Logs
Quickly found at the start of this walk around the bays. A really nice peaceful area. Thanks for bringing me here
Course its not going to be the twin trees right on the track. Pays to listen to your GPS once in awhile and another twin tree appears. I do like the wee log, thanks to a previous log, makes it feel purposeful. Quick park and grab in the drizzle, who doesnt love the bush in the rain?
#884 This cache has seen better days but we have given it some TLC. The logbook is currently guarded by a little scorpion, a surprise entrant in the dog show. Waggiest tail? Why not.
Log book was waterlogged, but a new one in a zip lock has been added. Thanks for the cache.
A hot afternoon walk to grab a few caches whilst staying with friends nearby. A super quick find here once at GZ. T4tC barkingmadnz,Civvnr&MissTreadlightly....(UK) Geocaching.com finds so far 11298
very good camp, found it with quintieminty. should any be walking around in the woods at 8:30 at night, boogie man almost got us
Up and over the bridge with ABCDF4 and eyespyben. I headed off in the wrong direction as I followed my GPS but the others were soon on to it. Thank you for the placement.
The plan this weekend was to head to Auckland Friday evening with Yvettetb. Saturday we had a lovely day caching around the Northcoate area with great Harbour Bridge views from all over the place. Sunday we went geocaching in the Riverhead/Kumeu area before heading north again.I've often wanted to come out here as I've seen the factory from the other side of the Harbour lots. The titles in this series sound remarkably like the Lynley Dodd book about a dog show. Love that author. We headed to this cache from the top rather than continue on the muddy track loop we'd been on earlier. Ws found a babies dummy nearby that we could fortunately reunite with its owner after some communication confusion with a non English speaker. Thanks for the cache which was an easy find
Quick find at GZ and would have been a park and grab but we decided to continue down the track to find The Longest dog. Found with Lis's Crew on a sunny winters day. TFGC
A few days in Auckland for a wedding means I can do a few caches as well.
Quick fing. Log was a tad damp but signable. Thanks!

# 1952 Out on a holiday walk with the family, being jimmynz, dangerSAM and VentureTIM. Shame about the bug turd and pile of toilet paper right by GZ. Cheers barkingmadnz for this one. 4 of 4 in this series today.
Nice and easy find here at the end of this road and just up the trail a tiny bit. I removed the wet stuff and a pine cone and added in a TB, my last available traveller to drop (Signal tag - Feet), and replaced and covered with a little natural camo. All good and time to get into the traffic and head for home. T F T C barkingmadnz.
Bit of a recurring theme for me lately on Fridays. Out of the last 6 Fridays I've been off and out the house nice and early and cached up a few in an area before getting back home and logging on for the days efforts. Last Friday was an exception where I took the day off and had a full day out, but today I was on the road just after 0530 and back to log-on on time. The good thing about getting up nice and early is the roads are quiet, the temperature is usually reasonable, and the tracks and trails are generally quiet too. The bad thing? I end up really fatigued mid-afternoon, but that's the trade-off I guess. Thanks to all COs for their hides that contributed to my fun this morning, and enabled me to drop off all my remaining 6 trackables to get them moving again after much 'visiting' caches recently.

Great spot, scroll is soaked and needs replacing so didn’t attempt to open and sign it. LLC. TFTC.
Log a bit damp and not very well hidden. Have placed it back and disguised. Good hint.
Take no notice of Daddypig123, my Geohound has the waggiest tail, and he loved his expedition through this park.
Nice hiding spot I found it uncovered but it’s nice and snug now so don’t panic
