Cache found to be damaged and trees being cut down so cache easily Muggled will shift to new location
On the way home from working at Yanakie, I realised that I had half an hour up my sleeve before needing to pick up my young bloke before Rugby League training. This provided me the opportunity to clear up a couple of caches in Leongatha.
Parked the GeoRanger in the nearby street and started walking towards GZ, GPS froze as I headed into the recently cleared park. So as I reset the GC App, what do I hear from behind me but yahooing and tooting of a local cacher!! Thanks Hearse068!!! Once I got to GZ started looking around, then fielded a few phonecalls, as GPS bounced around a significant amount. Soon made the find, but struggled to get the log out as the receptical had fallen into the cache. Logging this cache as a find after permission from the CO.
Thanks for the cache know-mads.

Replaced log with waterproof paper. Please return log to plastic bag thanks Know-Mads
Kids loved the equipment. But we were sad about the one left out. Great hide too wet to sign
We had to drive by a couple of times to wait for some young muggles to vacate the location. We drove back just as the storm was approaching and wondered how keen we were to risk the elements. We were a bit distracted with a decoy but soon found the cache, but it was too wet to sign successfully. A lot of gardening and clearing has recently taken place, but cache still in location. Thanks know-mads.
Found it! Very close to home. Didn't have a pen to write in the log book. Will be back later.

Liked this one. You get a Fav point for this one. Found on our Leongatha caching day. TFTC
We are having a day out with friends caching in Leongatha. There are 10 of us all together and we are hoping to find heaps of caches. Thanks for this one. A great 'merry go round' in this park too. We all went flying. It was heaps of fun.
The Geokids really liked this little park, especially this 'spinner' just near the cache. The kids were more interested in having a swing around than looking for the cache so it was left up to me. Luckily it was a quick and easy find.
Looked for some time but it eluded me. I did find an extremely dainty birds nest so it was worth the visit
Found some shade to park under in the street off to the side and walked down into the park. Felt sorry for the lonely little pony - seems that he's all that is left of the old pay equipment. However I did feel less sorry for him after searching and not finding the cache there. Reading through the past logs I thought I had some idea of where the cache would be, so looked around for the spots that it was last sighted in. Then just as I was about to give up I looked up a little and spotted the cache - it appears that the CO has recently replaced (and likely repositioned) the cache (where it should be), because it had a brand new log for me to sign.
out on a cache run with the guys looking to complete a few while in the area TFTC SL
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! Quick find - not all the cache appears to be there but log is dry TFTC&H 3rd granddaughter and know-mads
Found half the cache and the log, signed the log and replaced the cache as found. TFTH.
We found the spot, found our little hooved friend, but alas no cache to be found. The hunt continues !
1348 301212 thiswas the last cache for the weekend. The front half of the container is missing but the log is still dry.
An easy unusual little place.

You had us trotting around to eventually find this one. We pawed the ground and reared to the challenge. Good fun.

Tricky little hide, extra coverage at the moment because the winds have blown lots of branches and leaves down. Left a smiley face sticker on the page for you to say thanks for the cache. tftc
Cool! Found by Mrs E at 1330? We haven't been on this street for about 20yrs - when our Boss lived just down the road. I couldn't remember this park so thanks for bringing us back here. TFTH
An interesting hide in this strange little park. Wasn't quiet today though as a neighbour was mowing his lawns next door. TFTC
Quick grab as I was working across the road from this cache, I think the ride on horse has wondered away from the other play equipment.
Last week-end on the school hol's so decided to take the geo-teen for a cache or two. Had a quick look at the wrong gee gee, then went a little more south where geo-teen 97 found the cache quickly, she loved it and was most impressed at the water-proof paper as she hadn't heard of that before. I really enjoyed this hunt. The container is very unique. No muggles about today as the weather was a bit ordinary. Thanks know-mads for the hunt.
Had a good look around, concentrated my search in the area indicated by the title, but turned up nothing. Either it's well hidden or gone.
Found by Mary & David at 1345. A lovely green area of coolness, peace and quiet. Please thank 3rd grand daughter for brining us here. Best of all, we had the park to ourselves. Our thanks again to know-mads.
found with Thing No 2 and Gonefishen07 on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Cute hide I would like a real one of these too. TFTC
found with Thing No2 and gonefishen07. Gonefishen07 made the find with the iPhone, I had the GPS but it was all over the place here rainy day and trees don't mix. Nice little park to wet to play on equipment. TFTC
found with Thing No1 and Thing No2 on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I was surprised how accurate the iPhone was under the trees. Every kid should have one of these at somstaging in their life. We did as kids and we use to have lots of fun. Just keep pestering mum and dad you never know what might happen. TFTC
Found at 10am. GPS was all over the place with the tree around GZ so I search the obvious spot then decided to give the GPS another go and walked around in circles a few time until I spotted the what looked like a good cache hide and sure enough it was. I had no idea that this little park was ever here. Great cache and hide. SL TFTC
