Hi
This cache appears to have some problems. It is the cache owner's responsibility to read the logs and check the cache to sort out any problems with it and give an indication of when it may be up and running again for people to find.
**The cache is being Disabled to give the Cache Owner an opportunity to investigate and fix the apparent issues.**
Once the cache is operational again, the CO should write an *Owner Maintenance* log advising that the promlems have been fixed, and to remove the *Needs maintenance* attribute (red cross) if that is showing on the cache page. The CO can then write an Enable log to return the cache to play.
If the cache cannot be fixed it should be archived.
**If there is no response to this log after 30 days the cache will be Archived.**
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Called in to show a newbie this spot & see if they can find it, i have previously found this and sad to say it has grown legs & disappeared
No find for this one today. Doing a bit of a round trip from Newcastle to Launceston and back. Will have to try some othertime Tassieboy
Tried to get to this one whilst over in Tassie doing a whirlwind seven day tour around this amazing island state. Home again now, tired but happy, and committed to returning another time to explore some more. Didn't find that many caches during the time I was there, but this was one that I did manage to sneak off from my muggle companions and attempt to find. The gps bounced me around all over the place, and given my run of dnfs in this fair city, I felt like I was wasting my time. Not a happy geocacher I'm afraid. Oh well, I continued on with my early morning walk around the CBD, admiring the architecture and scenery, letting the gps lead me from one cache to the next. Perhaps I will have better luck if and when I come back over this way. Thanks anyway Tassieboy
Could not find this one today. But would agree that not too many possible places it could be.
popped over the road after dropping geoson off at the bus. Could not find it for the life of me. I poked around every possibility, but no go. Bailed before the police came to see what I was up to.
A cold wet Friday night and I am out grabbing caches...last one tonight as I go and grab some tea and head tmttgd warmth of my room. Tftc
I am often close to this spot, but most often without the time to cache. This one was another that is right where I would put it, so a quick but satisfying find. TFTC Tassieboy
Found it in the obvious place but too wet to sign. Saw bug inlid to prove I was here. Thanks
Great day geocaching on a quiet Sunday. Great architecture all around here, felt a bit weird poking around behind the police station!! Coordinates are spot on. Tftc
Didn't even know this little garden was here, TFTC! Logbook needs maintenance though
The boys in blue were conspicuous by their absence so a quick find once we figured out how to get to GZ.
Thanks to Tassieboy and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

Found it. Had to wait ages for smoking muggles to go away. I looked super suss log book is in pieces so I didn't sign, but took a photo
Had to wait for an office worker to finish her smoke break, was scrutinised by boys in blue whilst loitering waiting for the pounce, all was good although signed on the back.
First geocaching find in Tasmania! Launceston is beautiful! This log book needs replacing, it's falling apart. Found with @therosettamonkey (P&J)
Found itwit apparentlyjessy.
Ps. I love brutalist architecture.
I found this place to be magical.

In Launceston following our great experience on the Overland Track. Pretty leg-weary but didn't want to miss an opportunity to walk aroumd town and collect some geocaches. Brutalist is definitely not our favourite architectural style and this building is a good example of why. On a positive note, a local lady asked us for directions to Henty House just as we arrived in the Civic Park. Geocaching let us Sydneysiders point it out straight away!! SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Lovely spot. Well protected. You could possibly look at getting a new log as this one is full and deteriorating. TFTC.
Walking back to the hotel after having dinner decided to hit search & we were in this direction. With a jumpy gps we just used our caching sense and quickly as the area ,we so didn't want to look suspicious. Unfortunately we didnt have a pen but attached a photo of the logbook. A lovely spot actually and one l would feel very safe around
Spending the New Year in Hobart and the rest of our vacation camping and traveling around Tassi. We had a great time in this beautiful country exploring a lot of nature, food, geocaches and friendly faces.
Muggle friend asked me how the hell do I always find those strange spots. TFTC

Quick find! Currently backpacking around Tasmania in celebration of finishing my degree! Visited a TB. Cache in good condition. TFTC from Nelson Bay, NSW Australia
Found @ 4:17pm while my car was getting new tyres.
I made a quick find in a peaceful spot. No muggles about. Be aware the log is getting tatty.
Thanks Tassieboy

All quiet today and a quick find despite the series of DNFS although a couple of recent signed log entries. TFTC.
Two Norwegian travellers on vacation/geocaching in Australia. Travelling by car from Brisbane to Adelaide with stops in interesting and not so interesting places. We have been travelling almost 5000 kilometers before we returned the car in Adelaide last week. Then we flew over to Tassie, hired a new car and will do a rouindtrip the next 2 weeks. Started in Hobart and went to Saddle Mountain and then to Stanley. After two nights in Stanley we are heading for Launceston.
Arrived yesterday. Today we are heading by foot to Cataract Gorge and will log caches on our way. Visited the Information office to get some info about the area. Told the lady at the counter about Geocaching. She had never heard about it, but got so excited and said that she will try it.
Showed her the info about the cache. She agreed, special architecture indeed.

Been here before, but had not found the container. When I checked the logs, I found a couple of DNFs and decided not to add another one. Today tried again and had CIH within seconds. Nice place, ugly house nearby. Certainly one of the uglier ones in Tassie
Thanks for the hide, Tassieboy!
Thanks for the hide, Tassieboy!
Found it on the ground, log wet inside, so put it back with the magnet attached normal like
Thinking it might gone but didn't Get a good look around due to muggles. I will be back
DNF @ 11:00
We're on holidays in the area, and decided to visit the information centre. Because we grabbed ourselves some iced-chocolate before hand, I came to grab this cache while the kids finished their drinks.
Although I reckon that I know where I should have been looking, and what type of hide it is. I couldn't find the container. I had a couple of goes in between visits by smoking muggles, but I came away empty handed. (The nature and location of the hide was confirmed by fellow cachers at an event later in the day - it may be gone).
On the thoughts of the building in question, it doesn't offend me, but neither does it attract. I'm architecturally neutral - but it could be due to my ignorance on such matters.
Thanks anyway Tassieboy

A relatively quick find as we walked toward the harbour and Peppers. And yes, that is quite an ugly building. tftc
My first find this visit to tassie, though not my first in tassie, our first in Launceston since geocaching wasn't invented last time I was here. Quick find, lovely tranquil spot and yes a pretty ugly building for sure. Tftc and first of many.
17/04/2016, 09:56 Find #2776 . Facitman and I didn't mind the architecture and the cache was found relatively quickly in the second likely spot once the search area was expanded
Cheers Tassieboy

Found by Facitman in the company of Rhinogeo during our trip south to see the Hawks at 09:56
First find of the day as we cruised around Launceston, basking in the glory of a Hawthorn win (ok, so we scraped past the post... but a win is a win). On arrival I contemplated the audacity of a hide on the front of a police station until I rechecked the distance and realised where the GZ was. A brief search located the cache and logging was completed.
Thanks Tassieboy

Apparently the term brutalism come from a French word meaning raw and referred to the appearance of the outer concrete skin. The setting, especially the gardens, soften the building's visual impact.
I was more interested in the building's tenant and expected to be recorded on CCTV. Tftc.

I did a recon mission late yesterday afternoon, but there were a few too many dog walking muggles and police in the windows, for me to even consider heading in for a hunt... Back this morning around 0615, it was dark and very quiet allowing a very easy approach and cache find... [^]
Log signed, I tucked the cache back and headed off. had I have known how easy it was, I would have ticked it off on my first visit...
Cheers Tassieboy.

That is a seriously ugly building! Did a bit of awkward loitering outside the police station as I am missing the other (more experienced) half of kevosaurusrex, and the GPS had me way out. After a bit more of a wander I saw the GZ and knew immediately, so an easy find from there! Very sneaky spot, TFTC! I believe this is our 50th
Aha! Now we see the brutalist architecture! Cute spot for a rest and we were caught signing the log by another couple of geocachers. Always cool to come across fellow geocachers! TFTC
Great spot.. Shame about the building but surrounds are nice. Thanks worth stopping on our first trip to Launceston.
it's really quite ugly compared to the beautiful "old" buildings surrounding it, but then on the other hand... an interesting contrast one could argue. as i approached gz i had an idea where the cache would be and i was right nice little oasis amid all the concrete. TFTC!
