Found cache exposed in the sand just on other side of fence. Retrieved cache, signed log and tucked behind tree.

On my way down to Byron Bay, to help a mate out with a cache maintenance when we headed for this one and its mate.
We have had a long day caching by the beach from Chinderah to Byron Bay.
Still have a few to go but running out of time and daylight.
Geopartner spotted this one.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks WaldenClan All good with this cache

On the way to Byron Bay for a school holiday camping adventure with the two oldest munchkins. We ended up taking the scenic route and found ourselves in Brunswick. A look at my list of caches to find and this one popped up. We made our way to the beach, trying to avoid the potholes the size of small cars Geez, the roads around here could do with a fill!
We parked Spangle and then strolled the few metres to GZ. When we got there I started hunting in the normal places you would look and then I happened to catch sight of the cache out of the corner of my eye! AH HA! I had a bit of a giggle as it was not exactly where I thought I would find it. I stepped aside so my munchkins could find the cache also, it didn't take them long. We opened it up and examined the contents, then left our signatures. All is still well with this one!
Thanks for the cache WaldenClan

One or more of the following has occurred:
No response from the cache owner.
No cache to find or log to sign.
It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.
As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Should you replace the cache after 28 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

After a successful day of bike caching, we thought we'd try for this even though it's disabled. While Gazelle wrangled geobub, Gourmet wrangled the wild branches around GZ. Utterly convinced that she'd spotted the cache container, she tried approaching from a different angle and totally lost whatever she'd "seen". Still convinced it was there, the search continued. Eventually the cache was located...same container as the mirage cache, but in a an entirely different spot! This one seems to play tricks on the eye! TFTC.
Checked on this one today while in the area, but we couldn't find it. looks like it's gone. Will replace it soon.
Thanks WaldenClan, I was beginning to think you guys couldn't ever have an easy hide! Great spot.
Arrived at gz just as a couple of people arrived to use the nearby beach shower. Took the opportunity to have a look at the beach and when the coast was clear, made our way to gz. Fairly quick find. Beautiful beach and beautiful area. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC
A nice quick cache after watching the beautiful sun rise with my geo partner. Tftc
Walked along the beach from Secret Cove and came across the ultimate beach comfort, a lounge. Love it! The cache was a bit exposed to rehid better. No TB in it either. TFTC WaldenClan.
As I was walking toward the cache a couple of ladies pushing a pram were heading away from the area. I walked past but when I turned around I thought they must be cachers seeing where they came from. I went and found the cache and sure enough someone had signed it just before me. My paper log said. Saw Ldickson87 walking away from here.
As I drove away I noticed them taking respite from the rain in a shelter shed so pulled up and went over and introduced myself. Talk about busted on their first find!!! Nice to meet you folks. Might see you around this way again some time.

Yay!! My first find!! The empty bottle of rum lying near it stumped me for a while...
Nother quick find on our wanderings, taken Kenny Koala for a visit down south.

Easy find while staying at Massey Green caravan park , BYO pen . tFTC left a Koala Tb to continue its travels
Our very first cache!!!!! We picked an easy one on purpose and are now inspired to do more.
Nice easy find, with good co ordinates. A quiet Friday with no muggles to stop us. TFTC
Log was very full and a bit damp. Left a couple of pieces of paper, but log may need replacing soon.
Fond this one on a boiling hot day! The GPS said it was in that huge bush near it
but then we turned around and saw it.
but then we turned around and saw it.
It was the last day of my Chrissy break so I pointed the geo-mobile towards Mexico (South of the border) to track down some caches.
The original plan of visiting Byron Bay was changed when I came across a 5km traffic jam on the road into Byron. I turned around and headed for Brunswick Heads.
It was the hot part of the day so I decided to visit one of the cafes and have some lunch before heading off in search of more caches.
With some lunch in my belly I ducked over the bridge to grab this one. The area near the bridge was packed with people and the young kids were having a ball leaping off the bridge into the creek.
Thanks for the cache WaldenClan.
Cheers!

The log book was too wet to sign. Put this into plastic bag to prevent it from getting any more damaged. May need new book.
I peddled down from Ocean Shores very early on the pushy for this one. Had to wait for a while for some Boot Camp muggles to disperse and for a surfer to finish showering then the cache was mine. The log is full and there is now a very well worn geo-track to the cache. Many thanks WaldenClan.
found out with some new geocaches......
had some fun while showing them the ropes.....

T-Tech and I went down to Brunswick Heads to visit some friends who were on holidays, and did some caching on the trip back home
We wandered along the beach then made our way to GZ, then followed the geotrail. It was an easy find as it was a little exposed, so we hid it a little better. TFTC, Waldenclan.

No one down around this end of the beach. The other end had basket weaving classes and numerous other people. So just did this one. Again, No TB's. Disappointing.
Took a bit of looking as the gps said gz was 3 meters off. Great day for caching love the area one of the best pubs in the northern rivers for lunch. Tftc big smile
Found with stairman1. It was dark when we approached this one but with our trusty torches in hand, it was an easy find. Signed our names then headed back to the car. Thanks WaldenClan
We actually found this on 29th July 2012 and thought we'd logged it but have just discovered we didn't! Anyway we'd spent a beautiful day caching in Byron Bay and were returning back to the Gold Coast stopping for this one on the way. All nice and dry. TFTC.
After a few DNF's in the area I was glad to get a find here. Lovely place and wouldn't have minded a bit more time to look around.
Thanks Waldenclan

Found on our second day heading south.
Got worried for a second until we looked down and was surprised to see it.

Sent the geokids in to get the stash on a lovely sunny afternoon with hardly any muggles about.
TN but left a pencil for future log signers.

Found with GeoMum & GeoBro at our local beach as the surf lifesavers were packing up and heading home. Dropped in squishy lizard from first Secret Cove and took yellow ball. TFTC [:-)]
Found with Mrs Ant24 and the Geokids while we were in town for Mother's Day outing. This is one of our favourite places to visit, Mrs Ant and I got married on the beach just down the road and we return every year for out family holidays.

Found with Ms Wig quite quickly, it was after we came out of there that we noticed the snake sign
Nice beach, thanks WaldenClan

Didn't have a pen - first cache. Left a ghostbusters ring and something for anyone headed back to the US. Whoever left the beyond blue - props.
Very busy day today. Took a bit of over-enthusiastic examination of some flowers to convince people we weren't doing anything worthy of their attention
Bubbles saw the ducky and went all girly-silly over it so we had to take that with us

Finally found the perfect spot to leAve little black duck (trAckable) he will love this location.
Fortunately it was relatively quiet when we arrived here to find the cache. Had a swim at the beach earlier in the week but a bit late today. The littlest freak was again quickly on the job and the container was soon to hand. We signed the log and then headed back to find the rest of the freak family. TFTC.
Visiting friends in Ocean Shores thought we'd have a walk around Brunswick. Nice easy find. Time for a swim now.
Found with Hoojar.
We looked for a few minutes when Ding decided to wonder off and check out the local canine female talent with me chasing after his trailing lead leaving Hoojar to come up with the goods.
Cheers.

The cache did it's best to hide from us, but eventually turned up in a spot that I had already looked in several times! Sadly the nearby Munzee did not make any such appearing act!
Cheers

Logging this one eight months after I found it... Haven't picked up my GPS in a very long time. Time to get out caching again.

Found on way to beach. Nice easy find even at night. SL TNLN TFTC ( no oi oi oi to be found)
No sign of snakes today, just surf lifesavers and plenty of cars. An easy find, we took the Huskie TB and Aussie Liahona pathtag and left 4 new AA batteries. TFTC
2nd for the afternoon. Was a bit scared of the snake sign so we didn't stay long. Dropped off a TB that we got in Noosa. TFTC
I was a little ahead of schedule, so I decided to detour through Brunswick Heads to grab a couple of caches. It’s the quietest I’ve seen the place for a long time today – could be because of the cold snap that we’re having too. Anyway, I pulled up at the surf club and found the track to the cache, which I uncovered quickly. I didn’t do any swaps today. Once I replaced the cache I decided to try my luck at another close by treasure. Great spot for a cache – thanks Waldenclan!
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 4:45pm. We are down to play golf at Byron Bay tomorrow so found some caches while in the area. The cache was found quite quickly and it's in good condition. TFTC
In Brunswick having a nice day out after all the recent wet weather. TFTC Waldenclan . Grabbeda lock box key since it was there and will do that cache on way home.

Dropped Mr Moa in for a brief visit and a photo.

Yea! A FTF at 3:12pm Qld time on our way home from the Frog Hop BBQ event near Lismore this afternoon and after managing to find and unlock the Lismore Locked Box geocache with its trackable key which we've left in this cache. Cachers - please only take this from the cache if you can place it in another cache in the northern rivers area of NSW. Thanks. Thanks Walden Clan for this new cache. Brunswick Heads is one of our favourite places.
Took: trackable to move on
Left: our signature pathtag and the key for the Lismore Lock Box cache.
