I will be in the area on Saturday, i will try to confirm if this one is gone or not.
Can the CO please confirm if cache is still in play as 4 DNF and a year without a find.
No luck here today
Had a few hours spare today after having to work a few weekends in a row, this was now my weekend on but got to have it off. A great feeling.
Breakfast with itskate then the grocery shopping and then cleaned the house.
Now it was time to do something. The sun was out and some close by caches were calling me.
So I hoped in the Geo car and away we went, B12 also joined in for a little afternoon hunting and we managed to clear the map of some new and old caches that had yet to be found.

Headed Out today with Helbren to put the 4WD through its paces.
What better place to come. A good drive and some caches to boot.
Only spent a short while here, but long enough to grab 3 caches.

Round 2 for today. After some morning caching and then heading home for lunch it was a case of.. what should we do now. It did not take too long to long to decide that a beautiful spring day needed another dose of caching. TFTC Keego and Chil
A nice easy find here to finish our day off. A small snake at GZ did not phase us too much!

Out caching with my family this morning... I found this one! TFTC Keego_and_Chil
I heard Mother's Day was supposed to be relaxing? Well not in this house, I decided to take the kids and push a pram around the Kwinana Loop Trail to Chalk Hill This was our first find, parking about 250m from here... Young DangerMouse09 ran ahead and was quickly running back onto the path with the prize in his hands Thanks Keego_and_Chil. Cache is in good condition and dry.
2nd find of the morning. It was just before dawn but was still able to find this one fairly quickly without a torch. Loving this bike ride around the KLT. TFTC Keego and Chil
Needed to get at least one cache in today...! Found in the early evening as the light was failing. Log only, thanks for the hide.
Out on a caching day with Mr Luna Maya in Bertram. TFTC Keego and Chil and for bringing us here
Found @ 1557!
My fourth KLT cache and sixth hunt for the day.
Quick find without GPS!
Seemed a little exposed compared to the others I found in the series...

1st find for the day with Fe4me . Nice cache, took us a while to find but we came across it eventually, kept looking in the wrong spot!

Parked off the side of Thomas Rd and went uphill towards the cache. I don't recommend this route though - had to fight my way through lots of prickle bushes getting there and back. Was a quick find at gz though. Thanks again Keego and Chil
Bored at home, thought I would go for an early morning drive and grab the rest of this series of caches. A little chilly this morning, but really nice on the walking track never the less.
I made a guess as to the hiding spot as I approached, watching the pointer tick down the distance. A quick find ensured. I stamped the log and returned the cache to its resting spot.
Thanks Keego and Chil for the cache, and the series, and a reason to go for an early morning walk on this International Geocaching Day.

Was on route home with MCFonz and Felix after a fun afternoon in Rocko, and we decided to stop
for a couple of caches on route.
Interesting walking trail, will have to come back and walk more of it when I have a bit more time and
complete the other caches in the area.
No probs with this one after a short stroll up the hill.

Found with The Machman and MCFonz on our way North after tackling Point Peron Paddle, considerable dedication here from MCFonz driving from Albany to Perth with Kayak on the roof to gain a smilie.
1 of the team stayed guarding the 'Kayaks' whilst the team scored 2 smilies before heading homeward north in preparation for tomorrows IGD -Northern Get Together 2012.
We will be Back for the rest.

Stopped off on the way back from Rockingham before it got dark. Nice bush walk area which I have never been to before. Last one for the day. Left super ball. Thanks for the cache.
I'm was a little bit busy today, but I only wanted one more cache to make it my 400th find the GPS said 220 meters to next cache, so park the car and made a quick find for my 400th TFTH SL.
A nice walk in this bit of bush with a quick find at GZ. Dropped The Unicorn Traveler and a GC (replica). Thanks for the hunt Keego_and_Chil
Beautiful bushland. I hope the developers don't get their hands on it. Left a keyring as logbook very lonely. TFTC.
Once the iPhone decided to settle and show the satellite picture was able to get an easy find t4th K&C
Spotted the most likely spot but the GPS was indicating otherwise so knowing that K and C caches are usually spot on I trusted the GPS and moved on. After a minute or two of fruitless searching I checked the GPS again and it must have settled because it was pointing back to the obvious spot. Cache was soon found and log signed.

Today I was grabbing some caches in the area on my quest to hit 1000 before leaving for Phuket in a couple of weeks.
I parked nearby this one and started the loop from here. Arrival at ground zero soon had the cache in hand and log book signed. I wish that all the caches that I searched for today were as quick and easy find as this one was
Cheers

I have been wanting to explore a little more of the Kwinana Loop Trail, so thanks for bringing us out here! Didn't take too long to find, but it can be easily missed if you don't look carefully The location is in full view of the oval below, so try not to look too suspicious if there is sports training going on! Good hide~
found it as we had parked the car at chalk hill end and finished off at this one thanks K&C we took the short cut across the oval back to the car
In an attempt to close gap on 2000 finds decided to bring MTB to attempt a nice little cluster of 14 starting at Kwinana train station
Trail loop was a little different to what I was expecting....but I could tell it was going to be fun on the MTB...thanks Keego and Chil for another series...Perth is indeed lucky to have prolific hiders such as Steve and yourself.

After finding the two new caches to the east I drove to the gate that is south of this cache and parked the car there to do the rest. Had a pleasant walk up the path to GZ and soon found the cache.
Thanks Keego and Chil for the cache.
