Found today whilst out and about with JungleJodes before going to see Les Mis. GPS had us all over the place because of the trees. A very clever and sneaky hide that I had seen before.
Thanks for the cache Kel279

Out with sorcysal. Our GPS was playing up and when I found it my GPS said that I was 12m away. Don't touch and little black bags in the trees!
Second find after a pleasant walk through Cruikshank park Nice Hide!!!!
Thanks kel279
Thanks kel279
Found on Christmas Eve. Daughter lives nearby so Grandson and his Mom and Grandma found it with ease. We put in a small piece of paper for logging. Should last for a few finds. TFTC
Found easily whilst in Yarraville tonight. Logbook is very full and damp and needs replacing. TFTC
This one slipped under the radar...
Found after street orienteering.
Had too be careful because a local muggle was cruising the street and took a particular interest in my activities.
I checked the location and cruised past around the park, watching the muggle as I went by.
Circled around back to the cache once he had disappeared out of view.

Found this one today. I thought at first that it may have been affected by recent pruning or storm damage but eventually I found the cache safe and sound. As previous finders have mentioned the log is very full. I found space to record my visit by shortening the date and only signing my initials in extra space from a previous finder. I don't think many more people will be able to sign the log.
Thanks for the very innovative cache container and the cache Kel279.

Found on a lazy Sunday afternoon in the sun.
My iPhone GPS seemed to point to an area a little short of where I expected but a quick check of the 3 nearest possible hides revealed the cache cutely tucked away. Nice to be able to tick this one off.
This was the last of caches found today - now off to a BBQ and a relaxing red wine.
Thanks and cheers!

Found by PR&F on 18/11/12 with harry_stamper.
Easy find with iPhone 5 and Geocaching App.
I used to have a hide here myself a few years ago, when harry_stamper used to play for the local cricket team that uses this Reserve during summer.
Thanks Kel279

On the way to Orienteering after work and picking up a few caches on the way, what better to occupy the afternoon.

My third trip over the bridge this week as I use the nice cache dense area around Williamstown to keep filling in the blanks on my GeoCalendar. Again I turned right after leaving the Freeway and quickly arrived at the posted co-ordinates for this cache. Finding the location nice and deserted I made a speedy find before returning to the car to complete my log and slipping the cache back into place.
Thanks Kel279, a nicely crafted cache!

Thankfully an easy find today, the iPhone was starting to do the crazy dance which has occurred since the iOS upgrade. I was within 20m. Used caches senses and the clue and easily found.

I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for on this one and sure enough, my caching instincts were right. I like these hides where effort has gone into the cache container, makes the game fun. Thanks.

it is really pouring now. and im cold and wet.

Even though the weather was lovely, there was nobody enjoying the park today. Following the needle on the GPS I was deposited at GZ, and soon spotted the cleverly hidden cache. I liked the camo on this one. Thanks for the cache.
# 712. Out with Robmc on a cold, wintery afternoon trying to find a few caches. Again all was quiet with no muggles to be seen. Liked this hide very much although I was surprised as my GPS was saying I should be 8 metres over there........ TNLN Thanks Kel279
No signs of lacrosse here today, so it was easy enough to wander around until the cache was spotted. Signed log at 12:35pm. Liked the container.
thanks kel279
thanks kel279
On the way back from staying overnight at my sister place at Point Cook I checked this one on the way. Being it cold, miserable and school holidays there was no one about.
Nice easy find and the cache is in excellent condition.

We search high and we searched low then there it was ..great hide loved it. With friends Baluke and Atraversiamo giving it a favourite because of the hide. TFTC
Out for our almost weekly night run in the city and surrounds. A cold night warmed w good friends BelleAkelea and AtraVersiamo as we headed towards Yarraville this time.
Find #9 for our night had us in a hedgerow at the edge of a dark park!
GPS was pointing us at the wrong tree, and we feared the branch laying on the ground from the recent storms may have un-done the GZ when tenacious Belle widened her search pattern and AGAIN made the cry we all love to hear.
the TBs I'm trying to find a home for had a visit

I think I timed this one well... much earlier and there would have been a full-blown lacrosse tournament going on, and no chance of getting to this cache.
A clever hide... thanks, Kel, for this and the other three of yours this afternoon.

Found at 17.00 on an afternoon caching run through Yarraville picking up all the caches since my last visit. A good, clever hide for this one but it was easily located once at GZ. The log book was difficult to sign in the rain but I got there in the end. TFTC.
*Late entry*
Cruising around with covert for a few hours and of course it brought us over the western subs.... my old stomping grounds.
A quick find made by covert - a well cammoed hide - well executed.
Thx again Kel.

Took a day out with Kellyhuants to go a grab a few caches. This area seems to be an area we have both not cached in. We drove past this once then stopped on the way past again.
Took a few minutes for the GPS to settle and there it was. Clever hide!
There was a bit of whacking, pitching, chucking and kicking going on nearby but nobody seemed to pay attention to the tree hugger. Should a lacrosse devotee be known as a 'lacrosstrian'?

So close to the obstacle course, this one had to be found. Nice neat little hide that brings up my 900th.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing me to these wonderful old trees Kel279.

Headed out on an afternoon cache walk in West Footscray and Seddon, where I lived for over a decade. Still looking sweet. I'm from Canada, so know this game and its Indigenous heritage. Since this is the fourth cache of yours in a row I'm hitting, Kel, you'd be getting tired of notifications from me in your intray! But this one is especially well rendered, well done. While here, a squall hit and blew everything everywhere. The cache is good again, but I find myself covered in mud. Oh well, might as well go roll it off on the grass. Thanks again, Kel!
A quick find. There was no lacrosse happening in this park, however a match was on while I was driving past another field today. TFTC
As soon as the gps settled we were right onto this one. Cache was quickly in hand before the muggles were on to us. TFTC
I bookended the day with another 2 Kel279 finds. This one had parking available and even in the fading evening light I spotted what I thought to be the cache. Sure enough it was. Another good local hide
Thanks
Thanks
Suscoe was on a Melbourne trip with Bushfire today.
Mr. Suscoe headed off for the car while Mrs. suscoe and Bushfire searched for the cache.
Found and signed and returned.
Thanks to Kel279 for bringing us here, an empty sports field today.

The ageing Bushfire and the suscoe team decided to add a few smilies to their tallies today. The aim was to find any caches that we had not found and knock off a few mysteries that had been worked out over a long period of time but had not been near enough to grab.
This was the seventh cache found today and we are well on our way to have a smiley on all mysteries between Geelong and the West Gate Bridge.
Good to see some thought and effort put into this placement so thanks again to Kel279 for showing us another part of this area.

Quickest find so far today. A clever one though. Good camouflage to the untrained eye.
No sports being played on the Sunday afternoon that I visited, was a bit muddy after a lot of recent rain. Only took me a few seconds to spot the cache hiding spot.
Thanks Kelly,
This should have been harder to find than it was. I found it quickly , but I love the hide. I'll even give it a favourite. Thanks for the cache. 27/02/12 4:07 PM Find #128

I took a stab at where it would be hidden, based on the map, and rode up and found it sans GPS. This is a good bit of parkland. Thanks Kel279.
Mr.Coffee picked this one up on the way home as part of our cache a day.
Thanks Kel279 for the cache,

Found while out this afternoon with Biggles Bear #1 caching the west. Found easily, but we did walk past it initially while following our GPSs. Thanks for the cache.
Found 13:00, in the company of Muzza, another nice hide.
TNLN, CSI=2, thanks Kel279.

Found by Mary & David at 0925. Not a soul about. Plenty of ibis out in the centre enjoying the bounty of a lush green patch. Our thanks again to Kel279.
This has really been a slow month for me and caching, but I'm just trying to tick off every day of the year. So here I am at Lacrosse Park with a quick find on a driveby cache. Thanks Kel 279.
After a few muggled-out caches things started to improve with this one, which was an easy enough find if you are a proper cacher(!) - thanks Kel279.
Never played lacrosse, so watched for a bit as there seemed to be a game going on, or training? Hooray got to use my new Christmas present from Geo Bro 'caching tools'!!
11/01/12 3:36 PM Find #736 I found the co-ords a little out here. It seems after todays strong winds some branches have been torn off but this didn't hold me back from an easy find after spotting something. There's some nice 40's/50's style houses here, kinda reminds me of what my grandparents would have lived in back in NZ. TFTC.
Nice way of camouflaging a cache! Lovely evening for a find in the park! SL. TFTC.

Found this evening while walking the GeoDog. An easy find, first find for the year, and first and only find of the day. Thanks for the hide. Wally
One of 26 on another legendary night caching run with my best mate and caching buddy Marty aka Quasar3671. A quick find but another well hidden cache. Having fun with your caches kel279. TFTC.
I headed out tonight to meet up with my best mate Marshy (Blacklegend) for one of our huge caching night runs. We had no major plans for the night as we usually do as there had been so many new caches published since we last met up, so we just winged it for the night.
We parked on the car and headed over to GZ where we branched out to hunt for the cache. It wasn't long before we were signing the log.
Nice hide and thanks for the cache.

I picked this little cache just after lunch.
At first I was looking way too high.
Dam iphone had my co-ord's out.
As I widened the search the most likely looking thing said there you are
And it certainly was.
Nicely done.

Lots of people were exercising on the oval late this afternoon so great caution was taken when retrieving this cache. It was the 2nd find for the day, a well hidden cache. TFTC Kel279
Found this morning after work, and was confronted by a five minute thunder and lightning show, while standing under a tree.............hmmm.
Nice hide, thanks for bringing me here Kel279

A very quick find for me tonight, thanks to very accurate coordinates. Cute hide! Cheers!
Have seen others like this so it wasn't too hard but still tests the observation skilss a tad especially as one gets older and the eyes aren't what they used to be.
Thanks Kel279

Been a while since I have seen a lacrosse game being played, and the drought wasn't being broken today. Just a solitary dog walker in the distance.
Nice bit of camo.
Thanks, Robmc.

I was a bit worried about people over the road while I was getting this one. I looked a little dodgy, people finding this cache during the day won't have the same trouble. Nice work on this one, thanks Kel279.

TTF - Third to find (I didn't really think I was going to be first!) I decided to head west this morning to check out two new caches - this was the first. GPS was all over the place, but I eventually found the right place. TFTC
Headed straight for this one with my iPhone telling me there weren't any logs - foiled again! Congrats The Empire for the FTF. TFTC!
