Cute playground, gz was correct, which was a bit of a surprise, just as well we were the only ones there with geograndkiddies.
Finally found it on third attempt! Just had to realise it wasn't in the tan bark. Nice hide. Found with kbat. TFTC

Well after i battled a massive spider i realised the gps location may have been wrong or it was my device, hard to tell. But after rolling in the mulch for a bit i managed to feel a little somthing. Thankfully it wasnt another spider.
Too many people at the beach for that one do I thought I would duck up here and have a quick look. Lots of hiding spots and was just about to leave when I thought I would have one last look and there it was - signed and returned without a visitor - TFTC

Find # 582
With another large family enjoying the facilities this was going to be tricky.
Located GZ and soon after we were the only ones left here so a thorough search began.
First I found the attaching device, and we thought a DNF would follow, but after a scratch through the safety material below a container was located and log signed.
Put attaching device inside container and re-hid, but attraction is low and really needs a bit of glue to ensure it hangs in there. TFTC

No luck for me here. It was feeling really hot now so after a brief search I rushed back to the comfort of the car. Thanks anyway.
Had the park all to ourselves and search all the spots we thought this one might be hiding with no luck. Gone?
Continuing on our adventure after attending the Alexandra Mega Event, we found ourselves spending a few days on Phillip Island. While we tried to take advantage of the many great places to see on the island, we were pre-occupied with trying to complete the qualifying requirements for a particular challenge cache we had signed in Ballarat prior to the Surf Coast Mega Event last year. It really does pay to check the finer details of a challenge cache before you decide to look for it We had thought you needed to have found 100 caches in Victoria, but it was only when we came to log it that we realised the 100 caches in Victoria had to have been placed by the same cache owner
Anyway, initially we thought we would complete the challenge by doing the Mt Disappointment caches, but then friends who knew we were heading to Phillip Island told us we would easily qualify for the challenge there, and they would be much more interesting caches Well they were quite interesting, and some of them were downright sneaky
In the end, we had an enjoyable couple of days exploring Phillip Island and finding a variety of cache hides, with some great walks along some of the beaches and other places
Thank you Gonefishen07 for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

What a beautiful stop on our adventures as Mr Bambi is taking me on a romantic day out for my b'day. Nice quick find as it was laying on ground . SL TNLN TFTC.
Great for the kids and thank you for bringing us to this play ground that we didn’t know about
Windy day saw us ducking for cover and so the hide was found, slightly displaced and apart but we have placed it back together. A magnet is recommended. Enjoying our stay at Smiths beach this long weekend with a spot of geocaching
Took us a while but we got there in the end!! Great hide. Kids lost interest but came back to find the treasure! Thank you!
Darn it... I tried recently to hide a cache in the same place and was told that it was no longer allowed... Ahh well...bitter sweet finding caches like this...
Quick and easy find now time for a nice hot chocolate
With Zedaycee and Angelique Anja.

Caching around Philip's island today. Super easy park and grab. Great place for a coffee. TFTC
Spot on coordinates. Kids loved to have a play after a huge few hours climbing stairs finding other cache down the beaches.
Crazy hearing the buzzing of the cars on the race track that felt like it was pretty close by

Nice hide! Found by my daughter Romany a beloved Geocacher. Took us a while but we got there in the end!
Quick find by the kids (for a change). Straight to it and a nice play after. Tftc
Unable to find this one with tassie expat (who had found it previously) despite a good search.
My daughter found this one while playing on the playground. Lovely day for a trip to the island! Thanks.
Got totally distracted looking in all the wrong places and beginning to wonder if we should give up on this geocaching thing. Then finally decided to search in the
Most obvious place. Nice one. Tftc.

Out with Yorsys doing a few local caches.
What another playground cache, we contemplated giving it a miss, but then by chance we did a driveby just to make sure. Only one older couple and a child so armed with a Muggle card we headed over to explain our presence to them. After a short lesson about geocaching we were able to make the find and leave our mark.

Out with the Swaggies. Find 1359 at 2 December 2016 4:04 PM. Sales pitch to muggle nanna.
Tricky little sucker with numerous hiding possibilities. Lucky I said looks like this would be an excellent spot .... and it was tftc
An after work caching visit, saw us on the Island with the view of getting some caches we had to pass up on our visit last week. We found this cache as a nice quiet drive by and noticed how quiet it is here on the Island during the week.
Thanks Gonefishen07 for this cache placement.

While in the area for the Event at San Remo we managed to get in a few finds before it started.
Thanks Gonefishen07 for making the Island a very fun place to visit

Found with my family - becca85, boo09 & chan02 as well as GemmaSistma & boys on a roadtrip for the school holidays. Sorry for the very tardy logging. TFTC
Found during our super fun roadtrip to Phillip Island with my Team Clarmensma family - becca85, GemmaSistema, neisha07, Adam & Lukey. We found lots of caches and saw lots of different animals- including a penguin in the wild! TFTC!
School holiday time once again which means Team Clarmensma is formed (myself+GemmaSistema+neisha07+boo09+Adam+Luke) and one lucky destination gets to hist us.
This time it was Phillip Island and decided to make a 3 day road-trip of it.
The weather treated us fairly well and we enjoyed the many beautiful views and landscapes that we were taken to. TFTC!

In Philip Island for a few days of caching with becca85 and our geokids - Adam, Luke, neisha07 and boo09. We had the playground to ourselves so made a quick find. The kids played in their wet clothes and undies are splashing in the beach earlier! Lol. Many thanks
The little pearls had great fun searching for it! So happy to be apart of this adventure took ages to find it but in the end it all worked out thanks for the fun!
Found it on a nice drive around with Muggle Aunty. Stopped for a nice play too. TFTC
Almost made it to cake and coffee after getting blown apart at the last couple of stops but geomutt was keen to stretch her legs so really, what else could I do other than stop at a little park for her, not my fault it just happened to have a cache in it
Great one for the kids didn't take too long to find it but helped having little ones around to search. Thanks for bringing us to this great play ground
Tricky tricky tricky especially with the wet weather on the ground. Luckily we were in cowes this morning and had bought some tiny trinkets to leave
With geokids after Autumn boogie boarding at Smiths. This one has been on the radar so off to the park on the way home.
Experienced geokid found pretty quickly after messing around on the equipment. No others around. Cache secure and replaced
Thanks Gonefishen. That's 2 caches today in the area.

Found it! Joint night grab with V&A and M4. Kelly had dodge a few fluffy little bunnies just get into the car park. No muggles to worry about given we arrived at 11:00 pm and after a bit of woodchip ballet we soon had the cache in hand...TFTC...
Joint find with Mark&Kelly and Vanessa&Aodh. Kelly struggled up this road due to her desire to NOT HIT the"cute fluffy bunnies" with a funny sound effect. You seriously had to be there!! Anyway, on to the cache. Mark again came to the rescue and came up trumps. Tftc.
By this stage we had slightly more sensible ratio of blood vs rocket fuel in our veins and were doing a couple of last caches before retiring/collapsing for the night. Mark and Morcs4 found this one in a place that was beyond me to look. Thanks Gonefishen07.
Tftc second one for the day lucky there were no muffles around we could search freely
Was walking with no pen or pencil but found it and was able to slide it back into place
Muffles around so had to let my daughter play for a while before the search started. Easy find as container lid & log list was on ground Have logged & fixed back in place.
