Not sure about the on/off, more like an up n down, wasn't expecting a tree climb at this late hour, oh right no of course it's a nice easy cache, with a leisurely easy terrain rating. Certainly no need to leave the ground here, lol. TFTC
We came down to Hamilton to help our daughter move from one side of the city to the other into a new flat. We found ourselves near the final for this cache (solved yesterday on the off chance it would be in the right area and we'd have time to visit) so stopped by to make a find. That we did with GAR spotting the cache container and me adding out autograph to the log. Forgot to pick up the extra information though but as we didn't finish the series today we'll have to come back anyway. Thanks for a puzzle I could solve and a final that was nice and handy in the end Cats&Dragons!
The sight of groups of zeroes and ones normally brings me out in hives but a previous finder encouraged me to have a go and after over-complicating things with potential solutions got the answer with a simpler and more obvious solve.
Out and about in Hamilton today visiting some of the more interesting hides and some solved puzzles so this one was on the list. Getting late now so losing the light. Tried the obvious spot that matched the hint and appeared to be GZ but couldn't find anything. Did find plenty of empty beer bottles. Switched focus to a nearby spot and didn't find anything there to match the hint either. In the process of thinking it might be our first DNF of this trip we spotted what was obviously the cache discarded nearby. Otherwise all intact including the log so we were able to sign and replaced in the closest hint item. I think a site visit is recommended as suspect a bit of cache creep has gone on here.
Cache is back in place and thanks for the puzzle and cache. All good now.

Solved this series last night as i knew i was going to be over here for a few days.
a tree climb is needed and it was filled with water. Managed to get water all over myself as i tried to empty it. TFTC

This puzzle took a bit longer but got there in the end. Arrive at gz and another one to the growing mystery smilies today. Tftc
When I first stopped to find this one, I had it in the middle of a farmers field. I double checked the solution and noticed I entered a wrong number. I had the right coords from the Geochecker, but I must have copied one number incorrectly.
I can just about sight read this code, so I found the mistake while I sat at the side of the road. The find was much less dramatic. TFTC.

Solved this series a little while ago and enjoyed the variety. We decided to pick these up first as it it was still quite quiet around. Cache was found on the ground but still in good condition. TFTC.
found with nanna.c-super.pops and nufrat signing as nnd, the T/D ratings need to be changed around, tftc
out for the day with nufrat and diesel894. heavy rain but didn't deter us. enjoyed the challenge of this puzzle. logged caches as NND. normally i have no problem with a T1.5 cache but this one was one that almost needed climbing gear it was so high up, glad we had diesel with us and he climbed over 3.5m to get this cache, CO must have D and T mixed up
the puzzle was easy but the cache T rating is BS, the CO needs to change the rating or the placement of the cache, tftc
Whew, bit of a mission getting to this one! Good fun though and luckily no one around. Thanks for the cache and the fun puzzles
This was a fun little puzzle that I solved last night in preparation for today's visit. Having done computer studies at uni, it wasn't a big challenge. I think finding the cache was more of mission, or should I say retrieving it. Not sure if the cache has been moved because it's not really a terrain 1.5!
I had to return here after finding another puzzle cache in the series and realising that I forgot to get the clue. I'll give it a fave for both puzzle and placement. TFTC

Another puzzle cache solved long ago, so it was nice to make the find while staying close by.
I spotted the cache & the younger Rattll retrieved it.
Got muggled by someone's dog while making the retrieval, who seemed intrigued by what we were up to & took quite some time to finally heed it's owners calls & move on. Fortunately the owner didn't seem to be aware why the dog really liked this spot & headed off in the other direction.
Thanks for the fun puzzle cache

Solved a while back...like this type of cache puzzle and ever so pleasing as the co ords were spot on thanks C&D for a great cache
Glad to get the smiley face - the first of this series to find. Solved all but no time now for finds. This puzzle was the hardest of the series for me even though I knew what I was looking at. Thanks for an enjoyable series.
Solved a while ago but DNF'd. Seeing that CO had replaced recently, I was on a mission to get this! Stopped off on my way home from work. Walked around and around GZ for ages. Kept reading the hint, but it wasn't clicking. Finally managed to spot it from the right angle & my immediate thought was "are you for real?!" Took my time & got there in the end (work clothes still in one piece, although shoes a bit more scuffed!). Back home to log the find and suddenly realised I didn't check for the clue to the bonus! Damn! Looks like I'll be going back. At least I'll be a bit more prepared this time!
Totally loving this series & don't want it to finish, but keen as to finish it as well! Giving it a fave as this one is very relative to my career! SL. TFTC!

Searched high and low at GZ & all I found was some broken glass, empty bottles & an old pair of ladies underwear!
I will return another day to search again, although am a little worried this might be missing as 4robf4 had noted on the bonus log "Finished off the series with this (after a bit of guile) despite SC#3 almost certainly being mia."...

After a fairly full on day yesterday I decided to cruise a bit today and to take things as they come. i’d solved all the ones in this series and made a concentrated effort to find them all, giving a few trads along the way the cold shoulder. Didn't take too long to spot this one. Cheers and TFTC
Deciphering this one reminded me of the ol' days of paper tape and punch cards. Hmmm ... showing my age here.
Took the day off for my birthday so off on the push bike and cache hunting. Dave's birthday bicycle bash (part 4 of . Third one I've found in this series. Loving the puzzles. Nice hide. nearly missed it. TFTP & TFTC
We come over from Whangamata for a day out in Hamilton and the weather was fine so it was time to finish some puzzles that I had solved last year TFTC
Needs a lid CO sorry I didn't have anything on me to do the job so I tilted it down a bit to allow draining.
Couldn't solve this easily got nudge from Wobbie, quick trip to GZ, lotsa dog walkers out after work. Still no lid, cache full of water. Hopefully my scratch is on it, tilted it sideways on return to hopefully allow it to drain without loosing contents.

Solved by Matrix10101 & quickly found as we are getting the hang of what to look for. Awesome hide. No lid on the container. TFTC
12pm - Cache all in bits on ground. Retreived what I could find, but no lid. Placed back up off the ground. SLTFTC
Stopped for a quick find on way to Auckland I've solve all the series just need to find them all now . Thanks
Had solved all the puzzles in the series a few months back, so was keen to find as many as possible today. This was the first one, and a quick find. TFTC.
Out and about enjoying some nice autumn weather. Didn't plan this trip very well, so ended up hitting caches as I remembered them.
Not sure when this puzzle was solved. Have a feeling I got a nudge on this. Drove a little too far down the main road and had to back track. Parked up and had to move stealthily, as there were matches in progress. A quick find. TFTP and TFTC.

A good puzzle to test the brain. Loved the novel way of 'displaying' the cache. Thanks
I had solved this puzzle whilst still at home in England and today was the day when I was able to make a fast find on the ground, so to speak. Cache was in good order and tucked back after signing the log. Thanks for the code and the cache!
I've had quite a bit of training in the on/offs arts too so wasn't in the dark at any stage.

Easy find, couldnt believe how close to home it was. Have driven past this spot many times. Surprised to find 2 caches within 2 feet of one another? Anyhow signed both, and found with madeinsane TFTP and C
found, but forgot to log.
very clever series thus far, albeit frustrating.

The team and I headed down to Hamilton today with the aim of completing this cool puzzle series. The solutions have been sitting in my old puzzle book for over a year now. About time to revisit Hamilton and complete the formalities on these caches, I think!
Keeping up the numerical sequence--for now! No problem with the solve and another interesting lesson. Very easy find of the cache at GZ. It would be pretty hard to miss most of the time! Cheers for the cache placement!

Have loved this series, this was my last find before working on the final, and probably the easiest to find, but not the easiest to solve.
We enjoyed the exercise of solving the puzzle, thank you. Appreciated the ingenious improvement with the log book extraction tool... oops, it the clue!
A quick solve for return2nai with helpful encouragement from jillopy! Nearly went the long way to get to the find, but common sense prevailed! TFTC!
GPS accurate went straight to it. Just as well with the field of muggles not too far away. TFTC
Approached from the long way round. Never mind a nice stroll through the park on one of the best days we've had for some time. One down six to go
Solved a while ago and was in Hamilton today, so able to complete the paperwork. TFTC, a fun puzzle
The good thing about geocaching in the pouring rain is that there are no muggles about, so you can go happily about your business without worrying about prying eyes... easy find once we stopped barking up the wrong tree . TFTC!
TFTC, Didnt find any clues in replacement cache. Hopefully this one didnt have any????
Found replacement cache - thanks - but couldn't find a clue for the series. Did I miss something? Might have to come back to this one .. TFTP & TFTC
Went back to the spot this afternoon. forgot to bring a pen. going to head back down tomorrow to drop off a pencil. However i did see a drunk lady watching a chicken scratching in the dirt.
Have just checked it and it has gone, will get it up and running for the weekend.
Worked out the code, but when i went to find it, it wasn't there. spent about half an hour looking
Used the modern technology to solve this one and found it soon enough while on a caching and shopping trip in Hamilton. TFTC
We were in Hamilton for the weekend to attend the 'Why Not An Event Cache'. We had spent several nights solving the puzzles in this series in preparation for this trip. We had been to this park before with an earlier traditional cache but did notice a lot of earth works being undertaken for the new by-pass. Quickly spotted. TFTC.
An easy puzzle and find. Dropped a geocoin and upon replacing, snapped a branch. Oops! Then ate some lunch nearby.
True story.

Another one down in the series - really enjoyed these but did not realise that we had them all as it was a busy day
We like the camo on these caches. Haven't seen this used before.
+ a marble, - nothing.

Out and about grabbing some caches with the Team Welsh crew, so we thought we could have a go at this series. Thanks.
Last one in the series for us. Lots and lots of fun and now off to the final. Thanks for the puzzle and the cache
In the Waikato today collecting solved puzzles, and this series of eight secret codes was definitely On our list. SC#3 was the first to be ticked Off. Nice hide at GZ - took a little while to spot. Thanks for a fun series.

Had the brain switched on while solving, some of the puzzles required a bit of googling to solve but all in all quickly solved, and found too.
Thanks Cats & Dragons.

Solved the entire series on the afternoon they were published, but was stuck at work at the time (not working very hard, obviously!). Really enjoyed all the puzzles - not too hard, great theme, and I learnt some new stuff too. Perfect!
Finally got round heading out with 5-year-old son today to find all these caches.
This was our first of the afternoon. Co-ordinates were spot-on and the find was pretty straightforward. Really impressed with the camo job on the container, and it's nice to see a decent-sized cache so there's room for swaps.
Decided not to swap anything today, so just signed the log and headed off to find SC#6 next.
Thanks for a really great puzzle and cache - we really appreciate the trouble you have gone to in setting up this nice little series.
