We found it... what is left of it. A very sad sight of a container lying on the grass with a hole burned into the side of it
This proved to be a bonus cache for me, whilst traveling to another close by Bitsprayer spotted what appeared to be a notebook lying on the grass and sure enough!
Thanks
erninz
(returned to what the hint related to but only the lid of the container remained)

We're pretty sure that we found the spot, and went back several times today, but no luck. Either we are thick, or it's been muggled.
Had been here before with no luck, not sure why as it was a quick find today. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
A quick easy find on a day trip out to Taieri Mouth. Found cache fully exposed so gave it a bit of natural cover. TFTC
I was with PC Sniff but he already had this one so stood back. I looked in the right place, because he came to check when I couldn't find it, but there was definitely no sign of it. Muggled maybe?
Found on a lovely afternoon out with kids and cachemanchris and ingidayna. #7 for the afternoon and first treasure for the day. Took TB. Clue made sense when cache was found - brilliant. TFTC
Since we live so close to this cache we chose to drop off one of the (far too many) TB's we picked up at the recent Mega Event. What is it with children and TB's???!!!
1115, GAFF1, Found by Geoson and I after the NZ Mega.
After a short stroll from the wrong side we made the find.

Nice quick find thanks. Some kids were having a great time at the stream. TFTC #3993
We were staying only a short distance away from this cache when we attended the Dunedin Mega Event.
After crossing the stream, we were faced with three possibilities. After a brief search we had located the cache hide. With a log entry made, we were off to find the next cache.
Thanks for the cache WallyOne.

Out for a day of caching at the Mega. Sun, rain, hail, sun, rain, hail, repeat. A fun day! TFTC!!
The NZ Mega starts (officially) today, so I headed out to the ol’ Scout Camp to spend some time socialising & caching...
Tagged along with Sully1, Bogonhazy, tackle_head & The Empire for the day... Had a fantastic day caching, laughing, sightseeing & laughing (Does it get any better than this???)
Grabbed this cache whilst travelling & taking in the fantastic views around the area... What an absolutely beautiful country to explore and photograph...
Thanks For The Cache & for bringing us here

Today our group consisted of Sully1, Tacklehead, The Empire and Snaphappy1.
We had a great day touring the town, got our feet wet wading across creeks, climbed trees, and generally had a heap of laughs and finds.
Thanks again Wally One

Found on a day out along with bogonghazy, tackle_head, snaphappy1 and The Empire, whilst here for NZ Mega. We had a fantastically enjoyable day, good caching, good company, many laughs shared, and above all good team work. Thanks to the CO for this hide, and for bringing us here today. Greetings from Oz.
In town for the NZ Mega 2012. Attended a fun morning up at the Mega site......and spent the afternoon on a caching run with Karma Reprint and Kiwi_moose. Quickly cornered the cache. Thanks for the replacement.
A nice quick stroll into the park for this one, onto a few others while we are here. #2 of 10 for the MEGA weekend. TNLN Thanks
Found with The Empire , Bogonghazy , Snaphappy1 and Sulli1 after attending the NZ Mega for an afternoon of fun and caching .

A days caching at the 2012 Dunedin Mega, with the Lincoln lads, Kiwi Moose and Team Gaters Thanks for the hide.
Found by The Empire with tackle_head, bogonghazy, sully1 and Snaphappy1.
Day four of the NZ Mega invasion.
After attending the Mega and getting our bucket of goodies, we formed a posse and headed out to grab some caches. Our convoy had a great time, touring around, lots of laughs. Probably could have drove to the other side of this one, but we walked it! It was a nice walk anyways. My thanks for the cache.

We arrived in Dunedin early Friday morning with a plan to find a number of caches in and around Mosgiel & Brighton before heading to the NZ Mega Event. Has a good look around GZ and even widened the search area but had no luck. This was our 1st DNF for the day.
On logging this cache on our return to Auckland we noticed that the cache had in fact been muggled and was replaced very shortly after our search. May be next time when we are this far South we will have another look.

GZ in open area. Hint not useful as it could be read many ways. We initially put the hint words in a different order, giving it a different meaning.
Wide area search at GL as in description, but no cache located.

No 7 of 8 DNFs today. Worst caching day ever. Second part of the hint is a stone or a town, neither of which were evident here. Alas I do not know the direct translation... hang on I have a computer right here... Te Oha a maru. Refers specifically to the town. No help for me. The first part of the hint suggested something, maybe room to mount a nano, but nowhere to hide 200ml. Oh well. Might get a hint at the mega.
Had previously looked for this one where it was previous hidden up after it had been moved from that location to its current one. This time I'd updated the info from the previous to the current and looked only in the current location for a simple find. Thanks.
TFTC, found where expected, had to wait for two muggle girls to walk down the beach first though
Had to pass this by first as they were some kids on their mugglebikes right at GZ. TFTC
Our first ever find, woohoo, and only a short stroll from home - who would of guessed! Thank you geocousin skibeagle163, you have us hooked. Game on! TFTC.
Now that my geo cousin is hooked on GC she helped me find this one in a snap. So much fun caching today with ther extended family. TFTC
15/04/2012 #63 Out for a walk in the area today, the cords for this one are spot on. No muggles around at this cache. SL, TFTC
Amazing day for a walk around this area and a few caches with WandJ_NZ. Dropped off Cachewalkers Superbike Challenge travelbug. TFTC
Nice easy find on the beginning of a walk to the others! Replaced so it cannot be seen. Co-ords were spot on for me.

Found by Kathy, who figured out what part of the clue meant. Still puzzled by the last part though.
Quick find on a dash about to get some caches. Bit windy today.
