Doing the Heritage Trail at twilight. Even though I resorted to the additional hint here, I still didn't find the cache right away, as I was looking too far down. Once I found it though, it it was obvious, as it was visible even from the trail. Just need to know what to look for. Log sheet is full, I signed in a corner as 'mdf'. Thanks for the hide!
Out for a days geocaching with SandersonHunters. Trying to find 24 caches in 24 hours. This was the fourth for the day. Nice tree. Sunny blues skies. Thanks.
Walked right past mind your head, but then I was looking for the wrong left...
Got to this one, logged and signed, then doubled back

Cache not too well hidden and is seen from the track. Tried to make it less obvious. TFTC
Overshoot the hide, so searched a few other spots before getting the right one! must be the tree cover causing a few issues for the GPS
Loving the old trees Puriri - not a lot of bird life sadly, very quiet under the canopy. Thanks for the hide.

Found by 4Kidds Nr. 4 on New Zealand Trip. A great park and nice track.

Today we decided to finally visit Shakspear Park and pick up the caches in the area. We had lots of fun here trying to spot the corresponding items to the titles of the caches, and this one was no surprise here. Another quick find on this lovely path. We have never explored Shakspear Park before, so it's nice when geocaching takes us somewhere different. Thanks for the hide.
Nice quick find. Trying to get our numbers up to match last years effort. Getting closer to that target. We're getting them done! TFTC
Love it when the clue is in the name - good fun wandering through here with the many puriri trees and tuis.
I visited this cache with a group of ten students and a muggle teacher from St John’s College in Hamilton as part of their camp week. Over four days and three nights we visited Orewa, Whangaparoa, Waiwera, Whangarei, Paihia, Waitangi and Russel. We generally signed the logs SJC GEO Camp to save each student needing to sign the log. The boys literally ran from Geocache to Geocache trying to beat each other to the find. By the second to last day they had all at least found one cache each. They all seemed to enjoy the experience and hopefully will decide to keep Geocaching as a consequence. We found a great variety of caches in some amazing spots. A huge thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining all the caches we found.
I was afraid tree cover might be a problem here but the descriptive title and hint ensured we had no problems. The boys and I were really enjoying this great walk-thanks for recommending it!

About twenty Japanese tourists watch me have a long, long kiss with Foxy Mel after our triumphant find!
Number four found on the Heritage trail. Another quick find thanks to the cache title and hint... there was only really one place it could have been. Again Mr 4 was very happy to find this one... he's getting very good at this treasure hunting stuff
Great little hide. Such a beautiful walk through the trees. Saw a few VERY large wood pigeons
Family day out showing my older our obsession. They are now hooked. Gorgeous sunny day with NzNamtab finding this one
Very simple and easy to find thanks to my partner.
Didn't log as had no username when we found but was with NZChicky and NzNamtab

Instead of getting our hands dirty we used a stick to get this one! What a cool location.
Often use this trail on my runs. Confess after returning from Europe I should be running more as my medical is only a week away and my weight might make them baulk! TFTC
Good idea for this tree! My friend almost fall in the water 'cause it was a little bit wet! Have a great time
Mister e was quickly on his hands and knees for a quick pick up. Rain just holding off
The tree for heavens sake that you just stepped over!!! He is getting it slowly.....
Second find on our trip out today.
GPS was all over the place but the hint and title helped us find the right place.
Signed the log and returned as found

Our second last day on NZ.
We desided to have this walk. It was a very hot day and we looked forward to go back to the beach.
This was a very nice area and we had it all to our self. We saw a lot of parakites and R2D2-birds (don't know the name for them [;D])
Thanks for this very fine roundtrip in a great area.

Kids found this one.. We did the track and found all caches, along this way. Nice spot and cool on the track but hot elsewhere..

Felt kind of bad going off the track so far looking for this cache, muddied my shoes, but still to no avail.
Looked and couldn't find it. Then had to move on as there were some muggles coming and I needed to catch up to the rest of the group.
We camped for a couple of nights on the Whangaporara Peninsular, while we were there we saw killer whales come right into the harbour. A truely memorable moment.
All the caches we did were in amazing locations with fantastic views of the coastline & some withe viewscross to the Auckland skyline. All are worth a favourote point, I have only selected a few but if your cache does not receive one its not that its not as good as the rest.
Thanks for placing this cache Team Welsh
Out with a group of friends grabbing caches in Shakespeare Park today. What a glorious day for it.
No real need for deep reaches into horrible holes here. But we did it none the less. . Well done Stella.
Find #646. Thanks for the cache. 24/08/2014 16:29

Found with quinella. Had to dodge the muggles so interesting place for a photo as they passed
I did this during the day as many people would, but one day I will return at night to see those glow worms!
That one is nice and easy thanks to the hint, and good too because the GPS signal was poor. Look above your head, there are heaps of gorgeous colorful parakeets here! Thanks for the cache.
Found this one easily though it pays to check GPS before heading down into the valley as signal was lost.
Found this one back in early 2012 (first few days) with friends - forgot to log it TFTC!
