Hasn't been found since 2013. Would like to replace.

After giving Mike a little stick about not being able to find this one I thought it best to head out here and have a poke around. I'm more then happy about this request for maintenance as everything was aligned - I had a photo of the container (posted 2011), gz was perfect for the hint, I had zero meters distance, satellite view had me on top of it and if all that wasn't enough - it hasn't been found in nearly 2 years. For a 1.5 star D/T - this has definitely been cleaned up.

It would be awesome to have you look at this someday mitchlin because you could look at Ngamuwahine Road GC35K6K at the same time. Then again - I would say that, I just love smileys SmileSmileSmileSmile

Like previous logs (which I hadn't read before coming up here Grrrr) Definitely not here, got scratched to bits from blackberry bushes whilst having an extended look around. Neat spot though.

Easy find near educational place. Kids all over the place doing various activities including orienteering. None of them near the cache so we were able to retrieve and replace it with no problems.

Great little reserve, nice & quiet today made for an easy find, TFTC

Popped out after work to collect this cache. Always an interesting drive up the road, especially when you meet a few vehicles coming back the other way on the narrow bits. The roadsides have recently had a haircut which helps sneak past the oncoming traffic. Parked beside GZ as I knew exactly where the cache was having been up earlier with 4CJ. Log a bit damp but no problem writing on it. TFTC

A day camp for the girls' kindy up at Ngamuwahine lodge was the perfect way to spend an early summer's day....topped off with some 'treasure hunting'....a great way to introduce some future prospective geocachers to the 'game'! This was was perfect for the little ones - not more than 20yds from the gate of the lodge. A great way to finish off the afternoon, after playing in kayaks on the river, making sand angels and going rock-hopping whilst looking for chocolate coin pirate treasure.

Cache quickly to hand - contents a little damp!

Woohoo....second find of the day - late in the afternoon and just before tea. No swap as they were a bit damp.....not more than a quick coupe of steps from the lodge - a great way to introduce some new friends to geocaching.

Decieded to head in here on the way home, will have to come back and collect "Sandfly Woman". bunch of kids (with overseeing adults) having a swim at the watering hole.
They weren't interested in what I was up to so it made for a quick find and departure.
