Found this cache a few days ago but finally got around to logging it. Great spot TFTC.
What a fantastic day on the road weather in our favor and much sun screen was used, the gravel side was quite and very long and we were able to quickly make the grab on most, we did have some issues with parking which we either walked back to the cache or hubby dropped me off so he could go park.
Great to see the weather proof paper, to which I lost my pen and my stamp wouldnt work without making a mess so used my trusty laminated cards to leave.
We have never been here and want to thank you for bringing us here. Sorry about the copy and past logs.

A spur of the moment decision to go for a drive to Kawhia this afternoon. I knew I couldn't be too greedy and get them all today or I would be risking being left on the side of the road, so we compromised and negotiated and I decided to start caching from about half way and knock off the Kawhia end ones, being the furtherest from home and I can come back another day by myself and get the Raglan ones. A fantastic trail, and one that we all enjoyed (except for the dog, who gets violently car sick) Was well worth it though and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Will have to come back for the others and the bonuses another day.
Followed the geotrail to this one. A quick find here. The plastic bag over the cache is doing a good job

Banian and I found this cache on our autumn northern roadtrip- where we did a circuit of the north island from Wellington right up to Raglan, then across to Napier through Taupo, before heading home, finding masses of caches and discovering a plethora of unique and interesting locations. Today was a day up to Raglan through the Are We There Yet series, plenty of clever cache locations.
Found with Redants on our April Holidays Road Trip. Day one, Wellington to Onaero. Day two Onaero to Kawhia via coast road. Today Kawhia to Kawhia via Raglan.
Nice weather and very little traffic made for a good trip. Found most of the series and one bonus. TFTC.

136 For Christmas I aimed to do this series. Managed 30 out of the 33. Enjoyed the ride. It has been a few years (Pre Geocaching) since I last drove this. Was surprised at the amount of traffic early on Christmas Day. No top on container so put a plastic sleeve over it
Making a day of avoiding showers and quite a lot of weekend traffic by hitting the trail today with alpenmilch80 after an awesome night on the water the evening prior. Found ourselves making pretty good time with the majority of these caches proving to be well hidden, but easily found. Another one down in the rain, and off to the next - TFTC
After a great night on the water kayaking with the CO and a bunch of crazy people Evilno9 and I made our way south from Raglan in the morning to collect all those "are we there yet" trads. Mhh not there yet as we are still missing out on the bonus finds. TFTC
Out today to finish of what we started about a year ago, all caches found no problems and very little traffic meant parking wasn't a problem.

I was in the region with some spare time today so decided to go and find a few caches in the countryside. I don't usually write cut / paste / template logs but will make exceptions for 'power trail' caches. I did some of this trail just on a year ago and wasn't sure when I'd get the change to do any more of them, let alone finish it. Today I had enough time to finish the trail. I didn't collect the bonus information though so no bonus for me. Getting all the caches on the main trail was enough for me. Thanks for setting up all these caches and TFTC, Biggles.
Greetings from Denmark
After our visit at the Bridal Veil Fall and 2 hour at the beach we desited to go for the south serie. The caches at this route were a little more tuff to find so due to the nightfall we didn't finish it. When we got down to the main road it was dark.....
We signed all caches with our second nickname: HFDK

I did some of this series while cycling around NZ, here from Raglan to Waitomo. I had not plenty of Time, so I skipped some of them.

It was an awesome day for caching. Thought I would take this way through to Raglan from Cambridge. TFTC.
After logging my first DNF at the previous cache, I've chosen to continue this power trail en-route to Ngaruwahia to attend Rise to the Challenge event this evening. The current target is Bridal Veil falls and it's such a gorgeous day for a road-trip...
On our way to Raglan for the long weekend. Toured the route via the falls. Were joined by Wasgij for a great outing. Most caches were easy to find. TFTSC
Vistra and I decided it was a lovely day to go for a drive, headed down this was as the trail looked to be perfect for this situation. Quick find, Thanks for the cache.
It was a lovely day for a drive, so Yorkshirekiwi83 and I decided to head down to Raglan for a day of caching. After picking up a few caches around Raglan, we then hit the "Are We There Yet?" power trail in the afternoon, and managed to find all caches in the series! A quick find here, thanks for the cache and the series!
No hint needed. Found cache on a road trip to Auckland Mega with Rediguana. TFTC
New Zealand 2103 trip for the Auckland Mega at Albany. Day 11, Te Kuiti to Waingaro. I was not planning on a trail before getting back to Auckland, but I was out this way and the line of icons called to me on my map, so I had to give it a go. This was quite an interesting series, plenty of different hides, a pity some seemed to be many meters out, but persistence usually was all that was needed. The road was not too busy so stopping all the time did not seem to be an issue. It has been great to see a section of NZ in pretty close detail. Thanks.

Cache was very visible from the road so I turned the container around so the white cap was not so obvious and pushed it deeper into its hiding place. TFTC
Woohoo!!! another Cats and Dragons power trail. Always love these, as the caches in placed in nice sensible places (despite a couple of thorns which we have later found out were not there on placement) and great parking spaces. Found all the caches which enabled the bonuses to be located although we replaced one with the owners permission and another cache site had two caches there (one on the ground and one secured to a tree) More details on caches #11 and #19. Thanks for another great day's caching and making us enthusiastic about caching again after a big slump in September.
I was beginning to ask myself was I there yet at this point!
---
I was headed to Otorohanga/Waitomo overnight so took the long way after popping into Raglan to find a newly published challenge cache. I didn't quite end up with enough time to complete the trail, having to skip the final three caches because I needed to get to my accommodation in Otorohanga before reception closed for the evening. (I didn't realise the road became gravel halfway or so along, and wondered if the Rally of NZ had ever come through here.) Found all the green numbers except for "J" but have since found worked out the final coordinates. At this point I've only got 5 red numbers however I think I had 5 caches that I DNF'd or did not attempt on the last half of the course.
Thanks for the trail, I'll return one day to complete the unfinished bits!

First time on this road for 25 years. Some great views along the way although there are many slips due to all the rain. When we saw how many caches there were on the road we couldn’t resist the challenge TFTCs.
a nice little drive in the country, plenty of rain and wind to keep the muggles out of sight - well we thought so.. but what with the safe parking not always matching the GZ's every time they saw mrs alligatorsnz treking to and from, cars stopped for concerned "are you ok's", but they just drove straight past Mr alligatorsnz - beats me how they told the difference since we both tall and wearing full length rain coats...
Found with Team Kiwifruits on our day of conquering Raglan's power trail! What a great day of laughs, music, (almost) missing eyes and some good food at The Shack. What a memorable day of geocaching.
Thank you Cats&Dragons for the power trail, we really enjoyed it!

Secured this cache as part of our "Day of Raglan Geocaching Expedition" with Vamber.
What a day! Laughter, scratches, loss of eyes, Neil Diamond (actually there wasn't any of that - just a dam good playlist!), and 1 too many pine trees!
Thanks Vamber for such an awesome day of caching and thanks to Cats&Dragons for a fantastic trail.

WASPS flying in out of nest 5 meters from cache, could actually see the cache hanging there, but decided it just wasnt worth it - next time.
Now this one was interesting. As we grabbed it we realised it was right in the wasp flight path to their underground nest directly below the cache. Steed volunteered to replace it. He waited ages for a gap in the buzzing "traffic" then quickly went in and out.
Out with Becsicasa getting some out-of-the-city caches, and decided to try for the local earthcaches in Waitomo. TFTC
Out for a mission day with Z-masterNZ to try and grab some new cache types.
Was nice to see the countryside from Waitomo to Kawhia to Raglan.
#11 for the mission.

We searched for #15 to #33 and found 10 of them. We searched only a short minute on every spot and w/o the hints, so we don't log any "not founds". TFTC!

With Mr. Quilty driving and me running and grabbing made for a successful run. It was my first trail. TFTT!
Time's up - last one for me today. My planned route home via the Falls is closed, so that will have to wait for another day too. Headed back along the coast with yet more awesome views - thanks for bringing me here & thanks for the series, C&D. Hope to be back for the rest before the end of summer - have to make it to Kawhia for sure!
We really enjoyed this series of caches far out to the west. The caches were well positioned to allow safe parking nearby unlike another series we recently completed. Although we gather as many of the bonus codes we could we missed too many to locate the bonus. Many thanks for taking us on a great journey the highlight being the falls. TFTC
Heading to Kawhia for the night, so decided to make a day of it and go the long scenic way and grab a few caches along the way. Mostly easy finds, one or two had us stumped but persisted with it and eventually found them all. Had a couple of close calls with some muggles, especially trying to find a safe place to park, but managed to get at all the logs without any troubles.
Missed two numbers throughout the trail, one for green, and one for red, but managed to bash the geochecker and got him to cough up the co-ords for the bonuses. Didn't have time to collect them on this run so will have to come back soon and get them.
Great trail, and fantastic views of the harbours.

Really enjoyed this series of caches, thanks for the effort putting it in place C&D
The longest sunday drive on a thursday we've ever taken. Thankyou cats and dragon
Headed out today with the cache owner on a maintenance run. Easy finds when you have the owner with you. TFTC
Carried out a maintenance run accompanied by Nova Lightining, everything ship shape and hunky dory
Found readily once we found a safe parking spot. TFTC

found on a late night mission to gain the rest of "are we there yet" we may or may not have been caching in pajamas, desperate to reach 100 caches.
We were wondering why the caches went this way, but have now seen that the old route is closed.
Completed a few of these caches today, stopped at some and missed a few. (especially the ones on dodgy looking bends!)
Thanks for setting these up.
Out caching and touring the area.

Early morning start and no-one on the road all day. A nice drive by series. Thanks.
On a mission to do some night caching, and this Are We There Yet? trail is the perfect place to build up our tally. Getting used to the hints now, and we are able to find the caches in this area nice and quickly. Thanks.

We had a great day at Kawhia Ocean Beach and now going to Auckland via Raglan.
25&2 Caches are waiting.
Finally we will have found 31 and know the complete coordinates for the Bonus north and (almost)south.
Unfortunately there was not enough time to visit the Bonus.
We enjoid the trip including the nearby Falls.
Thank You for the Powertrail.

#25 found. An enjoyable trail on a nice stretch of road, having a lot of fun doing the series.

Really enjoyed completing this cache series. Started at #33 and finished with #1. Pretty dusty for the first half, but good fun. Mostly fairly quick and easy finds although #28, #26, #18 & #1 did take a bit more of a search to locate. Also #2 was a bit stressful with the barking dog making me try to find cache as quickly as possible. Thanks for putting up these caches and making my tour around the area fun.
First time on this road so a new experience with plenty of caches to find. Very scenic first half, but travelling south to North did have some parking issues with the Northern most caches. With one did not search and one DNF an enjoyable day out.
Thanks for the caches.
Thanks for the caches.
We were heading to the Why Not An Event Cache so made the decision to do this power trail and also attempt the start of doing the 50 caches in a day challenge. We had never been on this stretch of road before so this was going to be new scenery for us. This was the 25th of our finds for the series. Quick find. TFTTrail.

Third time driving this road, first time big road works and lots of new metal on road. Second and this trip found grader working on roads again. Do not want to drive again
Off to finish what I started last week. Started from the South this time and was on a road I have not been on for 30 years TFT trip

The day is certainly starting to warm up a bit now, but we are into a great little rhythm we are getting into. Mr Geckoh questioned the clue, thought I was reading out the one from the previous cache! tsk tsk TFTC

Off for a road trip with NZ Biscuit and Kennyclan - great day but will have to come back and check numbers for Bonus Caches - Thanks for all the work putting this series out - most enjoyable

There were three of us, and we discussed the bonus caches on the way over - Red for South and Green for north, and then forgot to look until number 19 - will mean another trip back
The whole clan set off today, we spent the whole day hunting one cache after another. We only had one DNF.
A fun day was had by all. Once we reached the end we realised we had missed a few of the numbers, so on the return trip we stopped by the ones that we thought had no numbers in. Eventually we found all but one, and by then we had run out of time to find the bonus caches. Oh well we now have an excuse to come back out here and pick up the bonus ones.
Thanks Cats&Dragons a very enjoyable day caching
