shelter from the rain shower but cache soon in hand thanks to some good spotting.
I've been past this cache once before and decided that there were too many people around. I was early enough this morning that this was not the case. Fortunately nobody passed while I was in the somewhat difficult to explain position required to find this cache. Thanks.
We found this one a bit tricky and searched long and hard for it. Believing it had beren muggled, we were on the point of giving up when stickman revealed the illusive cache. Hooray! SL. TNLN. TFTC
Not many people around early in the day. Had a walk the long way round but came back through the underpass. TFTC
Having Checked the Cache today it has certianly gone, "Thanks go to evilno9 for the finding of the old container and rescuing it for me".
I have now replaced the container in its correct position and currently only has a logbook, so please don't forget to bring a pen.
All up and running and good luck on your mystery cache hunt

Was with evilno9 when we inadvertently came across this one on the way to Rugby Park. Just as he said to me, there is cache around here somewhere, it was rite there lying open on the wall. We managed to rescue it and hide it in a temporary spot until hopefully the cache owner can rehide it.
Found this one completely by accident on our way to the warrior's game lying completely exposed on the fence with just the container present. Hid it back quickly though I suspect it is away from where it should be. Currently it's at behind a concrete fence hidden under some bark (best I could do with everyone walking to the stadium) TFTC
Cache needs repositioning into its proper hiding spot. Also needs log and bag replaced (didn't have any on me at the time sorry!) See pic for temp hiding place.
Quick find, during a long walk around the north end of the city. Cache had no swag, which our son loves to collect so we added some stuff for the next finder. TFTC
Replaced log book with Rite n Rain sheet.
Placed cache back in its correct position.
Pre season training going on with game of touch next door
Happy hunting

Checked on the cache today and dried out the contents and re-bagged the log book.
Cache is in place and ready to be found.

Nice one Cats&Dragons - here I am after a great skills event looking for a cache and lifting plants and getting a shower of water each time. Starting to feel a bit wet, I stood back and thought - that the high road looked a much better option - Cache soon in hand, why didnt I do that to begin with! TFTC
Tricky hiding place for two shorties. Left TB Hydraulic Ramone (from Cars) as we thought he'd like it here. We took Ali Baba(?) as they didn't both fit in the little container.
Left Callaway's Craziness TB. A little TB which likes race tracks so it's in the right place, ready for the V8s.
Come On People out there, this is the ;ast year for the Hamilton 400 before it moves north.
Extra bonus points to the cachers who can secure this one between the 20th and 22nd April 2012

Parked at the suggested co-ords and walked through the underpass to GZ. Found the cache after a bit of searching. Very glad it was late at night and there were no pedestrian muggles around. Thanks.

Found on our 24hr caching mission, Cache-A-Tron - Auckland to Hamilton and back again. This one had us thinking "Now where would we put a cache?" and it wasn't long before we had it in our hands. TFTC.

GPS was inconclusive so it was all about resorting to good old geosense for this one. Letting the fingers do the walking seemed the best approach, and they soon walked their way right to the the cache.
Never had the opportunity to see the V8's around Hamilton - bet it get's pretty loud at the GZ
