Had a fair idea of what I was looking but no luck. Maybe gone. Maybe cache blind.
well i came from the opposite end from the listed parking co ords. That was a long walk up the hill on a 37 degree day. I made a quick find at gz. I was expecting that type of cache. nicely themed. now for the long walk back to the car.
It was such a lovely day I thought I just had to go for a walk in the sunshine around Scott creek Conservation Park and find some caches..
A quick find and exactly what I expected to find. But it's not a shingleback!
**Thanks bregor for this cache. **

We did a little wander around these lovely quiet tracks and found some cool caches. Paper wet so I put a new page in to put my stamp on. TFTC
A great little walk along this track. Loved the cache camouflage! This was one of two for the day as we took the kids out for a quick walk. Lots of butterflies around here. TNLN. Cheers.
After we finished work for the day we decided to cache the area for a while and ended up with 19 finds for the afternoon. TFTC
A day as nice as this ment that getting out and caching ws definetly on the cards. For ages I have looked at this area and decied that it was finally time to give it a crack. The sunshine made for a peasent walk through the area, however the recent storms that came through the sate ment that there was water a plenty. Even to the extent that i had to perform acouple of "Creek" crossings just to keep following the path. Even though it wasn't a huge hall today, it was more of a case of quality over quantity, and there definetly was some quality. A enjoyable day was had.

Great weather today so went for a hike with a mate around Scott Creek Conservation Park and grabbed 9 caches. Like Munja we had to negotiate several water crossings where there wouldnt normally be water. Beautiful area to walk. Another creative container - worth a fav point. Steep walk up the hill but great views. Signed log
Hard find on our travels around the area with Mattycat, we found the cammo fairly quickly and after a methodical search found the cache container as well they were spread about 10m apart, put back together and placed t GZ and made sure it was a little harder to spot from the path TFTC bregor
Returned tiny cache container to its lizardy skin.
Replaced by rocks. Looks happier now.
Found on an over the hills run with Mr Froghoppin for some escape from the Adelaide rains.
Good fun, successful caching day.

A little stroll down the track and found the well hidden cache. Had to pretend I was taking pics as muggle walkers decided to stop and have a rest.
Thanks bregor
Thanks bregor
We were in the area looking for some caches for puzzles we had solved when we noticed this cache nearby. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks bregor for the cache.
I was out with JJ52 to pick up a couple of caches today in this general area.
I made a quick find here with my cachers eye
TFTC bregor!

Ismartis and I were out here today grabbing a few caches. We headed down the track and Ismartis made the find here in this lovely bush setting.
Thanks for the cache bregor.
Thanks for the cache bregor.
We decided it would be nice to go for a bit of a walk in the Hills this afternoon and pick up a few caches along the way. It was lovely and peaceful. The log was still very wet and crumpled so we left a piece of paper in a separate plastic bag. TFTC
Found. Log is like a giant spit ball. All screwed up and soggy. Signed as best as possible. Needs a new log. TFTC.
Was standing at GZ just looking at all the places it could be wondering how long this will take, then I see it starting right at me! It doesn't happen often but when it does it's a good feeling! Nice view from here but that wind is cold!
After reading a few previous logs we should have been prepared but it still made us jump!!
Clever little hide and a good reason to stop and rest after the uphill bit of our walk.
Found the cache, signed the log and replaced safe and sound as found.
Thanks bregor for the cache and for bringing us to a spot we haven't been before, and to think Mrs Kookacrew was born and bred in south of Adelaide South Australia. Fave point on this one

Strolled down the track to GZ and soon arrived at GZ. Then quickly spotted the cache but even though we were quite sure that that was the cache, Mrs TiedyeSmileys still picked up a stick and gave it a bit of a prod first .

Had geodaughter with us so we made sure she "found" this one after we spotted it. She did not want to touch it haha very cute TFTC
Nice little fella.
Don't understand the clue at all. Maybe he's moved?
Thanks for the cache, bregor.

Found It!
I found him upside down with quite a bit of water inside. I emptied it all out but things are still a little damp inside...

I saw a real one at the bottom of the hill while out caching here, what a brilliant place and a great cache too, thanks!
In my haste to find these last couple, the little scaly critter gave me a bit of a scare. Sneaky bugger! He's OK though, even after I pulled the cache out of his butt and then rammed it back in. Set him up to give the next person a nice shock. TFTC bregor.
Nice cammo, a distant cousin of a shingleback perhaps? I had to wonder if this lizard had front legs when the cache was placed, as they look like they've been chewed off by a competing male. [B)]
Thanks bregor.
Thanks bregor.
Out very early this morning before it gets too hot.
I cleaned out the Scott CreekConservation Park and then a few Beagle caches and then a few on the way home.
Sanke hadn't retiurned to his resting spot, happy about that.
Easy find. nice cammo.

Another quick find, sixth of the hike. A nice camo on the same theme as digit but this log was dry.
Enjoying a nice stroll through the park logging some caches today. A quick easy find.

After doing the Netball run to Mylor, I spent the afternoon caching the way home through Scott Creek Conservation Park.
Found his rocky home all empty but found him out in the bush about 10m away with a missing limb and bit of tail - placed him back where he belongs. TFTC.

Had to poke him at first, funny cause you know he isnt real .....but then again. Great hide. TFTC.
Had no notes, so wasnt sure what I was looking for. A pleasant surprise indeed!

Found the only shingleback around today. Bit too cool for them today to be out in numbers. thx bregor for the cache.
Found no living reptiles af any kind today, especially the sliding kind. Mrs S did the finding on this one. Thanks for the cache, bregor. Nice cammo.
I actually never saw any Shingle Backs or stumpys on my journey today. Again I did not spot any wild life as it was quite warm and they were all more sensible than me! Well nothing alive
Thanks to bregor and clear skies from TeamAstro.

A nice and quiet walk through this section of the park that Mr Tardis hasn't visited before. A lovely cool breeze was enough to keep cool while walking.
I stopped at GZ and waited for the GPS to settle, I thought I spotted a little critter at GZ so I waited for him to leave - he didn't. Then I realised I was actually at GZ - nicely done. Sadly I didn't see any shinglebacks today, I think it was too cool.

Enjoyed the short walk in this scenic park. Came across the namesake for the track (and the cache) along the way (see pic). Very pleased that this cache marks my 3,700th cache find. Thanks bregor!
Given the lovely sunny afternoon it was, the cousin certainly made me jump!!!
Once I had recovered the cache was a nice easy find [^]
Cheers

The weather was to cold for the Shinglebacks to be out today but I did find an interesting cache!
Thanks for the cache!

Found at 14:47 by Olga. Loved the guardian. Made Olga think twice about retrieving the cache.
We felt gutted doing this one [:o)] - such a shock to move a rock and be confronted with THAT cache container .
TNLNSL.
Thanks again Bregor.

He did well, D had the co-ords some 8-10m away, probably due to the overheads!
We were heading out on a round trip today and had this on our list. Luckily we went anti-clockwise and got to this one late, otherwise it seems we would have been trampled by Freddo, lava12, CPwanderer and The Penny Drops!

Bronze for me. I love caches that make me smile. Good hide.
Thanks bregor for the cache.

As I walked along Shingleback Track I spied a Shingleback. The're lovely. They stay still for you to take their picture. I figure they must taste really bad as nothing seems to eat them.
The second individual to spot the putative new species and only 20 km away (by the way the crow flies). Thanks bregor.
Well that's cruel. I hope you are smiling. So close and yet so far away. About 6 hours by my reckoning.
