###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Barnzy12 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

TFTC. Was found in a poopy bag, container was unsealed and log very wet. May require maintenance
Nice find. Replaced bag as it had a big hole in it and everything was wet. Log is water proof paper so was fine. Tftc
My morning class was cancelled today, so this cache filled in some time before I needed to be on campus. Thanks for the hide Barnzy12
Tfth on a gorgeous winter day. Sun's out but wind chill factor keeps the temps low ️
Nice hide here. These type should be easy but for some reason they can take some time.
Love the innings. As an opening batsman for my local team, I’m often the type to hold up one end whilst the wickets fall around me. Slow and steady I say. Lovely oval for cricket too.

Congratulations on the 50, it by far eclipses my highest score of 2*.
Thanks Barnzy12 for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 2182 for me.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.
Had two goes at this one today and messaged the CO for confirmation we were looking in the right place, had a quick look in the car but nothing to replace the cache with today.

Needed to pop down to the Dept of BCA in Kensington to collect a book so took the opportunity to pick up a few stray caches in the area. The car temp reading was 42 this afternoon so was keen to limit the caches to mainly drive-bys / short walks! The heat was keeping muggles at bay so when I arrived here it was deserted and I was able to grab the nearest parking spot The shade of the tree was welcome... as was the fast find! Beautiful old tree and after a poke about in a couple of places I soon hand the cache in hand No problems here - TFTC
Finding a few caches around these parts, I sent the kids to find this one whilst I prepared our picnic lunch! They initially FORGOT about finding the cache & took to clambering up the tree but found it once I told them to get down for lunch Lunch was then eaten up in the tree before we headed off in the direction of the next cache.
Thanks Barnzy12
Thanks Barnzy12
Tftc. No torch needed, but a nearby stick is handy for retrieval/spiderweb removal
I often have trouble finding caches in Morton Bay fig trees. Not the case with this one. Thanks Barnzy.
#found it
Was stumped but read the comments and turned on my torch
Very hidden

Find #357 of 365 streak. GPS was doing everything vyt being accurate so it took a few minutes to spot it. TFTC
Thank you! Out to pick up a few caches to get me closer to some caching goals.
Stopped here on the way, and was happy to make the find in a shady place.

Been meaning to get around to this Cache as I too played schoolboy cricket, but for Trinity. Dusted off the cobwebs and returned the cache TFTC
Find 11 of 13 on a nice 20km ride around South Perth with our geoson as a very special guest. With 8 weeks of school holidays ahead of him, this was a good way of getting him outside for a bit.
After lunch we headed out this way into the stunning headwind for a quick find.

My daughters first Atar exam ! I needed to walk to stop stressing! Thanks Bittgirls
After finishing a bit of work in the computer labs at uni, I decided to nab a couple of caches before heading home to bed.
Pulled into the carpark here for a quick find. The fig tree made good shelter from the rain. [^] Had the cache signed and returned around 2200hrs. Cheers Barnzy12!

Out with Guiness12 and GeoDog. Nice hide. Had to replace the log as it was destroyed Tftc
Out for a morning run picking up some challenge caches that I have qualified for and I was passing this one so I stopped for a look.
I completed a couple of laps of the tree, then had a look at surrounding locations then back to the tree and almost about to move on when I spotted it.

A nice, easy and quick cache on the way home after burgers and some geocaching at Curtin Uni. TFTC Barnzy12!
Quick find, thankfully! at dusk, after completing my run to sign ten challenge caches this afternoon. All in all, a successful day!

Note, the log is a bit tattered, but it still works okay

Arrived in Perth today from New Zealand, spending the next 3 days here for work so thought I would make the most of a free Sunday afternoon to explore a few caches. After doing a couple of challenge caches I swung by this cache and made a quick find. Signed the log and placed back between passing cars. TFTC!
Found this obe after a cobference nearby. Easy find and first traditional cache found in WA. Signed log and returned cache then went onto have dinner.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Our son had an appointment at the Uni this morning. What better way to fill in a morning than to grab some of the smileys on offer in the area, cheers and TFTC.
