### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
Perhaps it's time for the cache owner to make a visit to this cache as it would appear to be in need of owner intervention. I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance)
The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe you will have the issue resolved. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned and archived without further notice.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Assisted by a fellow geocacher who had previously found this one. Has definitely gone missing
With the help of a much younger fellow geocacher (geogirl) - who had previously found - we confirmed this is definitely gone.
I do not know if i was so bad at looking or what full of scratches and no rewards :/
A nice little cache, fantastic park too. If you haven't visited the box cottage, I suggest you do!
Found! 05Nov16 @ 6.10pm; Find #12
What a beautiful little spot! Such peaceful surrounds, which was strange as it was so close to busy roads.
I had a soundtrack for this one - there was several teens having a picnic at the other end of the gardens and they had music playing. Made me want to sit there longer just to listen, but there were other caches calling my name!
Wonderful cache! Thanks for the hide!

Nice easy find to get our Halloween souvenir and I'm glad you bought mark9375 and myself to this lovely well maintained park. Had a nice stroll around and looked at the box cottage as well TFTC
**Find #837 @ 12:11 PM on the 31st of October 2016**
I am one for always wanting that new souviner that ground speak release every now and then, today being the haunted hides souviner "find a geocache or attend a event between 29th and 31st October"
So today being halloween me and my dad came up to get this cache, we quickly found a place to park in a nearby Street, we jumped out quickly looking at the box cottage, we then moved to get the cache, it was found very easily because a bit was exposed, once the logbook was signed I put it back with more coverage,
We then admired the box cottage for a bit
A park that I would never have known about if it wasn't for geocaching TFTC TNLNSL thanks to HarriGriff for bring me my dad (4bait) here

Second try for this one. Better in day light. No chance at night if you dont read the clue
Thanks for sharing some history, I will definitely come back here and take a look at the museum. 5th and final cache for the day
Having just finished up lunch at the 2 Brothers Brewery I decided to leave the family and take the long way home and pick up some caches on the way. A nice easy find once I had narrowed it down. TFTC
This was our first find! Took us a long time to find but we eventually did! Very satisfying!
Following last week's find, we came back to visit the Box Cottage today as part of Open House Melbourne. Thanks so much HarriGriff for this cache, and introducing us to this fascinating slice of local history
Great find! Left a trinket but did not take. Beautiful little park, going to come back when the cottage is open. Brought my geosnad (dad) with us, now he's hooked! TFTC
Also funny because there were fellow geocachers who came just as we were about to log the geocache so we had to quickly put it back without logging it in the log book.
Fun... Very late night find. Came across fellow geo cachers... Or so we thought. They were actually playing new pokemon game. THEN... there were pokemon cards in the cache. We were busted.. But... They loved it. Very funny. This suddenly became old skool. They are now geo cachers. TFTC... ZEN.
Good easy find ! Are we meant to keep what we find inside?! New to this Hha we just put it back in
Found whilst waiting for family to arrive home. A nice bit of history nearby
Found on way home on this cold Sunday afternoon. Need new logbook but otherwise fun to do. TFTC
After dropping mygeokid at a school event I thought I should find a cache in the area while it is sunny. Plant is very spikey! Thanksgiving HarriGriff for the cache.

Got this right after listening to the Dodgers who won a game in the bottom of the tenth inning, with a walk-off based-loaded single to beat the Brewers in LA. Dodgers won 3-2 thanks to Justin Turner, who had two HRs and the walk off single.
So, I was totally psyched to hear the victory on MLB radio, and then grab this cache. Placed a Halo action figure with it to protect the log.

We are keen geocachers on holiday from New Zealand, aiming to grab a few smileys as we go. Lovely park, especially on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Plenty of people around, but nobody taking the slightest interest in us. Cache is good. Log is just a piece of cardboard but there is still room on it for signatures. Added a pencil. TFTC
We too, did not have a pen, will go back with my littlies to log, maybe do a swap
Interesting container Tftc and the swaps. Little lion has a new home, as does polar bear signed nn
Tftc beautiful little garden. I left a little trinket in the cache, i think its big enough for a few little things.
Find # 237
On my way home from a nearby school swim event, I thought I'd grab a few gcs on the way home.
I used to drive past this park very regularly but had never stopped off here. I started my search and with the aid of the hint, I found a probable gz. I got prickled many times while searching the target but that was all I got. After a pretty thorough search, I was nearly ready to DNF it where I realised that there was a second target as described in the same place. Upon approaching that one, I noticed it quite visible upon approach. I signed the log and returned it to the first target which I thought was a more likely place to hide it properly. TFTC.
