Went to the Queensland for 10 day's, landing on the Goldcoast, picking up a car rental. We spent the first 4 days staying in a nice hotel in Surfers paradise, doing all the Theme parks and some caching... While at the theme parks we got to pat Dolphins, feed Tigers etc. Then we headed up to Australia Zoo, where we booked a Tiger wall, Which was amazing, after the day at the zoo, we headed to Harvey bay, for 4 day's before heading back to the Goldcoast to return car, and catch flight home. Really loved the new Lego store at Dreamworld, went back 3 times.Tftc

i found this geocache on a nice tuesday morning walk. when i was retrieving the geocache a staff member in the info centre was staring right at me i signed log and got out of there quickly

On the way from Rockhampton to Hervey Bay we made some stops to search for some geocaches. This was one of them we found.

So fun! We found it! No room for our names on the very impressive log. Good for a for a first find and sense of excitement!

Cache number one in a day exploring Hervey Bay with my amazing tour guide and geopartner WallabyTim. Was a great place to stop and grab some info to plan other trips. Stealth was interesting whilst waiting for a busload of kids to disembark on their way to the play centre! TFTC

we're on holiday and traveling from Brisbane to Cairns (Cape Tribulation) and all places between. we try to find a cache every day. some are easy to find and some are more difficult. but with every cache we find we get a smile on our face and a smile on our map.

We are finally able to spend some time to catch up on logging our cache finds from over the last few months. Today, Mr Just a Trifle found himself in the area for work and was able to pick up a few caches while he was there.

Sorry for incredibly late logging. I've just found a bunch of caches I haven't logged.

We went down to Hervey Bay today to drop one of the team off in hospital, so we had a geocache while were waiting for a call back.

We started off at the information centre to get some water and pick up a map. We found the cache as well while we were here. TFTC.

New log book. Also moved the cache down a bit.
