@22:42. I was out caching with Burge, Big Blank and Cliffhanger3 tonight. This cache is really starting to get the better of us! I think this is now my third visit to this spot and still no find. Ah well, there's always next time!
Last time I was here it had been muggled. This time I just obviously couldn't see it. Spent a good 20 minutes in the bushes until some people arrived to use the park so I was not getting any closer to finding it so gave up. Seems quite hard for a difficulty 2?
We didn't find it last Sunday, tried and tried, then gave up but then we came back today and...
We found it around 6pm! Wow this was hard for us but we weren't going home without a find. So with the help of the hint and a geocaching instructional video telling us what to look out for when we started way back in May, we found it. This is a clever camouflaged cache that is worth the awkwardness of searching in the bushes next to a playground. Helps having kids with you to have an excuse. Thanks for a great cache.
Attempted to find this cache today. As I arrived a muggle family were leaving - perfect timing. I went in to start looking around but before I knew it another muggle family had arrived, so I only got a second to look around. I thought I might make them a bit uncomfortable lurking around in the bushes, one of the dangers of playground caches, so had to call off the search. I will be back another time.
Being totally disorganised, we were trying to find this one at night. Things were looking promising until we nearly got attacked. BY AN OWL!!! We got spooked and bailed laughing our heads off. Will definitely be back to this one.
What a nice place! I can imagine growing up there too!
There were muggles of all ages there and I was able to have a great chat to some of them. I stalled some time waiting for them to leave by reading my phone but it soon came time to start the search.
At first I thought the gps was lying to me but technology prevailed as I eventually understood the 'camo' concept. Nicely tucked in. If it is not as good as it was before, then it must've been good! TFTC!!!

This will hopefully be back in play by the end of this weekend - sorry for the delay here.
Had a look last night - found it.
It HAS been muggled however and was in a different location and is now damaged - log book gone.
Easy to find if you know exactly what you are looking for I suppose...
Will repair soon and get it back up and running.
Sorry for the string of DNF's folks

Had a little look but it was hard with little kids and parents looking at me alone today. Still the number of DNF suggests an owner check maybe needed

After a thorough search of the area yielded nothing the decision was made to move on and return on another occassion.
Back here again with Big Blank and now Burge to give us a fresh set of eyes on this one. We expanded the search area but still couldn't find the cache.
I was out caching with Big Blank tonight and this was one of a few DNFs for the evening. The description suggested we were looking in the right spot but we just couldn't come up with the cache. We'll be back to try this one again soon!
Out with PantherX. After spending some time solving puzzles we were on a mission to add them to our tallies.
After a thorough search of the area yielded nothing the decision was made to move on and return on another occassion.
Spend a little bit of time but kids in the park and also people picnicking put a stop to that pretty quickly. Another time... TFTC.
Found after my geocaching app gave the wrong coordinates. Had to use the description, logs and hints to find. A nice hide. TFTC.
First of the night with Baluke and Atraversiamo. Nice little park but we had to sit and wait for the baby cachers to be finished with their swing and slide before we could sign log. TFTC
I confess monsignor Cambendy, I too am guilty of not logging my DNF of a few weeks ago.
my guilt is partly because i didnt have a thorough look so didnt feel it was worthy of notificationn that i couldnr find it, just that i didnt fall over it without trying too hard!
tonight i had a neighbourhood party kicking up such noise I didnt feel conspicuous crawling around in the bush. V nice log. Good job. Helped geofriends look through the eyes of your kids and had fun doing it.

Found while out and about with geo friend. We looked and looked, and finally came up with the goods.
thanks for the cache CamBendy.

Oh no a park, playground cache hiding spot??? and a muggle sitting on the park chair ?? what do you do.... took a cacheing card to show the lady which explained my crawling around a parks garden looking for a cache and she was even more impressed when i returned to show her my find. The card made sense to my actions and she was going to get her husband to try cacheing.Have tried this on a number of occasions and it makes it easy to search in front of muggles once they know whats going on. Great hide make it a FAV. Alot of work went into this one, well done CamBendy. Noticed a few DNF logged but i wonder how many cachers don,t record their DNFs on this one ??
One can only lurk in bushes, crash through and step-on garden for a very short period of time when the nearby park and play equipment is occupied by children and their mums. So after a quick - but likely still very suspicious look for the cache, I couldn't stay any longer. Cache might be well hidden, but I didn't like this location, the garden appears to be damaged (may or may-not be related to caching) and searching is all but impossible when the park is occupied.

Find number 33 of 33 today. Think I've been here before and started walking to the old location before my GPSr chirped for me to turn around. Nice camo! Thanks for the cache CamBendy.

Holidaying from Adelaide staying close by. No luck first time. Whilst searching lost reading glasses in the bushes, went back, found glasses, still didn't find cache. Will try again. Nice park.
Saw it early on but didn't pick it initially - then wondered about it being out of place.
After returning for the second time - first under cover of darkness (with no torch!) - this find was much simpler. Really enjoyed it, loved the effort that went into crafting the cache. TFTC!
#136 TFTC... I felt quite conspicuous poking around the shrubs (and getting eaten alive by mosquitos) as a lady and her grandson played on the swings. So after not having any luck for 10mins I asked her if she knew about Geocaching. She thought I was a horticulturist how sweet. Anyway with the tension gone I made a quick find. Nice camo
Well I tried to find it , spent a good half an hour standing by the pole looking through the web going through the bushes I'm shore it's here went back to the car three times to read logs I give up !
2nd attempt, was determined to find this one this time. Out with Noelle40 after Xmas lunch. Great camo TGIF
Hunting on a 37 degree day must mean I am a little cache mad, but had an appointment near by and just had to get a few. My young son was close but this one was mine! Like the handywork. TFTC SL
Checked it this morning.
It is still in place, so a bit confused as to why it had not been found.
I do understand that the accuracy of your device can be hampered a bit by all those trees, but follow my son's direction and you should find it.

Attempted that today. It was almost dark and I couldn't work out where I was meant to be looking. I will be back at another time to look properly.
After a bike ride cache this morning, I was looking for an easier afternoon, picking up a few puzzle caches I had solved.
I picked this cache up on the way to another puzzle, (2 of 7 for the day) at 03:26pm. The first of the cache I found today that I had to sit around for ages and wait for muggles to 'muggle off'. I was searching quitely in the bushes for the cache when I heard a Dad arrive with a very small child. I was able to extract myself from the bushes without him noticing and then went to find a seat while I waited for him. My theory was, how long can one man spend at a play ground with a less than 6mth looking baby? The aswer is quite a while..........
On my second hunt, I found the cache quickly. It's really well put together.
Thanks for the cache CamBendy.

Found on a wintery day's caching via tram and shoe around the Camberwell area.
To be perfectly honest, I wasn't too impressed with this cache.
First of all, it's right next to a playground. Strike 1...
Then I realised the co-ords were inaccurate (but I found Rebel Acts co-ords to be spot on). Strike 2...
Then to get to the cache I had to step into the garden bed. Strike 3...
The creative camo on the container redeemed things a bit, but I felt this cache could be in a much better location and it would be awesome.
But thanks for the smiley CamBendy.

Out to find a few caches on this windy and damp night to fill in the next square.
I entered the park and followed the gpsr to a point where I then had to decide where I was going to enter, lucky for me I picked the right spot and checked out something that looked a little suspect and I was then signing the log.
Thanks to CamBendy for this cache.

Found with Rebel Acts, No kiddies today thankfully, took some time to finally locate the nice container. Thanks for the cache.
Found with Crazy! Nat Girl on another Sunday caching run, I guess we can call this an FTF on the new hide, I was very hesident looking for this one as I have seen many a garden trashed by people looking for caches, coordinates that are out dont help the matter, I had GZ about nine meters from where I finally found the cache, I took a reading and have attached it to my log. Having said all that I did like the effort that had gone into the hide.

It's been found, recovered and replaced in a new position. Hopefully a little better seasonally.
Also updated the description with a little bit of a poetic license.
If you find the coords are perhaps slightly out now, please email me your findings. I obviously want them to be as accurate as possible!
Happy hunting.

Well I managed to retrieve all of this, but may need to slightly relocate the cache for future finders.
Will need to rethink and replace soon.

Seems this will need investigating.
I also note that the last finder has only 7 finds. I certainly hope this is not related.

I had a quick search for this one with my daughter. But there were too many children playing in the park today for an adult to be climbing through shrubbery.
A nice park just the same. Tftc

This was a fun find with four geoniors in tow gobsmacked to discover some grown ups play games like this. No muggles around. One of only 2 fins on an other disappointing day.

Find # 1936
Today I had a few hours spare to find some caches, so I picked up my caching partner in crime SedgwickDave and we headed towards the Hawthorn area.
We arrived at this neat little hidden park and were very glad it was a miserable wet day and there were no muggles about which allowed us to search in peace. Excellent camo job on this cache.
Thanks again to CamBendy for the cache.

Found 4:04pm , find # 1368
Another fairly wintry Saturday morning dawned, and the morning was filled with miscellany.
I had nothing in particular planned for the afternoon, which was also looking a bit bleak, and decided against watching the footy. I didn't really feel like footy after watching what Hawthorn did to the Bombers last night, so instead I thought I might go and wreak havoc with my unfound list in the Hawthorn area.
Yes, that would help work out some of the animosity towards the brown and gold.
I thought I would make it an easy afternoon so excluded multis, and attacked some unfound traditionals and solved puzzles which had been languishing in the correcteded coordinates column of GSAK for long enough.
This one was number 6 for the afternoon.
I found this one quite quickly as there is a geotrail forming into the garden. Might be an idea to see if there's a good spot to move it to where that wouldn't be necessary. Good to see a bit of effort put into the camo. Might have given it a favourite point if it wasn't a mint tin. Oh bugger it, I think I will anyway.
Thanks CamBendy.

Another nicely constructed cache and a fun find. Luckly due to the wet weather an attempt on this one was possible, there were no muggles around. TFTC CamBendy

24/07/12 6:20 PM Find #1129 Found by light of GPSr. I knew a CamBendy cache would be cleverly constructed and I wasn't disappointed. Given the darkness and no torch it took me a little bit longer to score this. Nice little park and a nice looking suburb. Thanks for bringing me here CamBendy.

It was another day with a required find to fill in a blank on the GeoCalendar but the day was rather full so I took the opportunity of finding a cache while performing taxi services for e-facit tonight. Armed with a good torch I approached GZ and after a short search I retreated as I wasn't being successful and I was concerned that the couple tidying their kitchen visible on the other side of the park might see my torch!
Checked the cache page as I recalled that the description included some clues and with additional confidence I returned to my GZ and soon had the nicely constructed cache in hand. Careful logging while keeping the torch light to a minimum required some juggling of torch, container, pen, stamp but soon it was completed and I was able to sulk away into the night.
Thanks CamBendy

Borrowed the other half's myki to do a few caches between railway stations.
Nice work on the camo.
I enjoyed a pleasant walk from the station through laneways to this neat little park, put myself right at GZ... and nothing popped out at me. So I crouched there a bit longer and thought... Oh.
Log signed and everything back in place, I headed for the exit... just as a young girl bounded into the park to play. Timing.
Thanks, CamBendy.

Found @ 18:15. I'd been here before for this one but had stale data and it was actually absent at the time. I was certain where it was going to be though. Sure enough, it was a quick find, which is good because this park is surprisingly busy with muggle through traffic in the dark.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Cambendy, great job on the camouflage.

Searched for a bit in between muggle walkers and kept being sent back to the same place. Sure enough when I really looked, I found a very clever camo.
Nice clues lead us to the clever camo cache in the pouring rain. Left a sticker and NZ coin. TFTC.
I arrived in the dark and was unsure what it was that I was to find. I was plesently surprised to find a well crafted urban safe hide.. Thanks Cam Bendy for the hide and post downpour, health kick walk and find.. Dipped night caching coin and returned it to safety before any more passing muggles approached.. As I walked out down the lane I could hear the roar of the water surging through the drain somwhere below my feet.. Thanks for the hide.. Thanks for the hide.. find #2461

Neat hide, luckily noone was using the equipment nearby so I could grab the cache without interference.
Found this one at 14:50 while out-and-about this afternoon. I hadn't expected to go caching today so I only had what was available in the Nüvi, which isn't the greatest device for a search. Thankfully the excellent description in the notes and a bit of a geotrail near GZ had me with the very well camoed cache in hand reasonably quickly.
A very pleasant little park on a nice afternoon .

The scene of a previous cache. Like the last one muggles could have been a problem but it was a wet cold day today so all was clear. In the end the coords were not too bad for me and the good hide was found after a few minutes. Thanks Cambendy.
Closest cache from home. Thanks to the clear description this was a fairly quick find. Nice camo! TFTC

When the geobeagles, a friend and I arrived at this small urban park there were lots of child muggles on the play equipment and playing hide and seek in the gardens together with their parents. We waited for a bit and took the beagles for a walk after which most of them went home for dinner. A couple of the remaining children were distracted by needing to pat the beagles, while I made a dash for the cache. I sat on the grass and signed the log at 4:45pm. I then made another another dash to return the cache to its hiding spot.
TNLN, although a some trackables had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Cambendy for an intesting hide in this lovely little park. You've put a lot of hard work into the ingenious camo.

Great little park! Nifty hide which was enjoyable to find. Seems the gardeners want people to stay behind the bluestone according to their green wire fencing...caches exempt of course!
I hit the road tonight with Marshy on our usual Monday night cache run. Trailrunning, who is part of The Demolition Crew was not able to come out this night so it was just myself and Marshy. We had a heap of puzzles solved so our plan was to get as many of those during the night, as well as any other cache along the way. We had a great run with about 40 caches netted for the night.
We recognised the park as we made our way to GZ. Took a little while to find but Marhy did find some Easter eggs while searching.
Thanks for the hide.

One of about 40 finds on another installment in the legendary night caching runs of "The Demolition Crew" aka me, Quasar3671 and Trailrunning. Tonight we were minus Trailrunning, so it was just Marty and I. It was a clean up night for multi's and mystery caches. We have worked on so many over the previous months, tonight was the final chapter for them, time to collect so to speak. So we did.
Thought I recognized the park. No muggles this late at night, so the well camo'd cache was eventually found, as were a few little Easter eggs from a recent egg hunt. Left those for the kiddies. TFTC.

Heading home from a long day at work, I noticed this one on the GPS map. Since traffic was crawling I decided that finding a quick cache was a much better use of my time than sitting here bored. So a quick turn off and I parked opposite. There was no sign of muggles so I headed in to the GZ and started my search. I had to stop looking as a couple of dog walking muggles wondered past but none took any notice of me thankfully. With the light fading I was starting to wonder if I would be able to find it before I couldn't see. I went over the description and lined things up as instructed. It shuold be... ahh right here. Love the camo effort. Thanks for the cache CamBendy.
Great to see this park back on the caching map. I saw this container during development. Now I get to see it in the field. Great job. Oh, and do be careful how you open it. Cam will get a little miffed if you break it. TFTC my friend.
We found it! Brought bikes and scooters to get to the park and thought we would have a go after a missed attempt earlier in the week. What a great disguise! The kids were so excited. We didn't bring a pen, so will definitely go back to log it!!
we hit 3 parks today as a family outing.
i have been here before, so i knew the kids would love it.
a very clever hid. i had my hand on it very quickly, but i was focusing on something else first
instead. just happen to grab it.
thanks cambendy. [:x]

Third Hawthorn cache I was after this evening, having found this cache's predecessor in the dark, I was amazed what was in this park when I saw it tonight in daylight! What a brilliant little play area this is, geoluce would love it! Anyway, used the GPSr to find this one rather than the method proposed in the description. Took a few minutes to find this one, looked in several places before thinking "what's this?" and the cache was in hand shortly after. Thanks to cambendy for this one, very well hidden.
The park was empty and the reluctant spouse made the find without drama. The tricky bit was returning it without rousing the interest of the muggles who arrived as I signed the log.
Excellent camo, and all intact! Oh, and ignore whatever random date I wrote on the log, the calendar tells me I found it on 25/3/12.
Thanks for a fun cache, CamBendy.

It's back... excellent effort ripping off the top - hopefully it's better attached now.
