Beat me big time. I did feel sometime but then I did what the previous log said not to do but I never sighted it. I hope I have not lost it. I could not see anything on the ground.
Good hints. And comments definitely helped. Got a bit of a fright.

What was to have been a quick weekend trip to Melbourne to accompany leafotwind on his 3,000th cache find (since I had also recently completed the Victorian Premiers whereigo ) became an 8 day trip because there was a CITO [^] at Traralgon the next day which then led to Mallacoota and the Snowy Mountain Highway [^] since I couldn't legally use the Great Alpine Road as I didn't have snow chains because the boring freeway back to Melbourne and then back to Shepparton didn't sound like fun
The first day, I met my sister in Bendigo as she waited for her semi to be unloaded and reloaded, so we went op shopping in the meantime[:X] From there it was off to Melbourne and the group find of the Victorian Premiers whereigo which had taken me to many spots in Victoria [^] Then the group slogged our way up a slippery, muddy slope [|)][xx(] to get a couple of simple drive by 4 x 4 caches (when the tracks are open) before caching on into the night
I made a find on a previous DNF at Moe then it was off to Clean Up a Creek at Traralgon [^] followed by finding some bloody good caches (both containers and reasons for placement) around the area with leafotwind, NoWorries andAlphaDeltaIndigo [:X], chatting to Crisp image as the group found Wherever I Lay My Hat before Rex and I left the group, walking in the Crinigan Road Bushland Reserve at dusk[^], seeing a huge Dr21 dredger once used for coal mining and now placed at Morwell, finding a tiny grave in the middle of a shopping area , finding my 1st 3D printed cache container and then it was off to the Lakes Entrance area and wandering out on the peninsula[^]
Seeing old RAAF airfields and radio bunkers, seeing tiny country towns and meeting some great people (including an almost muggle woman and her children in Mallacoota where she had previously looked for 1 cache and who may now get into geocaching properly [^]), seeing the sun rise while surrounded by kangaroos and standing on the eastern coast of Vic and chatting with Rollmatrix throughout my time in Mallacoota and Genoa
Spending a few hours chatting with a lovely truckie, Michael [:X], who was on a wood chip run to Canberra as we traversed the countryside in the dark (after I had apologised for slowing down his fully laden rig as Harry crawled his way up a hill ) then I pulled into Cooma for a break and an EC and also found a cache, Southern Cloud, about the aircraft accident and then accidentally ended up at another memorial cache, Southern Comfort, Southern Cloud or Southern Storm, later on in the trip
Seeing brumbies amongst the snow along the edge of the road at night in the mountains in NSW [^], seeing a thermal pool early in the morning with steam rising from it in the cold air and water plants growing up from the sandy bottom [^], seeing the grave of the alleged Man from Snowy River while finding the multi The Man from Snowy River - HCPPP [^] and then chatting to SciFiRulz who I managed to sneak in a quick visit with before heading home and finding The Highest Railway Station on the way
Over the 8 days there was 9 DNFs (although I did manage to find a few on my 2nd attempts ), 1 CITO event attended and a total of 111 cache finds including 3 FTFs
As I am about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]
Rex and I have had some amazing adventures and enjoyed some incredible moments thanks to this fantastic hobby

Easy find, careful not to flick it over the fence... retrieved and safely returned to position
In the area with gwd.aussie working on my calendar stats which brought us here. In this case it fills a gap in my finds by hidden date. Arrived at gz and had to play the musical instruments before I attempted this cache. My fellow cacher has previously logged this cache their only assistance was to retrieve once I spotted it. Retrieving the log from the cache I had a moment of trepidation - was there a log in there or something else. Thankfully it was the log.

I was visiting the area for our version of the Royal Wedding. Having bowed out of the festivities, I was passing this cache on the way home and stopped for a look. Not entirely sure this is a T1, but I was able to kind of make the grab using materials around GZ. Two weddings and a cache - successful day TFTC!
After a very long afternoon finding 50+ caches towards and from Longford then in Traralgon, we stopped and had dinner in Morwell. By the time we had finished it was so close to midnight we decided to do a night tour of the town then find a couple of caches by night. It almost midnight so went to this delightful park, played on the musical instruments then found the cache. The cache in itself was delightful. I’m surprised it stays there. It’s really fun Cache that upon opening we wondered that it really was the cache. We apprehensive about what we’d find. We were relieved that it did include the log and nothing more more sinister. Thanks for a great cache and bringing us to a wonderful little park.
Found it on very cold and wet Saturday arvo. Just made it back to the Geomobile before we got more rain.

Excellent hide.
Had to use clue and activities to find it. Loved the ‘sentry’.
Not sure if it’s exactly where it’s meant to be but replaced in same spot.
The little log was full so have included some more lined paper.
Nice one.

Our friend has come off and now on the ground. Sorry I didn’t have tape to fix him
Checked cache... this looks like it's moved positions slightly, but stick to the clue and you should find it easily enough ...
Good one. At start i though real one but admires it. Thanks for the cache and hunt
Well we definitely overthought this one and completely missed the obvious - despite pretty much looking there first! About to give up when we found it - staring back at us in plain sight! SL and off on our way again. TFTC
Finally able to get this little bugger. I’ve had it in my watch list for months and saw that it had been found. Struggled to grab it and I’m sure this wasn’t here the last 3 times I’d try to find it. TFTC
Doing the caches around in Gippsland because of the weather was great.
Arrived GZ and notice the cache sat on the pole.
Open it and no papers so found small paper to put it.
No idea Where I should put the hide so I have email to CO to explained.
Thanks Nautilus7497 & 'muggle Dave'

There has been a great deal of redevelopment in this area since our last visit. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a well hidden cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Nautilus7497 for the cache.
We found this cache today at 3:10pm as number 22 of 37 on our Moe to Churchill Trail. Great hint and spot and last cache before a late lunch. Thanks from D & HA B-A.
We parked on the wrong side of the tracks here, but the tunnel soon had us connected with the cache, the hint helped too.
Thanks for the placement Nautilus7497

We were in sunny Morwell while the Princess competed in the national archery championships, and while there was some pre-completion practice going on, dad was despatched down the street to grab some supplies. So while I'm here, I might grab a cache or two.
I don't know if it was because I was in a hurry to get back or not but I made this one a lot harder than it should have, the drunken bee dance went on for a while with the stupid eyephone leading me all over the shop before the penny dropped....
Aaaahhhh.....
So I then found the cache and signed my life away and took off before I was marked as MIA.
Thanks Nautilus7497 for the cache.
Cheers

In Morwell – Traralgon area a caching today with m&d? and gwd.aussie. Thanks for spider surprise.
Had looked for this one previously when it was missing. An easy find now that it is back! Had to trim the log sheet a bit as it was way too tight in the container. Broke pen and nearly my teeth trying to get it out.. Good folding helps and now should be able to be retrieved!
Nice easy find and being Easter Sunday nobody around so didnt have to worry about muggles. TFTC
Found today on arrival in Morewell and filling in a bit of time before going the motel to settle in and relax before my cousins 80th birthday tonight. A nice easy find with no muggles around.
