DNF the whole area has been ripped up by recent floods. It might need replacing? Beautiful drive though
It was Sandra's 50th birthday today (happy birthday sweetie) so we joined family members at the Fox & Hounds Country Inn for dinner and a catch up. Afterwards, on our way home, we stopped to find this cache. I spotted the likely hiding place as soon as we parked the car, and yep, there it was.
Thanks!!

Found while out with Peppa and 2manytrailers while on our day of adventuring. Very wet log so Peppa did some maintenance .
We’ve come this way to fix a mistake made by one of crew months ago... a nice quick find at GZ... the log was a little damp so used the cars exhaust to dry it out best I could... tftc...
We had noticed that we had found 195 of Aussie Liahona's caches so planned today as an Aussie Liahona only day to find some more and get our 200th cache by these very prodigious hiders of caches in this neck of the woods. We have learnt a lot from their placements, styles and variety of hides since we found the first AL cache 4 days after starting Geocaching back in June 2017. We certainly would not have visited 19 cemeteries in the region without their caches being there!!
After just grabbing our 200th AL cache, we were hoping for a clean sweep today of the 9 planned caches. This was a good quick park and grab to keep our run intact. TFTC Aussie Liahona. #201

Wonderful area to explore great placement and interesting road. Thanks Aussie Liahona
Visited the cache today and replaced the rubber O ring seal and added a new dry log.
Cheers and happy caching!

I was out here yesterday and decided it would be worthwhile to visit this valley in daylight. I want to live here.
This cache was a quick find.

Lots of smoke and Ash. Big burn off. Thanks m glad to report the cashe are safe.
No luck with conservation 1 as the muggle neighbour was in deep conversation with a piece of plastic stuck to his ear. I had a brief look but the GPS was playing up so I tried Con 2 for a quick find. Just so happens this date placed finishes the daily grid so it was well worth the additional 10min trip on top of the other good caches our group collected in the Goldie highlands. Thanks for placing this cache Aussie Liahona.
We were headed up to Mt Tamborine for a catch up with friends . Afterwards I was keen to do some geocaching . I picked a road I don’t often travel down and found my way here. I found GZ easily but found it hard to get the log out . I etched my initials in situ. Tftc
The clue helped us find this cache. thankyou for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
Came to check on this one today. Found it on the ground. Have re-attached and all is good.
Cheers and happy caching!

Told the geo-kid to beat me to it. He did. Watch out for the cobblers pegs guarding this one. TFTC
Thanks for hiding this cache, Kay and Bob! I appreciate all the caches you hide, and efforts you make in maintaining them.

Decided to get out and about today and go for a drive around the Mt Tamborine area. Always love caching around here as it gets me away from the rat race suburbian streets of the Gold Coast.
Had a lovely day out driving and picked up a good 18 caches so I was happy
Parking was eassier with this one, and a nice quick find also signed and off towards #1 I go.
Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona [^]

Well, having found the others on this road, I couldn't very well drive out without doing this one
An easy find thank goodness, as I was pretty exhausted from my caching expedition this morning. Going up that hill after the multi has certainly worn me out lol
The only time I like micro's are when they are easy to spot (hint helps here) as most of the time I'm a chronic sufferer of micro cache blindness. Give me an ammo tin anytime! But this one just jumped out at me. Log signed, and all replaced as found ready for the next visitor to travel up this road and find
Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona

Found it! Thank you Aussie Liahona for the cache. Lovely road. We saw several wallabies, chickens lose on the road, horses, a beehive and it was a peaceful place - a road we would never have driven up had it not been for the geocache. My first ever micro cache too!
Easy and quiet find, nice little drive, very impressed with the houses on the way in -even one with its own cricket pitch. TFTC.
Team Benders duo out with RoddyC duo today, and we are near the end of our caching run for the day after a very late start. So it was quite dark when we pulled up. My how erosion had a 2 meter deep gully right on the edge of the bitumen road. Glad I didn't park too far over!! The hint was good and the cache soon found and signed.
Found at 8.05pm on 18th November 2015. TFTC.

Nicely hidden Thanks for the cache, it's dry and in good condition however the log bag is split. I didn't have my caching bag with me to replace it.
Cheers

Having not seen suitable parking on #3 on the way past I figured I would grab it on the way back. Which I almost did here as well, but oh well I just pulled up anyway.
A quick look at the hint and the target become evident. Quick find to move on.

A beautiful sunny Saturday to be out and about looking for geocaches.
Today's target area is Mt Tamborine.
Now to make my way down this side of the mountain.
This was another find for the day. A quick park and grab here.

On day 4 on my Queensland caching trip I was able to grab 66 caches for the day. My mind was not as sharp today as I didn't sleep that well, but I still made a good go of it. The weather was in the low twenties but the humidity had me drinking pleanty of water. Some really top cache containers today which made the finding all the more hard. Thanks to all the CO's for their efforts.
Found with Poynts95 and Sportacuss. Out and about on the Gold Coast for this run. A plesant Saturday with about 30 finds. A few of the little kids enjoyed a great variety of hides, including two tree climbs, a few mystery and a few multi finds. Agap2 and Aussie Liahona caches featured heavily, especially up in the hilly area. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches. Appologies for the late logs, catching up from a long way behind. Still unpacking the house. I love finding them, hate the paperwork, so to speak.

A quick find! There was a car near by playing their dance music very loudly! Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona!
TFTCSL getting chilly so will have to think about heading home! Berken and I have enjoyed all the caches today!!
This one, like the other two in this series turned out to be pretty fun for us today. As I counted down the metres left to drive, Nyssa slowed down and parked us right beside the cache. I spotted the beast quickly and hopped out to grab it. I had it in hand when Nyssa joined me. She signed the logbook and I heard running water. Across the road was a tiny creek - crystal clear just trickling among the rocks there. And there were some very cool rock formations in such a random spot. So Nyssa finished with the cache, fetched me from the ditch and it was off to the next adventure. TFTC Aussie Liahona
Captain Terror and myself had just climbed a lovely little hill and were on the way to find a spot to sit for lunch. There was just a few caches on the way to find first. I pulled Spangle safely off to the side of the road and the Captain bounded out to find the cache. He had it found before I had even stepped out of the car. While I signed the log the Captain went off to explore the close by creek. The water was very clear and clean for being by the side of a road. We re-hid the cache as found and continued on our journey.

Its amazing how long it takes for ground cover to regrow. Its been over a month since the last cacher came here but it looks like yesterday. Found the cache safe and sound. SL thanks again AL.
Meandering back to Brisneyland after a lovely Easter weekend working on my book, I lucked upon this trail off the highway.
Pulling up close to GZ in the drizzle I was a still a bit anxious about poking about. Luckily the hint was helpful and I didn't have to linger longer than necessary to log the cache
Scurried back to Sooty the cachemobile knowing there was another cache to raise my blood pressure and it was located way too close to the other 'ground zero' from my earlier encounter.
TFTC Aussie Laihona, nice location, got to meet a few of the locals too
