It was a hot day so I was looking at the map for a cache that didnt require too much of a walk and maybe a bit of shade as well. This one that has sat in solved pile for a while seemed to fit the bill nicely. My map indicated a path that I was unable to see when I pulled up so I trusted it and headed over. Sure enough, the path was there and I followed it down to GZ where the cache was found after a short hunt. Thanks modelbear
This puzzle was quite easy for me as it is a field I spent some time with in my youth. There were, however, a few categories in this list that I did not come across much in those days. Its always nice when you solve a puzzle and the solved coordinates are much closer to home than the posted ones. Having solved it last night it turned out to be just off my route today so I stopped by to look for it. I was surprised to find a wonderful traditional style cache with lots of interesting things inside. I signed the the fabulous logbook and spent some time reading back through it. Thanks for this special cache modelbear!

I rarely plan my caching Wednesdays, often opting to just go with the flow once the day starts. Today was such a day, and I picked an area where there were one or two oldies I was after and decided to grab whatever other caches might happen to be in the vicinity at the same time.
A short wander to the start of the path and I headed down to begin my search. Knowing I was after a decent sized container narrowed my search options and there was one particular spot that seemed the most likely. Stumbling over to behind it I quickly found what I was after, hidden well.
Thanks for the cache modelbear.

Struggled a lot on this catche I will definitely come back later to look again
I’ve looked at this puzzle on and off for ages… I had a good idea what to do, I just couldn’t seem to find the correct reference material…
Turns out the correct reference material might just be sitting across from you at a Christmas Event…
With a little time after work, I made a detour here…
It didn’t take long at all to find this old favourite type container once I found the path…

I managed to get an early mark from work today and headed of to grab a few caches. I needed to get a few more for a challenge I have set myself. Looking at what was near by, today I was going to head over to Mt. Coo-tha. I had a few caches that I had solved in there and a couple were just nice quick easy walks.
This was the first one on my list that was on my way around. I parked up and found a nice little track to walk down. I looked around and needed the hint to help me out. It was a quick find from there.
I signed the log and replaced the cache as found, thanks for this one and all good with this cache.

I remember when solving this puzzle with hatzoff, I asked if she felt like a "call girl". I received a very heavy frown or scowl - not quite sure how one would describe it.
Any way, we were on our way to the CITO, hatzofff and myself joined forces with Snickersallan, Imbunda and grannysmith1947. It was the latter who spotted the cache first, and we soon had the cache in hand.

On our way to the CITO, grannysmith1947 and myself joined forces with RoddyC, hatzofff & Imbunda to go for a short walk to find this puzzle that has been on our solved list for ages. It was grannysmith1947 who spied the extremely well protected hide with great camo and certainly looks muggle proof.

I had solved this puzzle several months ago back on 4/05/2021. I had used the hint and thus got the required clue, and then having seen these puzzle types previously, I just had to do some research in order to get the required set of numbers. I only had one issue with one of the clues, but the GeoChecker soon confirmed the correct number translation.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I popped out and had a walk around Bardon Markets. There weren't too many stalls, but it was a nice leisurely stroll nevertheless. We then took a walk in a nearby park/reserve, following a few trails with baby in carrier. We closed out our outing with a lunch in a nice community cafe.
We took a walk and passed by this geocache location. I took a walk around the area trying to find the cache as per the hint, and after a short search, the cache was found with some interesting camouflage. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and I left a TB for safekeeping and onwards travels. Thanks modelbear for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

I looked at this puzzle last year when I first started geocaching but I couldn't work out how to get coordinates. A few weeks ago I had another look and something twigged with what I had to do. A couple of the numbers were a bit tricky but after a few attempts, got the green tick with the checker. Today I was out this way finding some caches and this was the last on my list. All is good with the cache which has lots of swag. Tftc and puzzle.

Watawieh from Norfolk Island South Pacific. After a slump of 4 months it was great to be out & about finding caches. Last year I had helped a newbie cacher on how to solve puzzle caches as this one was close to her home. Today I was in the area and took the opportunity to grab it. My GPS kept taking me to the wrong tree and I had to widen my search until I found the right tree. TFTC
I have had the results for this puzzle for some time but never had the time to check it out until today.
I took the stroll to the area but the GPS took me into an area which was definitely more than a T2. After exhausting all the possible spots there I headed back to firmer terrain and looked around and spotted the cache in a spot which was more like the right T rating.

Checked the cache to ensure that it is in good condition. Please watch out for ant cache guardians.
We had solved this puzzle some many months ago, and after a few days cooped up indoors decided to come for a bike ride through this area to give the legs a bit of exercise. We locked the bikes up near fenceline and went for a short walk down on a nice track into the bush where we made a quick find. It hasn’t been found for awhile, so nice to add our name to it.
A very nice puzzle!

Today I was taken hostage by the SPs and we were picking up caches that had been solved. Mr 4ando may not be with us today but we can always rely on him to chip in with the puzzles, more than I can say for myself. However the SPs had certainly gone to town solving what we were picking up today and I was grateful for the uber around town.
At the previous cachce we had had a bit of a run in with a local who was positive that we had a truck around the corner and were going to steal all here belongings when she drove away. She demanded for ID which we politely refused, we had to leave that cache behind as the 70 year old lady was just too scary for us. Here was a different story, we were able to go in and out with no one around.

Wednesday. We had been busy solving some puzzles - some we started ages ago and some only this week. Our intention was to grab some caches on the way to the St Lucia area, including a couple of new Virtuals. Lucky for us, Mrs 4ando was on the ball and spotted this tricky and well hidden cache container. Good sized container for the area here.
This was the 2nd of 11 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***modelbear***, for showing us this place.

I solved this puzzle many moons ago but haven't had the chance to find the cache until today. I got there just before dark and rushed in to get the cache found and logged . The find wasn't too hard, and I enjoyed the puzzle which I didn't find too difficult. The trick is to be specific!
Well, I am embarrassed at how long it took me to solve this puzzle.
For some reason, the streetview hint headed me off down a very deep dry hole and there I stayed for a long time - years in fact. I revisited the puzzle occasionally and usually spent an hour or so on street view looking - just not at the right thing.
One day a few months ago, I was very close to the listed coordinates and the penny dropped. Wow - how did I overlook that ? I suppose I was blinded by my first interpretation of the hint and just could not see past it. Oh the embarrassment!
Feeling a bit sheepish, I called past today, right on dusk and made the quick find whilst trying to kill as many blood thirsty mozzies as possible. All in good order. Many thanks modelbear. Glad to have a smiley face on this one finally.

It's our 10th anniversary today but that didn't stop Mrs OC and I from grabbing a few caches while we were out reminiscing at our favourite spots from our wedding day.
While in the area we popped by to grab this puzzle I had solved some time ago. The container is well hidden and guarded by some BIG green ants. Nicely stocked and in great condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache **modelbear**.

"This might be a good time to quickly grab that Off The Shelf cache that I solved a few weeks ago," I said to myself at 7am, thinking it'd be a 15-minute round trip.
Three hours and six caches later, I'm hosing off my sneakers and pulling clumps of farmers' friends out of my shirt. A successful morning, then.
Didn't need the clue for this one as I know the area well, and I had a decent idea of what was required for the puzzle. Got most of the coords out easily enough, but needed to use a bit of map-work and trial and error to get over the line with the checker. Arrived at a small but interesting piece of greenery I've not explored before, and soon had the container in hand. Nice job all round on this one - lots of fun. Thanks for the cache, modelbear.

Solved this one quite a while in the coorded establishment. Today I had some time to kill over here so I set out to gz and after discounting a few areas discovered the sizeable hide. Tftc, twas a good head scratcher.
Out for the day with nikid1.
We were in the area & as I'm after unloved we decided to try & solve this one. After a nudge from a previous finder we both sat down & did some googling & started to get some numbers that looked promising. A couple weren't falling into place but luckily they were ones that the options were limited for! Got the checker to agree with our co-ords & off we headed to GZ which was a lovely spot.
Nic saw the cache's hiding spot straight away but we didn't realise that at the time... after a little bit of wandering around it was back to where we started & the cache was found. A great cache with swaps, took a bookmark & green sheep eraser & left a couple of other trinkets.

Out with KerriMG today. We were in the area and noticed that this was unloved. Did some googling, got some coords, checker said no. Bummer try again. 61 minutes. Umm that doesn't sound right either. Bit more googling and finally the tick of approval.
Walked up to cache. Dismissed cache as cache. Did the walk in circles starring at the phone routine. Walked back to cache. Investigated it this time. Yeah a cache!
Thanks I enjoyed this puzzle and a nice little area in suburbia.

i really enjoyed this puzzle. i had the idea of what to do but was having trouble with ipad and kama and asked co for a nudge. well once i looked at a better site all was revealed and i just had to come and find it. i was lucky to find the path straight away and found the cache safe and sound. took a book mark and left bouncy ball. thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy.
I took one look at this puzzle and thought . I know what to look for here. Well weeks later and i was still struggling with ipad and karma sutra and finally asked co if i was getting close, thankfully the co replied with a nice nudge and soon i had the checker happy with me. I just had to find it straight away but i had planned to try for ftf on my kayak. Having done that (yipee) i headed over to gz and luckily saw the nice path straight away . Luck is on my side today. Found the cache in good shape. Took a bookmark (thanks) dropped in bouncy ball. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy .
Have solved a few similar puzzles of this type. A few variables that didn't fit quite right were obvious. With green light a few weeks back, the became the second puzzle to collect for today's collection.

Puzzle was solved some time ago - Not positive, but probably solved in early 2012 - so possibly almost 4 years. That's a bit sad really, but goes to show the value of a solid database and backup routine (I've had to rebuild my Gsak more than a few times[B)]).
Wanting a cache for today, and wanting to tick off at least one of the many "solved unfounds" in my database, I decided to take the drive over here this morning. TomTom took me to a likely park, and I quickly realised I would be getting wet shoes today ... all good. Place was a little bit 4-legged muggle central, with owners attached, so a little bit of stealth mode was necessary. Initially zeroed on the wrong GZ, but quickly corrected myself and found a comfy-ish spot to sit out of casual view. Cache was obvious to a "trained" eye, and a lovely container.[^] I like the care this hide has had lavished on it. Well done on that.
Thanks for placing this cache, modelbear. Found in good condition.

NurseyJulie and I met after work to go and find a daily find. As she has found many more caches than I have, I often leave it up to her to decide on the cache for the day. She chose this one. I hadnt solved the puzzle, but headed out with her anyway. We parked near GZ and headed down the track. Near GZ, our phones were jumping about but mine was consistently pointing to one side of the track, just varying distances. I decided to look on that side of the track and spotted something that I thought would make a good hiding place, at about the distance my unreliable phone was indicating. I stepped off the track and got distracted by something else that looked interesting. As it was beginning to get dark, I decided to check that out first. Good thing I did, as the cache was right there! We signed the log and headed back to the car.
This morning, I sat down and solved the puzzle, so that I log the find

Another after work find for the day with Selva Girls. I had set to work during the week to solve this puzzle after being given a little hint. It took a while before I could see some numbers falling into place and juggling them to make sense of the co-ords. A quick double check and I had the final GZ. As we approached it was nearly night fall and Selva Girls used her gecocaching instinct to inspect the right tree. TFTC modelbear
This was another one of those solved puzzles on my list waiting to be picked up. The puzzle was fun to solve, clever. No trouble with it. The cache was in excellent condition despite being last found 10 months ago. It was covered in tiny ants but they were harmless. Good to knock off another puzzle cache. TFTC
Well this one was a long time in the solving phase!
I have been working on it since I first saw it a year ago, and could just not get the checker to agree with anything I threw at it! I would set it aside for a while and come back to it with what I hoped would be a fresh mind. The funny part is that (not surprisingly) my mind worked exactly the same every time. There was always the one topic that had me perplexed, and I wasn't sure how it should fit in. I just wasn't sure where it might belong.
It wasn't until today that I finally had the epiphany of a website/search that just might be able to help me. For some reason no prior search had yielded this result! Woohoo checker agrees!
So off I trot this afternoon after a bit of rain made the search that little bit more uncomfortable. I found an easy way in, and after circling around much more than I had to (Damn the iphone on a cloudy day!) I went back and found the hide. All in the cache is in good condition. Took a trackable and a mark thanks.
Very enjoyable challenge thanks Model Bear.

This was one of my earlier puzzles solved but it has taken some time to be in the right area to grab it. This morning was the time to finally grab it. Was lucky to find the right path in to GZ. A short wander around and I spotted the camo and soon extracted the cache. Dropped a TB. Tftc
Find #1131 at 15:21. Had this fun little puzzle solved for a while now but never made it out this way to pick it up until today.
I parked near GZ and felt like I'd have to fall off the shelf myself to get to the cache! Just when I figured I must have the wrong entry point, a path presented itself. Oh, very handy. [^]
There was a rather raucous muggle party at the nearest house but they were having too much fun to notice as I wandered down to GZ. Hmm, in there? OK, here I go... ah, there's a very suspiciously (and familiarly) shaped piece of camo Nice work.
I unpacked the cache and opened it. Wow, very well stocked this one! And all in such great condition!
I signed the log in the presence of the resident mozzies then headed off to my next stop.
Thanks for the cache, modelbear.

out today with Greatjustgreat. I had solved this one some while ago, and have been waiting the opportunity to pick up. Parked at the appropriate L junction, and the trail led us to within 5m of the cache. Love the camo. and when remover, had a giggle at the container. very appropriate, as were the gifts inside. I do remember looking at this cache quite a while ago before I really got into solving puzzles. My first impression was 'huh?' and I left it out of my thoughts until just recently when the CO made short work of my latest puzzle.
I had a couple of distractions over the weekend, but got to have a proper look on Sunday evening. I had amassed a dozen approaches to attempt, but sitting down to have a close look a light bulb went off and I saw a different route (which got a little bumpy around the iPad version of the Kama Sutra) that lead to a happy geocheck.
Seeing that GZ was not far off my route to work I decided to stop to have a look on the way to the office. This was a good decision because the traffic was dismal and finding a cache was just the thing to save the morning.
My phone and the handy geo trail lead quickly to a find.
The cache itself is a joy, well done modelbear, that's fantastic. I had a good look through the contents (all in very good order, not at all damp) and took one of the little prizes (thanks, will be put use good use). Left behind a long lived and well travelled coin.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache modelbear!

Out and about with the vivacious Net88 today for a spot of caching. Seeing as this one had been bothering her fengshui on her map we thought it best to start by taking it off the map first. I had not solved it at the time but have now added a little green tick to the solver box
We parked nice and close to GZ, shuffled mini munchkin out of munchkin restraining seat, locked Spangle and headed down the hill. Close to GZ we went for a small bush bash in the wrong direction. Coming up with not much at all we tried our luck a little further on. Net88 finally spotted something but wasn't sure if she wanted to touch it! So she gave MM cuddles while I went to investigate. YAY! We had found the cache! We signed the logbook and investigated the well stocked cache. I found something that madman04 was in desperate need of for his book reading, no more dogeared pages for him! Thank you! Replaced the cache as found.
TFTC and a great puzzle modelbear

I was out caching with nyssaflutterby when I mentioned there was this pesky blue icon as my closest to work cache. I had worked the puzzle out a while ago and just hadn't been down that way to grab it. I navigated to the closest parking we could get and headed in. I checked the wrong spot for quite a while until we almost gave up. We decided to check another spot a bit further on and there it was! I "let" nyssaflutterby grab the container while i had cuddle time with mini munchkin. Thanks for the cache
Had this one solved for a few weeks but just couldn't get here to find it.
Parked nearby but could not find the correct way in so tried from another way in and found the correct track.
How did I miss that?
Not long til I had the cache in hand.
Had to hide as a muggle was passing.
Signed log and rehid.
Now back out using the path. [^]
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks modelbear All good with this cache

We have a book full of solved puzzles, so today was the day to start emptying it.
Tried the shortcut straight down without much luck. Widened our starting point and found a more accessible way
Quick find of cache. Cache and log fine.

Yay a tick . Cool puzzle modelbear . Will find this when we're next in the area .
Solved this one some weeks ago. Kicked myself that I had not looked at it in detail earlier because I quickly came up with most of the answer and then had to delve a little deeper on a couple. Today set of and got close to GZ. Having not read the logs I followed every mad geocacher to the GZ straight down, then into the long grass, then back up.
Then read the logs and found the easy way. GPS still was not fully happy (wanted me to go back to the long grass) but geocaching sense kicked in and the correct tree released the well hidden treasure. All dry inside.

Had been working on this one for a while, and was getting some numbers which looked pretty good, but just couldn't get the checker to agree. At an event I had a discussion with the CO which was enough to finally get the tick.
Soon found the cache at GZ and had a good chuckle!!
That is brilliant work!! Definatly a favourite, thanks modelbears

I was in the area for the day visiting the my old stomping grounds from the early 90's (ie. BG - Before Geocaching) and picking up some mystery and traditional caches along the way.
This was mystery cache number six for the day. At least a month ago I got bored in my lunch break and decided to see if I could solve this one the "old school" way by visiting a local council facility and searching for the required info.
I got so far but there were certain items they just didn't have. I went back to the office and tracked down a bit more info from their online service but still could get the final location correct. One particular items I didn't want to spend too much time searching for on the work computers and this was the one that gave me the most grief.
At one stage I had a very plausible set of co-ords in the middle of a little park in Enoggara but that definitely wasn't right. After a nudge in the right direction from the CO I was back on track and soon got the right co-ords.
Thanks for the cache modelbear. A brilliant container and definitely worthy of a favourite point.
Cheers!

I was overdue for a find on this cache
It had been sitting in my solved pile for a while.
Today I was on the bike and somewhere in my wobblings ended up close enough to GZ to ignore it no longer
The bike got me withing a few metres, but a short walk was required to find the correct shelf
I was careful to be quiet as I strolled and soon had the cache in paw.
Very funny, and judging by the size of the cache, I still have a lot to learn about this pastime

One of many puzzles solved on night shift.
We started like many other (now I read the logs) by going straight down, then straight up again!
We then found a really easy walking track - felt a bit silly.
A pleasant stroll to GZ, and a quick find.
Very cute cache (and a good size)
Thanks, Robmc.

# 1130. With a little prompting now I remember this one very well. We all enjoyed solving the puzzle but at GZ I took one look at the vertical slope and let the guys go down there. They found nothing so scrambled back up and then I found a nice easy path through the scrub and so we arrived at GZ. So much more sensible. TNLN Thanks modelbear.
This was an interesting and different sort of puzzle tha was one of a number of mysteries that we tackled late in the day in this area.
It was funny approaching GZ as we made the mistake that so many have in descending the near vertical slope in search of the large prominent structure below that hopefully conceals a cache but does not.
While reading past logs we realised our appoach had been wrong and a more likely route was found to you large and amusing cache hide.
Thanks modelbear

Found on my way home from work as my cache-for-today.
When I first looked at this puzzle I tried several different ways of turning letters into numbers, but none of them gave any results. Suddenly I had a light-bulb moment when everything became clear, and the numbers just rained down and the GeoCheck agreed with me! Woohoo! GZ plotted and the cache stored for a workday pick-up.
Having read some of the previous logs I was a bit worried about where to start my walk, but this afternoon I got lucky. I parked as close as I could, found the easy path, walked straight to GZ and made a quick find It's a great container full of goodies. TFTC, modelbear.

I was over this way unsucessfully seeking a key. Well as I'm in the area I may as well seek out this cache. Now sometimes it pays to do some reading. Today was no exceptionf but I had failed to read the previous logs and when near GZ took the Class 10 walk down to the big feature and then in search of the cache.
Once at the cache site I observed the class one gentle stroll path back. Nice hidden bush area in this spot.

Fortunately for us, the better half of modelbear let us in on a secret at the leap year event which was enough to get us going. After a bit of trial and error which saw us try a web site that should be very familiar to modelbear, we then tried that other web where we find out a lot of things.
Today at GZ, we spotted what looked like one very large geotrail that led us down to a high pressure water pipe and then a high pressure relief valve. But GZ was 15m off this trail through some very long grass. SO we re-traced our steps to find the other much easier path down close to GZ. Our GPSr reckoned we still had some bush bashing but we decided to look around much closer to the path and there we found some interesting reference material & a log book.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache modelbears.

My first cache for month ! I'd solved this at the breakfast table on a serviette back in February in the company of the cache owners and some other friends, but we were heading in the opposite direction that day and weren't able to go hunting. Today we were in the area, and despite the fact that I'd managed to leave my GPS at home, we managed to get to the vicinity of GZ. With naught but my iPhone with its dodgy GPS reception to help, we searched around a bit but finally gave in and PAF'd. With their advice, we found the cache very shortly thereafter, only to discover that the fourbees had already been here this morning! Great puzzle, much more my cup of tea than those nasty math ones, and a good spot for the cache, too. TFTC, modelbear! =^.^=
We hadn't planned to go caching without a GPS but sometimes things just go awry. Never mind, we thought, we have an Iphone and an in-car gps and so armed we headed off to find this one. La Kedi's Iphone had us searching unsuccessfully on one side of the track so we tried my car gps which put us on the other side of the track. A quick call to a previous finder confirmed which side we should be on and we soon had the cache in hand. It was a lovely area to be searching too with a wide variety of plants and birds the latter of which were in fine voice this morning too. Thanks modelbear.
Found with Bedmaker today.
BM solved the puzzle for this one and this was the first opportunity we had to find it.
The place was nice and quiet today so we were able to find this one easily. What a wonderful area, very enjoyable.

This one took me a bit of trial and error before the number fell into place for me.
I had a bit of trouble with one number so a call to a previous finder helped me narrow down the particular area I needed to look in.
Out today with Tassiegirl and we arrived at GZ with no one around.
After a short walk we spotted the prize and soon had our names added to the log book.
Nice job on the outside of the container, I actually have the same cover at home.
Took nothing but dropped off a TB.

After NyletaM and I solved this one some time ago, we finally got the chance to visit the area today. Arriving at the GZ today, it was a little damp in the area after the recent rain. The cache was quickly found, which was good because the mozzies were starting to notice our presence in the area.
We quickly signed the log and continued on our way.
Thanks for the great puzzle, and for bringing us here. Despite the rain, the cache container (which was very well stocked and decorated) and contents were dry and in good condition - Thanks all round, modelbear.

This was well worth the struggle: cool puzzle and excellent cache!
Once I got my head around the premise, I struggled with the iPad, the cupcakes, and the Kama Sutra: is this the story of my life or what?
Finally took the right tools off the shelf today and got the checker to agree, then took an early lunch break to head straight over.
My iPhone yet again failed in the field (I blame the carrier (5-2)) so I had to wander in and start guessing. Luckily a subtle geotrail suggested itself to me and there it all was.
And wow: this would have to be the most heavily stocked cache I've seen for quite a while! Awesome work all round, modelbear!

We enjoyed a delightful breakfast with caching friends and then trooped down to find this cache. Grass was a tad tall if I remember rightly, being as I couldn't see much in front of me! Not sure who actually spotted the cache but we all enjoyed having a look at all the goodies. I took a pretty fishy bookmark [^] that is still being employed today !
Thanks for the cache, Modelbear. We did enjoy our trek.

Found with the crowd this morning after a breakfast to help celebrate part of the cache owners team latest age increment event....
Following the feasting a small convoy set out to round up their new cache (like Fangsoki I also hadn't sorted the answer and am gradually achieving that now)...
With the help of puzzle aficionado's who had the co-ords GZ was soon a step or two away....
As we scoured the area (under cache owners proud & watchful gaze)I managed to come up with the goods...
A well executed container totally in keeping with the puzzle theme...[^]
To many approving comments from the assembled throng log was soon signed and we headed on our way

A fine breakfast was organised that saw several cachers meeting not too far from this cache's GZ. Seems Mr Model thought he could keep his milestone quite ... ha, not likely. So, after feasting and chatting, a conga line of geovehicles wound its way to the hide. In no time, we had the cache surrounded and it gave up without a fight. While the log was signed, the container was admired and the cache's parents looked on proudly as their second child received many oohs and aahs.
Solved this the night it was published and made the mistake of not rushing out for the ftf, thus missing out on a beautiful coin which I was shown later the next day. Doh! As previously mentioned, loved the puzzle, very elegant. And a pleasure to join in the group hunt after a lovely breakfast with a lovely gang . Brilliant work on the cache container. A real classic . Thanks modelbear
I was out with a bunch of other hunters this morning, celebrating a different type of milestone with Mr Modelbear. Festivities sorted and lots of banter out the way, there was a rumour that a trek was on to head to the cache for a group find... Well, as I've solved the puzzle, I figured I should tag along... [^]
With the blue flash leading the charge of geomobiles, there were a few odd manouvres that would position us well for a formation driving team on the next multi hunter expedition... I wondered whether google were updating their satellite imagery as we were travelling, our precision would make an interesting tile for the area...
At GZ, the hunt was on and the Energiser Bunny took the lead. In typical fashion, the sheep followed behind and shot off down a path, only to look back and see Modelbear staring at us with the blank (where are you going) look... Oh, ok... It's not down here...
With a slight adjustment to the approach path, Kaisho53 unveiled the container and brought it out for all to admire... That is a nicely done container and fits the theme very well indeed...
Log passed around, I extracted the TBs and the cache was replaced. Back up the top for farewells, we shot through in different directions. A well executed hunt I must say... [^]
Cheers Modelbear.

I must admit I have been very sheepish looking at any new caches as of late - feels like I have been all over the state in the past month or so...
So I sort of did this cache "back to front" by signing the log with others and then sorting out the puzzle at home afterwards. I had a wee bit of help with the puzzle (I tend to need it with puzzles).
The hunt today was enjoyable with the crowd and the cache owners. Of course, it ended up we started looking in the wrong area - but Kashio53 soon spotted the prize.
And a finely decorated prize it was too. A fair bit of effort went into the cache container - and was admired by one and all. With the log signed it was returned safely to its home.
A very beautiful area - and an enjoyable puzzle. It easily earns a favourite point - especially given the container. TFTC modelbear

I saw this puzzle pop up the other night and the only trouble I had was naming the wrong duck![?]
Anyhow, MrMeccano, Rosegums and I were in the neighbourhood today and decided to have a go at finding this one. The GPSr lead me straight to the cache. We quickly uncovered the hide to find a very neat and very artful cache container. I should have a look at that one day![^]
Surprised to find we were second to find, must be getting a slow around these parts. Anyhow found a nice new NavStar pathtag in the bag!
The only hassle was that MrMeccano and Rosegums eyes lit up when they saw the swaps, and as they only had one swap left there was quite a debate on the merits of swap taking. The moral high ground was eventually taken and only one swap was made. Phew!

What a beauty of a puzzle....interesting enough...yet one I could finally solve
At first I narrowed my search for an answer ...this proved to be my undoing. Broadening my horizons so to speak I soon found what I needed. Then it was off for a pleasant stroll along the path.
What awaited was well worth the visit. Modelbears you are to be congratulated. I loved the container....the attention to detail was a delight.
Needless to say at this early stage, the cache was found dry and in perfect condition.
