I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi ishoot
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Area is fenced off with danger tape as river bank has given away had a little look but couldn’t find anything
Feel this one may have fallen victim to the recent floods. Have a good 10min search in the spot but no sign of it
There were plenty of muggles enjoying the area, so I had to be careful about when I disappeared into the bushes.
There's a bit of rubbish around, but I quickly identified what look like the cache at ground level, so was signing the log fairly quickly. I returned it to where I found it.
Thanks for setting this up

Had a DNF on this 9 years ago. Back in the area today to finally find it. Phew. TFTC
Been in Auckland for a few days visiting family. Stayed the night at the nearby MZMCA camper van park and this was the nearest cache. Thought it would be rude not to look for it. Read previous logs so knew the hint no longer applied. Didn’t take too long to find the cache. Definitely at GL. Log was damp but could still sign it. Thanks for the smiley.
Nice dry underfoot conditions and no muggles in sight. We inspected 3-4 manuka trees intently. We saw nothing hanging. But on the ground there is a plastic screw top container, perhaps 300mls, dirty and sad looking. Inside is a musty log, damp, but pleased to receive our signature. Rather easy to find so good to have a smiley face. Thanks for placing this one.
Tried to have a quick look while kids were at the park, sadly not today. will have to come back
We are on our summer holiday, we usually take a few weeks and travel around the South Island, but this year we are heading around the North Island. Heading up the West coast and back down the East coast. Finding only a select few caches along the way, we are mostly targeting some challenges we have qualified for, some large size caches, some that fill gaps in our date placed grid, a few D/T combinations, some with lots of favourite points, letterboxes and anything else that grabs our fancy.
I had a fall on day two of our holiday, while out geocaching which has resulted in a fractured bone in my leg and I am in a moon boot and with crutches and I was told to keep weight off my leg. So I am only limited use when it comes to our trip now. I tend to stay in the campervan and just hand out suggestions of when and where GK should search.
We stayed at the motor home park just nearby and gk went for a walk this morning between showers to see if he could find it. He enjoyed wandering around this area learning about the history. The cache was soon located and the log signed, he returned it as he found it.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

Did a day out this way with the old geocaching buddy Michaelteacher, pretty good run of 20 in total with no DNFs.
Was surprised we managed to pick this one up after all the previous logs. It was raining as well, so things were slippery alright! Hadn’t paid too much attention to the hint until it was read out loud to me, and I clicked and found the right spot. Cache is still here and in good condition. Tftc

I remember binging Trailer Park Boys a few years ago. The name of this cache brought back some good funny memories. I can't claim being the one to spot the cache, but we did find it today, despite the previous dnfs (it was not quite where it was hinted to be, but close). Luckily it was not too slippery today. Thanks
Nip, nothing found today as the rain poured down. Based on recent logs this one might be missing
Wow bit too slippery for me, after I fell down and slid a bit I checked out the area where I landed but no luck, was not keen to go any further
Second time here, last time it was raining so I didn’t try.
This time it was dry, but after I good search I give up.
So many hint places and the GPS is jumpy.
Not today I guess...

We stayed in our motorhome close by last night. We were going to look for this then but it was raining. Glad we didnt venture out. All ok here. Thanks for bringing us here.
Nice easy find..park all quiet today..what great area this..great for kids .thanks for the cache ishoot
Found a larger container.
Replaced it GL in front of the tree so it wont slip down the bank

My first visit in this area. Beautiful day for it too! Nice and quick find. Log wet. Replaced container up side down. I hope it helps. TFTC
Family reunion in the Glen today. Lo and behold, a cache to find not a 50m walk from the proceedings. TFTC
Added new log and plastic bag. Thought I was going to have to fight the trees, but no need, although needed to be careful woth footing. TFTC
I'm in the area for a week or so. My son is competing in the Auckland Junior Swimming Champs at the nearby pool on the weekend. We decided to come up early to catch up with relatives and to check out the pool. I am saving this log in my phone and will post it as soon as I get somewhere with reliable WiFi.
The cache was fairly easy to locate but it is seriously wet. Like soaked to a pulp. I did the best I could and it might look like "6/12/18 CR". I dried it out as best as I could and put it back.
Thank you

Always enjoy the Trailer Park Boys, and decided to stop here today to see if I could find these. Found at the base of the tree, and then saw the attachment, so have hung it back up at around thigh height, TFTC
Wow what a fascinating place -- now almost swallowed up by the city. I love how the old cabins have been retained. I bet lots of fun was enjoyed here in the past. TFTC .
No luck for us today. Looked around the base of and in the branches of every tee tree we could find but nothing turned up. I'm sure we will be back with the mini geokids as the playground looks awesome!
Apologies, found on 7th. Have updated log, Was abit better covered than past logs suggested and not as hard terrain as I tried to make it out to be (: Cheers
TFTC cache is very hard to find it was lying on the floor! Tried to hide it back, needs maintenance. But thanks though.
Found it after a bit of sliding around. Maintenance required, hook rusted through. Left at base of tree
Initially struggled and with the rain was indeed a bit slippery. Nearly took a skid but wrapped my arms around a tree quickly enough to save my dignity. Once I read some of the logs I realised I was looking for a kanuka not a manuka and GL not hanging. That did the trick and I spotted the cache. From my angle of approach I had to lean across a disturbingly full used nappy that had been thrown here by some grotty visitor with no respect for their surroundings. Would not want to slip into that. As others note, log a bit wet but no problems since it is waterproof paper. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about for a spot of cache detection on this pleasant day of winter. I parked up near GZ and made the short walk to GZ. Only one likely hint specimen near where my GPSr indicated. A quick check didn't reveal the goods. After looking near and far around the very slippery steep bank I eventually returned to this first spot. Closer inspection revealed the goods this time, at ground level. I had checked there earlier, just not well enough, obviously. Cheers for the cache placement!
Visiting from across the ditch - our first NZ cache - been here several times but always with a baby prior to this, so no time to geocache. Older kids remembered this excellent playground so made a beeline to return. Left kids playing, snuck off to make a few finds. Relied on ex-Aucklander geohusband to identify the correct kind of tree. Log is wet but still writable because it is waterproof paper.
Looked at all the kanuka trees... no manuka here. Maybe lost in recent floods. Thanks for brining us to this nicespot though.
Out west with Vamber today to gather a few caches. We were driving the geo-hunt and was parked up nearby so went for a walkabout to grab a couple of local caches. Found after a few minutes searching, signed the log as KKKT, thanks
Out West today with KirsTim for a spot of caching, and we stopped here for a walk around to grab some of the nearby caches. No problems with finding this one, thanks for the hide.
We were checking out cool playgrounds round Auckland and had fun finding this! Not hanging from branch any more (maybe cause of winds) but found at base of tree all the same
Age has caught up with the tie and the log. Replaced the soggy log with a strip of waterproof paper and hid the cache at the base of the tree. TFTC
Found the appropriate tree but age has caught up with the tie - cache was on the ground with a soggy log. Replaced the log with a strip of waterproof paper and hid the cache at the base of the tree. TFTC
On a little expedition with some of team SEAC. As soon as we drove up though we had a problem. Cragger and laval didn't want to cache anymore as there was an AWESOME playground. Determination did not stop us though.
Log signed and on we went with the promise of a play when we returned to the cars.
Thanks for the cache.

After a long hiatus from caching, some of team SEAC (South East Auckland Crew) decided to meet up for a few hours of caching out west. The weather was steadily getting worse as we progressed, but while the younger members rushed off to try their hand at the flying fox a couple of us disappeared into the bush to find this cache. Finally found and as the guys appeared out of the undergrowth, that didn't look suspect at all...! TFTC!
Was out with Keylev & NZTravellers for a day of caching, so out West we headed.
This one took a while to find, the hint put us off a bit as there was no need to go down the bank.
Loved the park, the kids and Mr NZTravellers loved the flying fox.
Thanks for brining us here.
Say YES to nanos.

Headed over the bridge to this spot after visiting Blue's Clues #21 and #20. Found quickly thanks to the hint. Log paper is damp and almost full. One foot slipped as I headed back up the slope. Thought I was a goner, but only got one hand muddy. Phew. TFTC
Afternoon outing in a park we have never visited before. Kiwiscot & friend had fun scooting along the paths and playing in the fantastic kids play ground nearby. Interesting bit of local history. Another quick find here. TFTC
I have never been to this park before but it looks like a great place to bring family. TFTC and for bringing me here.
Attending a birthday party in the park, so stole away for a few min to find this cache. Would be fun in winter.
Great hide. Container is naturally camouflaged. Next cache hunter needs the bring new log. Ty
I'm catching up with my online logging - I found this one with Mermaid.Man a few months ago. Thanks for the cache!
#10590. The slope wasn't too slippery today, and the cache was located after a short search. Lots of muggles were in the playground, but GZ is nicely screened. TFTC.
We loaded the bikes onto the car and headed west, the Blues Clues series being our main focus but picking up the odd other cache on the way. The weather forecast was for rain later, but apart from a few spots, it held off, fortunately. My first visit to Henderson and I enjoyed my introduction to the area via the great bike trails in the area.
StreetWalker found this cache so can't remember much about it, but do remember signing the log book . TFTC.

Is T rating really 1,5 if it is down the slipperly slope?
Anyway, couldn't find the cache nor up nor down the slope.

Wonder what the previous cachers found? Cool to think it was the missing one from 2013 but anyway this one is there and in good condition. Very quiet down there due to the weather made a quick find.
Perfect place for the cache. According to the log book last person to have logged in was in 2013!!!! O.o
Container was just lying on the floor - hanger is damaged. Log book moist.

discovered after a little bit of hunting. I remember riding my bike here when the trailer park was still open . TFTC!
Brought a wee troupe of boys to the pool this morning and thought we'd try a cache or two before lunch. Nice easy find and doesn't look too suspicious when it's kids heading into the bushes! TFTC
This one took longer than it should have to find, but it was found safely tucked away TFTC
On a family holiday in the area visiting family. This trip is a holiday with caches, not a caching holiday.
Today was a day that wasn't as planned and I got three hours to play with. I decided to head to Henderson for a looksee and walk. I mopped up 23 caches, it rained, it shined, nice caches, nice locations. My first visit to the area too. Mopped up a bunch of Blues Clues puzzles and a few trads. I made it back to bade camp in 3 hours and 10 mins. Glad all finds were nice and quick.
Thanks for the cache.

Managed to sneak into the bushes without looking too dodgy and the cache was right in front of my eyes. TFTC

Attending a 1st birthday nearby in the park, so thought we had better visit this guy. Nice quick find... TFTC.
After enjoying a 1st Birthday Party Picnic in this park this afternoon, Furbies and I thought we would check if there was any nearby geocaches - what do you know, 50m away! it wasn't long before we had this fella in hand, thanks for the hide. We will have to bring the neicephews back to this park so we have an excuse to have a go on those awesome slides!
An absolutely stunning autumn day so perfect for a bike ride with the occasional stop to pick up some caches. I'd stopped for a break so checked my phone as I thought nearby was perfect for a cache and what do you know, I was 10 metres from one! For some reason this one didn't show up on my gps. Everything was sodded so I dried out the container and replaced log and bag with clean dry ones. Hopefully these will stay dry. TFTC
Very wet log. My magic pen still managed to sign it however. I think water gets in thru drilled hole in lid.
Harry found this one! Log is very wet. We have tried to dry it off a bit with tissues but may need to be replaced. Tftc. Cheers
Lots of muggles around this morning, so waited for the right moment and the cache was quickly in hand. TFTC.
Walked right past when I first arrived and looked down the slope like the clue suggested... I looked at the difficult and terrain rating and decided that it would definitely not be down there so started again and found it quickly! Tftc!
With the lure of Tui Glen Playground, my 2 young offsiders and I hit the Trailer Park trail. Found this one pretty quickly and we were off to the next one... Thanks for the cache and the story
