Omegaman1971Support Your Local Villain Live - Laugh - Lurk Caches Found: 13022First To Find: 149Sidetracked Cache Finds: 117I finally attempted the Winston Wander series that I had heard so much about, and it did not disappoint. I loved the variety of different containers and camouflage methods used. Most of the GZs were deserted due to the school holidays, but there were still a few muggles to deal with. Thanks to SKI Pair for a great day of caching fun!"Any day caching is a great day, but even better when the Co is a good friend.
TFTC found on a cold spring morning which soon warmed up to a lovely day. Found out on our electric wheels with Algae ️ scooting around the area. Nice place to visit first time here.
Spending the day caching out with @mtrill3 this one was a nice quick find today. TFTC
On a sneaky midweek getaway we stopped to do this series of caches and we’re not disappointed all very interesting and clever caches this one was no exception, the cords once again were spot on and the cache was soon in hand, thanks for placing it
Another quick stroll and another cheeky hide with a lovely fresh log. Ants are a bit happy with it too. Tftc SKI Pair
Tftc SkiPair. A gloomy winter's morning evolved into a marvellous sunny afternoon. Geograndkid was itching to get some caches and who am I to deny the enthusiasm.
So off to Churchill where I had previously only been once to nab a few in the short available then.
A successful 5 km stroll for us today, missing only 1.

Too cute not to share this duck picture- so much beautiful wildlife in sight. Location and extraction of this cache went much smoother than some of the others in this series.
Great little hide along the water dogs enjoyed a quick swim before continuing on our walk. Tftc
A very quick find… used a regular systematic approach and viola….there it was!
Lovely sunset too… see our photo.

Sorta easy to find, without there being any major spots, but it was really fun, just forgot to bring a pen and we even found it at night.
After a tough run earlier this year with all our caches and lots of maintenance required we went out to check again today. All good.
Despite it being a glorious day, my iPhone does not want to play Geocaching today. Managed to find a few though; this one was easy enough! Listened to the frogs for a while before continuing. Thank you!
We found an easy park only about 50m from GZ. I can could hear how the cache got its name as I approached GZ. The chorus of frogs was not quite deafening, but certainly noticeable. There were Pobblebonks in the distance and another type of frog I can’t identify. The cache was cleverly hidden and I was only just able to extract without having to go back to the car for a TOTT. The log was signed and replaced quickly. Thanks for enticing me to this location.
Out on a maintenance run today after returning from travel.
Container was still in place, and log dry.
Replaced a tab for easier retrieval.

Out enjoying the sunshine and some exercise today though I'd grab this along the way. TFTC
Nice spot.
Nice spot.
The Sun had come out and living in Baw Baw shire we were not locked down so i decided to head out for a day out of the house and what better way than a drive around your own area picking up caches, Gippsland has some great locations to visit and lots of caches that have not been found in awhile, so with my new caching gear gloves and sanitizer I had a great time touring around the area finding caches and exploring new places. No frogs today.
Thanks SKI Pair for the cache.

We went Geocaching with 15 Scouts from 1st Yinnar and West Traralgon.
Three Patrols of 5 Scouts where given a GPS, and details of 6 Caches around Lake Hyland. Each patrol where asked to search in a different order. Everyone had a good time.
As we have a different group of scouts then we had on our original find years ago all the caches where new to the Scouts.
Three Patrols visited the Kermis Song and found it, the supprise was how small a logbook can be.

Beautiful sunshine replaces yesterdays gloom.. made the find, very nice. Thanks SKI Pair.
We are enjoying a long awaited caching weekend away. Our research suggest there were some pretty good caches down this way. Today the plan was to hit up Churchill. Wandering our way through Winston series. Loving the area and all the parkland. Frogs very happy today and so were we when we made the find. Tftc
I saw a lure up in the tree as I approached and thought yes, something new, but no. Alas Kermit was not intricately strung up but hidden neatly away some distance off. Cache was found in good condition. Nice way of storing it. Tftc
Marshall’s Geelong found this cache today with LCASS on our Gippsland adventure! Easy find! Hardest part was getting it out!

Went to sign it and the pencil broke the car was to far away. Took awhile to get out but got it in the end thank you
Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Twenty two for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC
Hi there SKI Pair.
Today we were very fortunate to have Ski Pair chauffer us around the area as they did a maintenance run on some of their caches. Our initial plan was to walk around Lake Hyland before the weather got too hot but then, as the weather wasn't too hot, we also managed to find quite a few others while Ski Pair looked on (without giving any hints).
This cache wasn't in our GPS or in the phone app, so we investigated further and discovered that this cache is a micro with the word "nano" in the cache description. We are quite impressed with the quality of the caches we found today, a lot of thought and effort has gone into their location, size and placement. Congratulations to you both.
All up we found 16 caches & DNF'd 0 in this cache run. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places while we meander our way around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing.
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We saw that the CO’s had replaced this cache, and as we approached we found what appears to be the replacement just laying on the grass. We looked around for a bit to see if we could find where it was supposed to live, and discovered the original cache still safe as a bug in a rug - it had just been pushed in too far and was tricky to get out. We signed the original log as there’s heaps of room left, and put it back, hopefully the next finder will have no trouble getting it out We tried to poke the replacement into a little hole, not sure if it will stay there or not - but the original cache is still definitely in play! SL TFTC
Called in today on a maintenance run and found this one had gone walkabout. Replaced it and all is ready to go. Happy hunting!
Found this little bugger on a spur of the moment geocache find and wasnt able to get the darn thing out. Never the less, found and will bring tweezers next time
**# 20344** Found on a warm drive around Churchill while staying nearby.
Quite a few muggles around today surprisingly and a few good hides.
And a few more evil ones too. Not as tricky as some for a change.
Thanks for the cache and the series SKI Pair,
***Roostaman***

For a minute I thought I was really the FTF... but I guess I broke in the new cache! Note to hunters: this one's a tight fit, so make sure you have tweezers to get it out! TFTC!
Out for a maintenance run today after our return home.
We have replaced the cache with the hide slightly modified so it will hopefully be more robust.
Happy hunting!

Great cache! Nearly stepped on a snake in the process, my heart ran so fast! Thanks.
Tried this one in June 2014 and had a DNF....can see why it might go missing ....with Sussex Wanderers and TrudyJane.
Didn't hear Kermit today.
Spotted the cache after one quick lap of ground zero.
Out caching with d@geo
Thank you for the hide SKI Pair

Out caching the area with gwd.aussie. Our aim was to finish off a few more caches in the area concentrating on a couple of specific caches that fulfilled a challenge cache. In addition I am undertaking a walking challenge. This series fulfilled the caching/walking combination.
Thanks SKI Pair

We have finally arrived home after 6 months travelling. Thankyou to Freddo who looked after our caches while we were away.
Checked this one today and all is well.

We found this cache today at 5:10pm as number 30 of 37 on our Moe to Churchill Trail. One of our quickest pick ups of the day. Thanks from D & HA B-A.
A 'walk in the park' to get this one, but never heard Kermits Song in the cool wind.
Thanks for the placement SKI Pair

Went for a walk today to check this one. The log was certainly very soggy. I didn't try to unroll it in it's mushy state. Both the log and the container have been replaced. All good for signing now
Thanks for the Maintenance Notice Kevsta. Will go for a walk tomorrow and check. Cheers
