I have ridden past here previously but not stopped. I have also been past on the train.. but not stopped.
Today I had time to stop and find the cache and gently extract it from it's arachnid guardian.

Thanks for the cache fusilid. Nice little hiding hole. Thanks for bringing me here to see the chart room
Somehow I ended up being lucky enough to have a day out caching with erine14
My goal was to head south to Victor way[^] as it's been a long time since I've seen the southern areas
Had a fantastic day with Rex enjoying the day out almost as much as we did
I had 1 DNF at the 2nd cache of the day however every other cache was found so 10 finds in all
Last cache for the day for me and I was VERY glad to finally find this cache![^]
Having come here and not found this cache over 4 years ago, I've had it on a watchlist since then.
You can imagine how many logs I have seen come in, particularly while I was in Victoria for 3 years and unable to get to this cache again
So now I'm happy to be able to take it off of the DNF list and put it in to the found list!![^]

Today with COVID-19 requirements still in effect, but fitness like kayaking and heading to national parks still being promoted, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to head to Goolwa and kayak towards the top of the Coorong. The weather was looking iffy with grey clouds, moderate winds and ocean waves up (forecasted 5-8 m waves), so we decided to scout around Goolwa barrages firstly. It was an area that I hadn't been before, and enjoyed the views and birds hide experience. We then drove across Hindmarsh Island, and kayaked approximately 2.5 km across the Coorong, and parked at Younghusband Peninsula, where we enjoyed a small 6-7 km loop up/down the beach/lagoon. It was nice seeing a few kangaroos and emu, but otherwise the area was rather remote, seeing only a houseboat with family nearby.
Unfortunately, we didn't have any luck with this one today, despite giving this a solid look around, spending a good 15 min between us. Saw a few good hiding spots, but no cache found. Will watch and see, thanks anyway The_Fusilid.

Took a while and the hint wasn’t very helpful! Not sure if that’s the spot it’s always been in? Maybe it’s moved. Thanks for the cache anyway we enjoyed visiting the chart room.
Celebrating Australia Day with this side of the family!! ️
We came to Goolwa for a family picnic by the water, while waiting for the Milang - Goolwa Freshwater Classic race sailing boats to cross the finishing line as a member of the family was taking part. Lovely day to watch the pelicans gorge themselves on fish left on the grass by the fishermen while waiting for the sails to appear on the horizon.
This cache was so near us that I had to go for it .... Found it on the ground while searching. After signing the log, I replaced it exactly above where I found it in what looked an appropriate place and secured it with a twig to avoid falling off again.
Thank you for taking me to this bit of history and interesting board.

Searched for a little bit when Lea spotted this hide. Not sure it was in the right spot though, so we moved it slightly. Tftc
TFTC. i am intrigued to learn that this decking is made from reclaimed timbers from the Sternwheeler Captain Sturt. This was the main workhorse during lock and weir construction. See

At the end of August Groundspeak wanted a seven day streak to obtain a souvenir and so I started streaking. Despite having bugger all caches within 20 kms of home I am still on that streak. I am also trying to fill in the calendar to have found a multi cache and a mystery cache on all 366 days.
Today I needed to find a multi cache and a mystery cache for the calendar and doing so continue the streak.
I was joined today by Hevwalker and Co. for a day south westward.
Nice quick find.
Thanks for putting out and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
