THIS CACHE / LOCATION IS UP FOR ADOPTION. Anybody keen? We are no longer in the area so cannot perform maintenance. If no one wants it, we'll just archive it in the next few days/weeks. Cheers!
9/7/12 had a goood look and saw were we thought it should have been but no luck for us today.
Great hide, well done......
Nice little walk aroud this great area today

In the area this afternoon. Didn't read the description very carefully so needed to go back to the car for additional hint(s). Good hide, easy once it clicked!!!! TFTC
Easy find once I'd caught my breathe from climbing up the steps, I should have come the other way!!!! TFTC 8D
#358, Cool Cammo, walked past initially. watch out for the muggles on deck. Rope swing has gone. TFTC
Nice views from GZ - even better from the top. Needed a TOTT to extract. Put in some bark as a back-stop before replacing to prevent cache being pushed in too far. TFTC.
It looks like someone has been a bit overzealous in their efforts to conceal the cache, and now you need a tool to extract it.
When we originally placed the cache, no tool was necessary. We put a stick behind the cache which stopped it from being pushed too far in. Our guess is that the inside of the hide has broken down so much it doesn't offer a solid barrier anymore.
Unfortunately we're no longer in the area so can't pop round and perform "repairs". If the next visitor who manages to extract it can help us out and do what we did, we'd be really grateful, as we'll have to archive it otherwise, which would be a shame. Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to give us a hand with this one...
If anyone would like to officially adopt it, we'd be happy to pass on ownership of the cache. Cheers!

Called by today, had to wait for people at the top, to lie down, so we could try to get the cache out. Its so far in, not sure, how you would get it out. Will call another day and hopefully a bit quieter to employ some tools to remove it.
Great view of the sparking blue ocean and counted 16 boats out and about. Great little hide but had to go back to the geocamper and get a TOTT to assist with the find TFTC.

Found it during our vacation in North Island, and thi is a cache where we began to learn the name of the trees in our book, discovering that it might be very helpful for GC

Couldn't get cache out so went back to van for the right tool. Soon had it sorted but can go in too far to grab easily. SL TFTC

Stopped here with Zork to have lunch after finding the cache. Nice spot to rest and see the view.
A return visit for us, having done the first Big Manly View. Great hide at Part II, should be more muggle-proof here. Thanks.

Had to contend with an elderly muggle resting at GZ and then puffing slowly along up the remaining steps stopping once again at the top. Once he got his wind back we were clear for the grab. Very nice concealment - gets a favourite point for ingenuity. TFTC
Much better hide than the last one, and pleased to find the park empty on the first visit.

Thanks for the new cache here. Much better hide this time round and without the hint it may have taken me a while. Another date crossed off. TFTC
It is a day to pick up the bits and pieces that I have left for another day's caching.
This is the first for the day and it is nice to come back a enjoy the views from here. Loved the camo job here.
Cheers for the cache.

We have been waiting to fill a gap in our caching calendar and today's the day. Very impressed with the camo and nice to see another one in the area. TFTC
After a fun evening of Poker, the Intrepid 5 (myself, mm1968 and 3 muggle friends) decided, at about half past midnight, to go and check out this new cache. It was an introduction to geocaching for a couple of them, and an interesting one at that. Arrived at the cache shortly before 1am to find a stoner couple sitting on the seat having an argument about how long she had been waiting there for him, or something equally inane. At first they thought we were the police, but then they kept on arguing about whether it had been 45 minutes, or if he didn't know she was waiting, or something, while we huddled around GZ and found the crafty little cache - don't worry, they were far too into their teenage drama, and couldn't see what we were doing. Cache safely back in place and we were off into the darkness. FTF #801 TFTC!!!
