As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

Managed to grab it yesterday. Have it in my possession. After work today saw that more trees have been removed and up to about 20 meters away from cache site.
this whole street is destined to be turned into a business park. Work has already begun, so all the trees are to be cut down. The arborists were getting pretty close to the cache site, so it needs to be removed immediately. Couldn't quite remember where the cache was exactly so was unable to remove it today. Will try to head down there tomorrow. But if someone can get down there today that would be better.
Not a good start to the day to have a DNF on our second attempt at a cache for the day.
Both team members searched high and low but to no avail!
We will be back!

Lot easier to look for without muggle right on top of GZ and outside normal working hours! Another find by MacPacDad after a bit of a search.
This was more of did not attempt rather than DNF. I have had this put aside as an "emergency" cache as I drive past it to work. Today I had to work late so thought I'd go for it before it got dark. I pulled in down the road to turn on my GPS and a car drove past me - only to pull a u-turn and park right beside the GZ and then sit in the car and sit and sit and sit. I got out and ambled past to see if I could see anything to get by the tying of a shoe or something but nothing jumped out - so 20 mins later gave up and headed to another of my emergency caches.... I will be back!
Did this one early in the morning (just after midnight) but still thought we might have to come back as there were cars and trucks on the move very near GZ. Think it must have been the end of the late shift. They all cleared out rather quickly so we managed a quick find, TFTC
First find of a 3 day trip to Canterbury to find a few caches. Pretty dusty around here at the moment. Took a wee while to locate. TFTC
Found this on my second visit to the site. Was a little off coords as previously stated (more than Id expect)
Quik find as I was doing a bit of a long loop getting to Hornby. Had a successful wee trip this being the third of four before real life called and I got back to work. Looks like a lot of development down this road. I was able to park at GZ and wait for the working muggles to pass by and made the Quik grab. I grabbed a TB and happily signed the log. Thanks for the cache, the container did blend in nicely with the surroundings.

LAst cache of the day on the way home from Rangiora and the South Island BMX champs. Cache number 10 for the day. Reckon Sat afternoon was a good time as would be a busy place during the week.
Hey, woof... JC Cache Dawg here...
I'm loading all my finds from my Alpha Males (aka GenCuster) logs, where he deigned to remember that I was with him... As if he could forget...07/01/13 19:40

07/01/13 19:40 Had a wee search as coords are a tad out but easy find. A quick find otherwise but took a tool to open. JC Cache Dawg's claws were no good for that one. Cheers, GC.
Found by Richbritty and graemey from UK.Struggled initially to find it but we got there in the end. TFTC. Nice Hide
this was a little confusing given the terrain rating, but eventually graemey and I nabbed it. TFTC
After going to look at some very awsome Christmas Lights, closeby.we came in here in the dark. Not realy keen on Night Caches,we found it rather quickly, thankfully no one was around to see a shinning torch.TFTC
Nice, not too hard found it on my tea break TFTC

Find # 4902 and a total of over 700 in 11 days on our NZ Mega trip. Another day of looking around ChCh picking up some of the caches we didn't get to earlier. I just loved this country and driving around it looking for caches. Another tricky cache and hide and I almost missed it. TFTC AAMOFIDOTR,
Roostaman.
Roostaman.
Felt a bit odd ducking between parked cars, but got it in the end. As another cacher noted, the inside of the container is a bit damp, but the log can still be written on. Cheers AAMOFIDOTR.
No good for me, can see signs of cacher activity near GZ, but no can do for me.
A good "camo" hide. The container was a little wet so drained out as much as possible. Thanks
Cache blended in quite well in an unexpected way. Just as well I wasn't too tired or I would have dismissed it.
Thank you for placing this cache.

LG while out and about with Moneydork dispatched this quickly - left one car here as a base while cherry picking off a few LGM
Because we could, today as all the trucks were unmaned, last time we came this way there were truckie muggles everywhere.TFTC
4274. Yes we could! There were no people around today but the side of the road was heavily populated by trucks and trailers - it looks like everyone's favourite parking spot!
Thanks

We "can" do it we said. 4yr old made the find and loved the smell of the container. TFTC
Found easily in amongst all of the rubbish blown over from the warehousing and distribution companies across the road. No rodents seen on this visit.
No problems with the traffic today, no one about. I suspect it was due to the rain, but could be mistaken. Anyhow, a very quick dash and log. Nice "camo"! TNLN thanks
LEAP YEAR FIND! It was 11pm before I realised I hadn't found a cache on this rare day. So this seemed a nice simple cache for a late night mission. We got there found it, even late at night this area isn't muggle free, lots of nocturnal workers about. Got all the way home to Bryndwr and meeshell realised she had dropped her phone at GZ... so it was back across town to get it... petrol bills piling up I hear you ask.... oh well, home now, and got the find just before midnight. TFTC (630)
Had to edge around a couple of very large trailers and fight our way through the gorse bushes. Very quiet area on a Sunday morning. TFTC
Quick find right at the coordinates. Disturbed a couple of local residents (rats? mice? they were too quick to see clearly) at the GZ. Guess they like the food debris nearby. Good thing the cache is rodent-proof.
Cheers.
Cheers.
I was looking for a cache to cycle to and find on this caching challenge 'dot day' when I spied this one close to the Christchurch to Little River Cycle Trail. As the Hornby - Lincoln leg of the cycle trail is Mrs BaldEd's favourite ride it didn't take much talk to get her to accompany me on this ride, with a little caching diversion on the way. The most important mission (caching of course) was soon completed and then it was time for an easy ride to Hillyers Bakery in Lincoln for lunch. I recommend their lovely gourmet pies - be sure to get there before the lunchtime rush - and coffee. Yummmmm. Thanks for the cache.
TFTC. I had never been here before, as I saw the street name the cache tite made perfect sense.
It was great to get out and find a cache on this significant day.

Spotted the new one today. Stopped off on the way home...easy find even on a workday. Clever we thing in a great place. Nice one.
Yeeha! FTF and FDF for this little sucker. Was surprised to see none of the usual suspects at GZ. The cache was well camoed for the area! There may be issues at times with parked semi's, though not tonight. Thanks for the cache so close to home.
