Had a good look around for this one but no luck. Cache owner may want to check that it’s still here
Found , co-ords were out and the hint won . Nothing in container except the log .

We didn't find a sheep, but we did find a very interesting and well loved hall.
Our GPS was trying to convince us that the cache was over there... but the hint said otherwise. The hint won.
Thanks for the cache aussiemoo

Decided to do a caching run to Albany and stay overnight and cache on the way home. Our aim was to pick up as many as possible including multi,s and puzzle caches that the hubby had solved. Most caches were found quickly with a few that took a bit of searching to find. A big thanks to all the CO,S for placing the caches for us and everyone else to find.
We were on our way out to Lake Towerrinning to stay the night and decided to make the slight detour to this one. The water level back in 1955 sure looked high. The cache was a quick find and we were soon on our way again.

TFTC what a surprise this hall is. Walked in as we were in the van nut plenty of room to turn around. Quick find
Replaced this container has looked around for some time 4 DNF's in a row also. Don't really want something like this going missing will email CO to confirm they are happy with this. Followed the hint as to where. To place.
TFTH headed down to Albany for a quick weekend trip. Needed to do some maintenance on some down that way and made the most of it by finding a few along the way.
On the trip home the main aim of the game was to find the My Home series of caches. All these were found in good condition and made for some fun caching through the. Country side. A. Good range of camo containers and sizes.
Ended up with 20 finds and 9 caches checked on. Just short of 1000km on the Geocar with the weather perfect on both days.
Thanks for bringing me back down this way and as usual I'm sure it won't be long until I return again.

With a rare additional weekend off secured, plans were hatched to go out and find s bunch of caches to keep the numbers ticking over. We thought why not kill two birds with one stone, do some running repairs on our Albany caches, and finally, and I mean finally grab the My Home series, which has been on the radar for far too long.
This is my kind of geocaching, nice country driving, some different styles of container and good times with good mates, what more can you want. We're finally getting close to having the whole route from Perth to Albany along Albany highway cleaned up. It's taken five years so far, and we've nearly cached out every town along the route, and the alternative route via Cranbrook including just about every town between. Hopefully we can pickup a few more on our next run down. Thanks

Three sets of eyes hunting this one today and no luck, The 82 flood level is an eye opener thats for sure, remember it well.
Staying at Lake Towerrinning popped across to have a look for this.
Alas, co-Ords say bush, hints say NW corner of Hall, previous logs say look at front of Hall so if it is here it's not clear where you are actually looking.
The Hall is lovely and there are some great walks down to river, also look at back of Hall and you will see height of 1982 floods marked on back door which is interesting given how dry and arrid the area is.
Lovely area.

Found on our school holiday adventure. If it wasn't for this cache we wouldn't have know this was here.

I am heading down to Albany to attend the WA Caching Turns Fifteen Bash, so I headed off early on Friday morning to make the most of a caching day.
I took the long, winding road and found myself in the area.
Have been past here before but came up empty last time around. Shifted my focus towards the front of the hall and came up trumps soon after.

A planned trip with m4yb in the GeoJazz to Lake Towerrinning, travelling along the Albany Highway caching on our way.
Love the history you get when caching and this one is no exception, what a grand little hall and in good order too. I think I got the whiff of fresh linseed oil on the doors.
Thanks aussiemoo

Heading South with megawat60, the tent and the kayaks for 3 days camping at Lake Towerrinning.
This was our last cache today, and what a discovery and an insight into the local life at this hall. I made the find, signed log and replaced. Then during our stay, our hosts at the camping ground lent us a copy of the history of the settlement of this area and the fight to keep the hall.
TFTC and bringing us here aussiemoo!

A nice quick find after a short diversion from the road . I wonder how many events go on here though
After staying at the caravan park in Katanning, geoson and I did a bit more exploring (ok, ok ... caching) before we headed away towards home. We managed to find this one on our travels and added our name to the log!

Many memories at this hall competing in the marathons that were held here and then enjoying the celebrations afterwards. A quick stop and find on our way home to Bunbury from Israelite Bay. TFTC
Found this one on the homeward journey after a week of awesome caching around the Great Southern area. Am sad to be going home, but duty calls.
Did my good samaritan act between the last cache and this one. Came flying around a bend to see a red kelpie standing in the middle of the road (deja vu), looking at me. When I looked in the rear vision mirror, he looked so forlorn. Being the big softie that I am, I did another u-turn and went back to check if he was ok.
No name tag or phone number, just a Darkan licence tag, but he had blood on his front legs and was limping quite badly. So I invited him into my car (he seemed quite used to idea of accepting lifts from strangers - again deja vu. It wasn't until he was proudly seated in the front passengers seat that I realized just how awful he smelled - he absolutely reeked of cow manure - uggghhhhh!!
I resisted the temptation to evict him on the spot and drove him back into Kojonup (the direction he was originally heading). Once there, I found the shire office and begged them to get him out of my car asap. Hope they found his owner ok, poor doggie.
Anyway, it took all the way from there to here, with all the windows down, for the smell to dissipate.
Happy to make a quick find of the cache here, but no sheep left for little bo peep to care for.
Thanks for showing me this spot aussimoo

Found on a great extended weekend of caching, camping and canoeing on Lake Towerining, TFTC
Found it on a very wet May Day. Beautiful old hall which I never otherwise would not have found. TFTC.
AN interesting spot and it looked like the old hall was going to used for a dance the following night. Couldn't settle the gps down so had to resort to the clue. Cache is in good nick. Took stubby holder and left a "stamping" texta. SL TFTC aussiemoo. Moses the TB enjoyed the hunt.
Nice detour from the long weekend traffic on the highway.
Beautiful building in quiet bush setting.
Cache could also be titled 'High tide'

No problem finding this one although I did think twice about looking around after spotting the 'WARNING Video Surveillance' sign.
I'm not sure what the Cocky thought when he spotted me exiting on my motorbike.

Although we had been on the main road before we didn't know this old hall was on the side road. Lovely old building.

Well this was a nice 'out of the way' place to visit, so I was grateful that a cache had been secreted there. gng signed the log for me, so I didn't notice a trackable. TFTC TNLN
For those that visit this cache the trackable is a little sheep in protective plastic. I will add a photo (although not a good photo)
Found on the way south, interesting old hall. Some Flood! Didn't have a sheep to drop off so left a yellow sheep dog to guard over the other items in the cache. Did not notice a trackable though. TFTC.
Came back to revisit this cache and show the geokids. The cache is in good order and has survived the recent heavy rains. Still some of little Bo Peep's sheep left for any quick young cachers.
I hope the recent flood waters didn't reach the cache And many thanks to the organizers of the ?annual? Christmas carol. Especially for introducing a German guy to the Australian Jingle Bells. I'm still giggling when I think of it
Some local muggles were at the hall today, managed to find cache without having to explain what we were doing. Took 1 sheep, Left 1 sheepdog. TFTC
My first find at all. I'm very exited. The site is very nice though it was at night. I couldn't wait to go off an find my first treasure Thank you!!!
Note to advise that on setting up the cache with cakey71 for kcsun71 as a celebration of her birthday I also deposited wetwilly1. My sincere apologies to those that have been following wetwilly1 as it has been in my possession for far too long.
Thanks cakey71 and aussiemoo - loved the gift! Sent my little sheep on his merry way! Enjoy the spot everyone - the hall is now back in action thanks to a local group who have restored the hall to its former glory and now regularly run old time dances, quizzes and dinners at the hall. At one stage the hall looked like it was heading for demolition so it has now been saved and is enjoyed by the locals.
Dropped this off when we hid the cache. Appears that note was not enough to register it as dropped off.
