I rang a previous finder here who confirmed I was in the right spot. Checked where it possibly could have gone aswell but no dice today
In the area for the Ellis Brook Valley event, this was another cache found on our travels... This one took a little searching but it was Jase who made the find here... TFTC Keego_and_Chil [^]
Wow... hard to believe it has been nearly one year since this one was last found. Today, after visiting Dad, I took a stroll and a jog to avoid a shower of rain and found this cache.
Thanks
Thanks
This one took some courage as there were a lot of spiders haha a mirror would've been handy. TFTC
Took us a little while as there were quite a lot of spiders and webs.
Had only just removed the mirror from my geobag recently... annoying!!
But finally found the cache and signed the log! KA

Taking where Granett had left, I physically had to remove the spider from its hibernation hideout and inspect if the nano is under his belly. Nope, nothing there! It did occur to me that the wincy had gobbled up the nano! There’s a second hideout, however. Not risking sticking my fingers into the second hideout, I had used a mirror instead. Hello there…the “elusive” micro . TFTH Keego_and_Chil.

The incy wincy spider climbed up the waterspout.
Down came the rain
and washed the spider out.
Out came the sun
and dried up all the rain
and the incy wincy spider climbed up the spout again.

Here it is also a DNF. Nothing clicks (indicating a magnetic nano) on this side or the other side of the fence. TFTH Keego_and_Chil.
Bought a new car TB sticker at the recent WAGB16 event and just had to head out and visit some caches with it.
DNF'd here a couple of years ago and thought it would remain a blue sad face until I got serious and uncovered the tricky little sucker. Luckily I spotted the rather large spider early on and was able to extract and replace the cache without disturbing him.
Keego_and_Chil I found your cache at 3:41pm, this was the 1st of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3187. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Nice Quick find in the first place I looked ... Like it when nanos pop up like that. TFTC
I parked nearby and slid my way down the very gravelly embankment to the path, and had a nice little walk to this one. A quick find in the obvious spot, but the ants were very interested in what I was doing so I had to be quick.
Thanks for the cache Keego and Chil!

This is not the first time I've looked for this cache but this time with lots of time to spare it was found quite quickly. SL (RR). Just about finishes this series for me as well - I haven't been able to get out as often as I'd like. Thanks to L&C for the cache and the series.
After a failure on a nearby multi I wasnt left with much time to find a cache to keep the streak going. This one seemed to have adequate parking to attempt by car so I gave it a go.
Ended up parking about 70 meters from the cache and made my way to GZ. Unfortunately I couldn't find it in the limited time I had, looked this side and that, high and low. I had to move on empty handed.
The 116 day steak ends here. I will be back on the geobike one day soon.

It has been quite some time since I made a start on this series so I decided that today was the day to get them crossed off the to do list . Its amazing what a difference a few months makes as I seemed to find all of these caches quickly today . A great series with a good variety of containers and hiding spots. TFTC Keego and Chil
Heading back from a drive in the hills, to cache around the Lesmurdie area.
Stopped close by to grab this one, a good sneaky little hide.
Many thanks for the cache, Keego_and_Chil.

Out with OOH YEH to find some caches in the area.
We parked on the upper road here and decided to walk to the next 3 caches, due to the fence blocking our way from the road.
Quick find made here and then we were off to the next.

Out with skippy 46 today for a couple of hours of caching. found 13 out of 14 so not bad going since 8 of them were AP caches lol..... Managed to gind this one quickly TFTC Keego and Chil
It took longer than it should have as the rain was messing with my eyesight.
The road is very noisy around here. While logging the cache you get the feeling its a well used highway.

Finally rode back to finish the series, found the hide ok, Thanks for the series.
[:(!] After finishing the Canning Contour Channel Series I fitted in a few more caches to finish the day off and this was one of them, I needed to finish this series off, parked the geocar as close as possible to GC34M09 (K & C 026 -TDT - Stage 21 Champes De Mills) and rode the geobike in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Quick stop and sign here we hadn't realised how long we had been and it was starting to warm up. Great series cordinates spot on each time for us
Was driving along the road above this cache and noticed how close I was, so parked the car and came down for a quick grab. Thanks Keego and Chil
After dropping the men folk off to attempt the C=C=C series, Mrs iluvtrekking and I travelled the area picking up some of the newly placed caches. A quick find here.
In the hills for MTB orienteering this afternoon so I stopped to pick up a couple on the way home. #4 of 4 on the drive back. Quickly spotted. SL TFTC
Twice attemp - Finally find a nano on the way back to car park. So happy signed the log. Thanks Keego_and_Chil and Allied Pranksters.
Heading North on my way home, but not getting too far as I keep coming across Caches !!!
I was saving the while of this series for a cycle ride, but It was so close, temptation once again, got the better of me.

Out and about on our Electric assisted pushbikes. Finished the newly published AP series and now to finish off this series.
The plan for this series was for Mr Felix to find the munzees and Mrs Felix to find the caches!
So the plan is simply not working now. Mrs Felix is pedalling, stopping and that's about it.... All the work is again up to Mr Felix. Mrs Felix is trying to work out how she can whistle and the geo cruiser will magically appear to pick us up??? Needless to say not getting far with that.

We have been talking for a long time about getting bikes and completing some of the series that are more suited to riding. When this series was published we had another reason to do it so finally during the last week we got the bikes, had a towbar fitted to the car and bought a bike rack.
We completed the caches of the series north from Champion Lakes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The caches were all different and well done and not so close together that we were always getting on and off. We placed some Munzees along the route as well, at the same stopping place as the caches but generally a few metres away from the hides.
Had us stumped for a few minutes but then it was found. Thanks for the hunt Keego_and_Chil.

We managed to park nearby and make the quick discovery. This was the first of the series for us. TFTC
Well, this was the first of the series for me and resulted in failure. Will have to come back
I searched a little harder today and found the cache.
Thanks Keego and Chil.
Thanks Keego and Chil.
Woke up this morning and saw this new bike series....loaded gps and hopped on MTB....I love a good bike series!....FTF @0557
Came out again with the better half in daylight to finish off this new series. Had parked near Stage 19 and walked up to this one. Intially couldn't find it so had a look from the other side of the fence and found it that way. Was just signing the log when Mickeydv came by on his way back to Stage 21.
Thanks Keego and Chil for the cache.
