###OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE###
This cache has been flagged as most likely needing some attention. **It is time for the CO to take action.**
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicate your intention) within 30 days**, so everyone knows exactly what is happening with this cache?
These are your options:
* Take positive action to maintain your cache (Repair/Replace/Correct co-ords etc_) and post an Owner Maintenance log and ENABLE your cache, and then monitor your logs to ensure the problem is resolved.
* If you don't plan on fixing it up then please Archive it so it is removed from searches and someone else can utilise the location. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your cache.
* If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log before the deadline. Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.Please don't send me an email but instead follow the instructions posted above so that all documentation is logged with the cache.
**If there is no restorative action or communication within 30 days , then when I circle back to this one it will be Archived.**
Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible to be Unarchived.
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Went and got a coffee and decided to come and find this cache but had no luck ️
A beautiful winter day with a great view but no view of the cache. I will have to try again another time.
Darn it! Still DNF today... Got the better of me this time, but next time I'm in TAS I'll be back....
Hmm, didn't find it yet.. But I'll be back. Amazing woodcarvings nearby, almost made up for DNF!
A super view from here! Loved the nearby sculptures too. Took TB to move on. TFTC!

Tassie Trip Day 210 - Moving day agian this time from Scottsdale to Low Head after arriving and setting up it was a short walk to the GZ to collect our daily cache and it was a very interesting place to cache.
After a short search and not quit what was expected it was an easy find and the log was found to be in good condition.
Thanks jennydoug for placining this for us to find.

Today was spent pottering around the Tamar valley, visiting some interesting little places and grabbing a few targeted caches along the way. The weather was fantastic after quite a bit of rain overnight. I’m glad I wasn’t in the swag!
This was a quick find after visiting the lighthouse. Left TB.
Thanks jennydoug for the cache.
No one around, so I had plenty of time to search. Was about to give up, when I noticed something from a different angle, and it revealed the cache
A nice hide, thanks!
A nice hide, thanks!
After Geo kid one looked for minutes, Geo kid two found it in under 5 minutes. Good spot and tricky hide.
On our tour around Tassie we made here a quick stop.
After a while looking we can find the cache. It was not easy.
Thank you and greetings from Germany send Moorhelmi

On the 2nd try it was an easy find. First I came by night and could not find it during 1hr search, even I checked literally out ever square centimeter of this platform. On 2nd approach on the next morning I checked the only place that I could not search in the night ... and found it fast.
Danke für den cache!

In Tassie with family doing a short trip around this lovely island. We saw some amazing scenery, wildlife and visited some beautiful places while touring around in our motorhome. I took the opportunity to stop and grab any caches when we could stop. We only had a few DNF's and made some good discoveries and clever hides during the trip. We had some fun and laughs along the way.
Out grabbing a few caches while hubby spent a few hours at the museum. Thankfully there were no muggles about as it took a bit of a search but then it was eventually spotted, not where we had been concentrating our search. Loved the nearby wood carvings.
Thanks jennydoug for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

After a long day it was great to find a cache where there was a lovely panoramic view. Thank you for the cache. Maggie the great GeoWestie caching with Carer. Angus 88 was with us.
Found it what a great view on a lovely morning all is good with the cache Thanks for bringing us here
This was my last cache of the day and now heading back to Launceston.
This was probably difficult before the hint was altered but now it’s quite simple.... just keep looking on the platform until you find it.
Thanks for placing a cache here in this beautiful location, looked for whales but didn’t see any..... yet!

I have finally been to check the cache, and it is quite safe, and most definitely still there. I have edited it to now be ranked 3 in difficulty. I've also edited the hint to now say "you don't need to leave the platform". Thanks to Betty boo, it has a new dry log in a ziplock bag. Happy hunting!
Due to the previous posts, I am disabling this one until I can get there to check it out. It is a reasonably tricky cache, so I'm hoping all is well.
Visiting the Low Head /George Town area for a couple of days with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. The structure at GZ was scoured meticulously by RLD4963 who has far more patience than I, but still no cache revealed. CO may like to check this one, it's a top spot!
Alas we did not check the previous logs and similarly found this one missing. Needs to be checked by the CO.
Day fourteen of our holiday in Tassie. Bettyboo3747 and I are staying at Low Head.
Time to get the deadly treadlies out, and short ride to the lighthouse before breakfast (and five caches)
A ride south collecting caches along the foreshore, then after lunch, some caches around George Town while the washing was on.
We had a look at the lookout on our ride south, but it was occupied by a couple of muggles who weren't moving in near future!
On our return trip it was empty! Yea!
A quick find of a sneaky cache (beginners luck!).
Thanks, Robmc.

#14421. Day 14 of our 3 week holiday in Tasmania. Robmc and I are still staying at Low Head so with dry weather forecast for a while we headed out on the bicycles to pick up a few caches around the area before going in to George Town for another caching run this afternoon (whilst our clothes were happy at the laundrette for an hour or so).
We had ridden here earlier but two tourists were sitting on the platform chatting and not moving in a hurry. We returned here before lunch and scrambled around for a find. Unfortunately, the lip of the container is a bit worn out and the log book was saturated and manky (I am surprised no-one has mentioned that before). Anyhow we removed it and have left a new log book in a plastic bag so all is good now. The container itself should probably be replaced though.
Thanks jennydoug

It took few minutes to find this nicely hidden container. It was located more by feel than sight. TFTC
ewe found it. after quite a few attempts I have finally found it the latest clues were very helpful.
I headed out to Low Head on me "Mop Up Day",
to hopefully turn a few frowns upside down
And again I wandered around beneath.
Bumping me head,
and cursing the sand getting in me shoes
It took another 15 minutes for me to notice the slightest bit of something misaligned.
Gothcha yer little bugger
TFTC and view !!

Not having to leave the platform is a good clue
In total contradiction of the clue that is provided in the cache notes
Either way will work

This time I think the DNF is my fault
I spent some quality time under the deck
And have obviously missed something that should have been damn obvious
I'll be back now that I know how cache blind I had been [:o]
At least the view is nice

Last one for the day as I was booked on a bus back to Launceston from the nearby campground.
Nice views to the lighthouse in the fading daylight.
Thanks a lot for the hide, jennydoug and greetings from Switzerland

Im sure it would be a great view on a nice day but with the rain coming down it was a quick grab and back to the car. TFTC
Essentially a drive by if you dont park at the wrong entrance walk along the beach, climb a sand dune then realise it was easy all along you just clearly suck at directions lovely spot tftc.
While at the Xmas event I walked off a short distance and grabbed this cache, it was a short search with the help of WhiteWebbs who has found it in the past.
Thanks for the cache.

Geohubby jumped down to have a look under the deck and I leant over to see where I was going to get down and then I spied the cache, didn't have to leave the deck. TFTC
Third attempt searching for this cache - and today it was a triumph! Have to give you a FP for the excitement. One thing geocaching teaches you is to never give up! Thank you, jennydoug, for the placing of the geocache. Nice swaps.
Almost missed it. Even got my flashlight from the campervan. Finally gave up and almost left. We were walking away and I turned back for one more look and quickly made the find without even using the flashlight. I had mixed feelings... happy to find it and ashamed to have not found it sooner. Oh well, another geocaching adventure. - Zeke & George of Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA
A gorgeous day to be out and about with Astro who's visiting from SA, and a perfect chance to pick up a heap I'd not managed to collect yet.
Many thanks jennydoug from the Wacky one

A quick find on my tour of the area. Caching takes you to amazing areas and you can meet great locals and even those from afar when you poke around under bushes and the like. Love it how cachers go to a nice lookout and then proceed to get under it (tho in the end I needn't have!)
Thanks to jennydoug and *clear skies* from TeamAstro. Cache the planet!

Took a lot longer than it should have. Good hide! Now off to get some breakfast thanks.
Nice hide took a little bit of searching but got there in the end. Found with Johnsie59 and DriftWagon.
Great hide almost gave up moo218 and drift wagon helped the old one on this one. TFTC
This was our second go at it as when we came to look for it yesterday there was a topless bathing muggle near GZ and rather than look like old pervs we decided to leave it till this morning After our gps'r finally settled down it was a pretty quick find, TFTC. This is a lovely area and we're enjoying our day's caching. Also looking forward to the event on Monday evening to meet and thank all the Tassie CO's who have added so much fun to our touring here TFTC
We've now only got four weeks left of our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we're having fun finding the caches we didn't even know were here!

Beautiful day at the beach, thought I'd get this cache while I was in the area and before my phone went flat, tricky cache to find but TFTC
After a long search, very cleverly concealed, we were about to concede defeat when Muggle Hubby's observant eyes finally tracked it down. He gives it his favourite point for the best find of our day
Fairly sure we have looked for this one before but we most definitely found it this time. Lovely spot TFTC
I'm glad there was nobody here because the long search and ultimately, the retrieval, would have had everyone very curious indeed. But at last we found it. The beach was glorious especially with the sun just managing to peek out through the clouds although too cold for swimming. Thanks michaels mob.
Wow, that's pretty hard. Searched all the obvious spots spots first, of course, with no cache, so moved onto the harder to access spots. This method proved effective in the end, though it was in the second last possible place to search! Darn that Murphy fella... Cache is okay but the logbook is showing signs of wear and tear and dampness. The beach was divine, just this beautiful arc of sand all the way, calm rolling waves, and that wee lighthouse off in the distance. I also very much liked the sculptures just near the car park. Lovely! TFTC, jennydoug. =^.^=
Had a good look around and dug around in the sand but no luck.
Beautiful spot had my dogs with me and went for a walk along the beach

Found after we set up camp in the nearby caravan park. Wow love the nearby chainsaw art. thanks jennydoug
