While looking for it, the owner came out to chat. Said that he had seen the cache which had been moved from hole to hole but that it was no longer there. Warned us against putting our hands in dark holes as he had previously seen used needles in there from the doctors surgery (which is now closed).
This cache appears to be missing. Can someone please confirm it's still in place. Thanks
Checked every hole as others before me have and didn't come up with the goods. Starting to doubt the existence of this cache anymore. What a shame!
We Rashleigh 2 found it!!! Took us a bit...but Billie found it in the end. Phone light and stick came in handy...lol
We searched around for a bit before master 3 asked, "Mum, what's this amaool (animal, for the non parents)?" Bingo. We restocked the cache with a few treasures. TFTC, this one gets a favourite from us.
Very clever and how we do love that tree. Not surprised it has been harbouring a secret!!
Returned to finish off the gecko trail series and was disappointed to see our first three targets; numbers 7, 8 and 9 all had a long string of DNF's. Hopefully they can be returned soon.
Onto #13. Had to laugh when after reading a previous log where the property owner commented about the interest in the tree, the same thing happened to us Fortunately we had just spotted a native beehive higher up the trunk so we had the perfect reply!!
After that a torch soon revealed the cache. All good, although it could do with a mow.

Out for the evening caching with 5Meerkats, 7th for the evening. Alway a bit nervous rummaging around peoples front yard at night, but we were sneaky and stealthy and came up with the goods. TFTC.
I had a rare opportunity last night for some caching time with old mate rosenstingel. So I left Mrs Meerkat at home with a chick flick and headed out to gecko territory.
No muggle will be reaching in to grab that. Great hide. TFTC!

Fairly obvious hide location but we still had to read some of the previous logs before we had a closer look with equipment and were able to find it. Really fantastic container and logbook though that deserves all the FPs it has gotten. TB out and another TB in. Thanks for a really great looking and original cache.
Had a very quick look the first time we came by this way. Was very conscious that we were behaving rather strangely in someone's front yard. Went away and found plenty of hints in the previous logs. Came back again and found it fairly quickly. Took Geocoin and left Wise Owl TB. TFTC.
Out and about on a beautiful day, caching with Couchmen and two of my kiddies in the Brisbane area. Did some walking, and some of the Gecko series. Some great hides found for the day. My thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches. Appologies for the late logs, doing some heavy duty catching up.....

Some great camo here on this one. TFTC. Fav point given.

We were in town today for a doctors appointment for our daughter and Geo Wife had to accompany her.
I was just the transport so Geo Wife gave me her blessing to go off and grab some caches which meant we would save on parking fees as well.
I chose this area with nice group of caches and easy parking so I was hoping for a good run.
I was able to park very close to GZ and scanned the area for muggles, the area was clear YES!
The GPS was telling me to head in one direction which didn't make sense.
I looked around and right behind me was a fantastic hid location, after another quick scan I picked my target and came up with the prize YIPPEE!!
I went back to the car to check it out and sign the log.
Want another fantastic camo WELL DONE GeckoMaster. Another favourite point is yours.
Dropped of a TB.

Must admit this one was a little challenging to find but Mr LHE was finally successful. Liked the cache. TFTC

After getting out of the geomobile I searched what I thought was the obvious location and with no luck I began to scratch my head. Angloj retraced my steps only to make an easy find, I told her "her to get off the grass!!" TFTC

Doing the gecko trail a bit at a time. One more to go that I missed along the way. Nice cache!
Was not sure what I was looking at.
Looked like an echidna at first.
Can't be that in suburbia.
Soon changed my mind and retrieved.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks geckomaster62
Will return to finish the series soon

We were not sure that grass can grow in such a place, so we took out our torch (even if it was daylight ) to be sure it was what we were looking for... And it was!

Really didn't want to poke my hand in there, so whipped out the torch for a better look.
All good! Great container, TFTC.

Great cache, didn't want to touch it, but glad I did! tftc and the whole series. It was a lot of fun.
Im a little wary of stuffing my hand into anything and the texture of this cache made me retract my hand rather quickly. Great effort with the container and log book.
Bahaha. Too funny. I used a torch and made short work of this one....turns out there's not a train for 15 minutes so there's surely time for "just 1 more" Thanks for the cache; the log book brought particular amusement.
Took a while to get this one, partly because the driveway owner arrived home and commented that a lot of people seem interested in this spot.
I eventually looked at the right angle and loved the cache - and the log book.
Took Cow and left pterodactyl

Left the grass alone here.
Nice stroll back to the car at number 1 to complete the tour.
Only missed one. Will try another day.

After 2 hours doing the gecko trail we managed to find 10 out of 13.
Go back soon for the last three.
Go back soon for the last three.
So, after 1hr45min, we finally got to #13 in the series, and read the description to note that it suggested not doing this one at night!! What!! NOOOOOOOOO!!! Oh, how hard can it be? We're here now, and incredibly determined ... especially a very excited 9yr old Tiki 3 who had just run around his first series and was one away from finishing! We split up first, but when it was obvious at the GZ that light would be needed, we quickly regrouped. A flash of the torch, and Tiki 3 made the find before I could even blink!! He was very proud of himself, and is so totally hooked it's just not funny!! Very lucky, too, as the torch had very little battery left!
Thank you GM62 for a great series, with some wonderful localities, information and views. Although it was done fast (for us), we made sure we took the time to take in all we could, and were rewarded with a wonderful day together. I will rejoin my Premium Membership as soon as funds come in, and will have #8 in hand as soon as possible, but for this time at least, this series has been completed by a very enthusiastic 9yr old dragging his old dad along with him! Back home for a feed of Homemade Nachos for dinner as a reward of an afternoon well spent! TFTSeries, GM62. Has been a blast!

Thank you for a wonderful morning. It was heaps of fun. I walked the whole way and found some others too. Definitely a favorite point. Tftc.

I had been on a night stroll along the Gecko Trail and had had a cracking time. It was pretty late by the time I made it to lucky #13 and I was getting a little tired. The night was still perfect though, a little cool and the moon was super bright.
My phone that had been a little less than helpful on a number of caches put GZ down a driveway. Bah. So I read the description, a "not at night" recommendation. Now there are quite a few caches which I shouldn't have done at night and not seeing any real impediment with the light I reckoned it must be a warning about torch sensitive locals.
So I take a step back thinking I should try to make the grab in one pass. I looked over GZ from the road and given the cache size decided where the cache must be. Taking my first pass I looked in the wrong spot and took a break a little way off to rethink the scene.
A second pass with a little bit of torch and I spotted enough and made the find. The cache made me smile, but the log book made me laugh.
Nice one Geckomaster, thanks for the trail, I will come back for #11.

After the Ms Maddy's garden party Dansync and Dr THR finished off the gecko trail. We went for this one three months ago but couldn't find it in the dark. In the daylight this one was so much easier. With no one around on a Sunday avo we zipped in for a quick search and had the cache in hand. TFTC GM62. Loved the camouflage. We are happy the trail is finally finished. We're giving this one a favorite point for the whole trail and the uniqueness of this cache.
Another fantastic hide by geckomaster62. TFTC

Best Container EVER!!!! I really didn't expect so many muggles to just keep appearing from all directions. I'm sure there were two little old ladies that crossed the street because I looked too suspicious.
Very good camo & loved the log book. My favourite of the series & a favourite point. A quick, easy find. Mrs PJATPAC knows the owners of the nearby business so we might give them a heads up on what's happening out the front there .
Cheers geckomaster62

Found with misssusan on 8th of April. Great tree, nice easy find, I'm now hooked into geocaching!
Had to make a second pass to grab this one, it seems that there was a muggle sitting across the road at the bus stop. Was a quick find on the second pass though and guessing someone had a little grass left off, but I kept off.

Found it, found it, found it!!! I loved this one. Both geoson & I are most grateful to both Swellerfungus for showing us the ropes of GC & the great adventure to be had and also to geckomaster62 for a great trail.
I guess the question really is 'what grass where you on?' When you made this one. You must have been giggling yourself stupid as you were designing it! At least I know we were when we found it! Beware the grassy knoll!
Well what a gat adventure...still a few to catch up on but a great day had by all.
Thanks so much GeckoMaster, an absolute thrill that I will recommend to all...

My 100th. Great way to finish the gecko trail. Pink eyed pet rock out, gecko in. TFT Series.
Great series geckomaster62. Found with outer rim. Congratulations outer rim on your triple figure milestone. Cache reminded me of cousin it.
TFTC. Had a little chuckle when I saw the cache after reading your description.
Found it. We found this one before 1 through 12, so a little out of order.
Wow. Stunning tree and hard to be stealthy. I did my best and quickly had the cache in hand. I sat at a nearby seat to log my name and have a look at this cool container, It was bigger than I expected it to be. I may use this camo one day, very clever! I popped it back casually and headed off to my next hunt.
With the 11erkeol together to cruise with the Rhapsody of the Seas from Sydney to Cairns and back, we have placed a stop.
A beautiful city and there was plenty to see. Thanks for the cache.

Id have to say I did feel awkward being so close to houses so was conscious to be quiet. This tree is one of the most beautiful and amazing creations I've ever seen and the cache container is brilliant. I appreciate the work that has gone into this. A favourite point from me. TFTC
The grass was growing today after the recent rains! A couple of muggles nearby, bus had driven past and looked around and found in its little hide. Loved it. Good effort, at least this grass doesnt need watering! TFTC
I really should do these ones in orderand that is great camouflage
