This weekend, I visited Bordertown for the community celebration event. During the morning, it was a trip to Ngarkat Conservation Park, before joining everyone at the event while it bucketed it down with rain. The afternoon was spent visiting Wolseley and Mundulla. The following day, it was a trip north up the SA border to Pinnaroo, and an exploration of the vicinity via Mootatunga, Karte, Billiatt, and Lameroo. A return home via the highway allowed stops in Geranium, Jabuk, Peake, Sherlock, and Moorlands, arriving home well after dark.
Today, I headed out solo north of Bordertown to Pinnaroo via Senior and Ngarkat. A longer journey that I had anticipated. I decided to keep heading north along the Browns Well Highway, and find some of the out of the way geocaches in the vicinity through the back roads, including visiting Mootatunga, Karte, and Billiatt. I found the civilisation at Lameroo a welcome change, before continuing my westwards drive home. My final stop was at Sherlock completing *the Great Detective Series*, taking two hours all up I looped around those geocaches as it went dark.
An interesting location that was rather quiet for me, but after searching for 5 min, muggles appeared and were hanging around the area. I wondered what they thought I was doing. This cache had me fooled for a while, and I think initially, the coordinates being out a little was the first problem, and then the well painted/camouflaged cache fooled me further. Once found, the cache container didn't have any lid, and the logbook is very full, and really needs attention to be replaced. Thanks reidpondy for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

After big caching long weekend in Canberra, I was on the return trip to Adelaide picking up a couple of caches along the way.
I needed a break to revive so I stopped here to stretch the legs.
I spent 10 minutes searching with no joy. I decided to go for a walk to find the nearby cache. On my return here I found it straight away - I’m sure I checked there last time. Must be time for a coffee!
Thanks for the cache.

It was a glorious Autumn Day and so Anymules and I decided it was time to make the trip through Ngarkat Conservation Park to collect the caches there and in the towns surrounding it. Except for a couple of campers at Buck's we had the whole park to ourselves and didn't see another vehicle! [^]
Nobody around today being a holiday so we were able to stop and make a quick find. And then of course sit and stamp the log! [^]

A huge weekend of geocaching with sir_spectre. We were targetted a couple of events on the Border Track and I had a ball. Still feeling shaken more than stirred but highly recommend coming out to do the track with a great group of people. Of course on the way there and the way back managed to grab a few others too. This was one of the specially selected ones.
Thanks to reidpondy from mogni

found with mogni on route to Pinnaroo tonight then down the border track tomorrow. quick find in the dark. Had to drive past this one first as a muggle was there, then came back after finding 2 other caches. muggle was gone.
Arrived at GZ, and the co ords were a little off so took me a bit to find, until I noticed something a little off. Cache is missing it’s lid.
A huge weekend away, with over 2000km being driven over 3 days from Adelaide to Mansfield via swan hill and Echuca, then return via Bendigo and St Arnaud. The target was to collect 11 new local government areas and mostly stop and do some multis.
But the main goal was tour of Mansfield, a cycling tour consisting of 3 stages over 2 days (Saturday and Sunday).
Stage 1: 14km Individual time time trail.
Stage 2: 76km road race finishing up old Tolmie
Stage 3: 46km road race finishing up the top of mt bulla.
Wednesday I left Adelaide for Victoria via pinnaroo, I decided I would stop when I had enough of driving. I camped in the back of a cemetery yes a cemetery, nice and peaceful in Nyah. Thursday I made my way from Nyan to Mansfield via Swan Hill, Echuca and Shepparton with 2 trips over the boarder. A lot of DNFs on caches as some were barrow red off due to road works and others I must if stuffed up. I ended up camping the night in Mansfield. Friday I held my event in Mansfield with a big show of 1 (just myself)!!! And went for a drive up mt bulla. Saturday was mainly racing and Sunday after the race I made my way back to Adelaide via Victorias oldest cache and some new roads through the middle of victoria that I had never been on before.. With arrival on Monday at 1am back home. A big trip out and a great weekend away with a little under 100 finds.
Thanks for the cache placements by all the cache owners.

21:03 nice paint job, camouflages very well. Log dry, no lid, so no room for a pen/cil either.
After going by another cache closeby we checked on this one. It was found after a short search with The X-Trailers. TFTC
It was sad to miss this one, but with 8 searchers it was just not to be found
Surprisingly quick find here. Good camp, but lid is missing! So probably needs to be replaced sooner rather than later. Thanks RP.
Heading in the general direction of home today, but had plenty of time to cache on the way [^].
Another cache that took us far to long to locate, but got there in the end .

We spent the night in Naracoorte and slowly headed off north picking up a few caches as we went and finally arrived in Loxton
We were wandering around town picking up pieces of history as well as a couple of caches when we came across the very well kept gardens of this hospital. For a change we were happy when the sun was setting and it was getting quite cold again as this also meant no muggles around to worry us. The bold hide was a nice quick find and the log book now contains our name.

I spotted this in the last place I looked. Should have seen straight away but must have missed it by that much. The mint tin has a few rust spots coming through so it has lasted well. That gave it away in the end from where I was standing on the path.
Found on the Easter 3 state jaunt via SA, Vic then NSW. The weather was clear, the tracks were dusty and the skies were clear and starry. Catching up with friends along the way at the various events was also a bonus.
Thanks to reidpondy and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

Easter Sunday is a good day to come here as there was not a soul around. We stood back, checking the GPS and trying to look casual as we gazed around. The container was spotted, signed and we were on our way. SL TFTC
Every time I drove past there was always a million people around, but as I was going though today .. bingo no one there.. So I took a wonder around playing with my phone and made the find.. So glad there was a seat here for me to sit at and have some morning tea while I signed the log.
Log still safe and sound even with out a lid. But if you put it back the right way it shouldn't get wet

Wow, great spot to hide one and in plain sight too. very sneaky. I popped in a pathtag.
It took me a solid 10 mins of searching! LOL, so I was really ready to take a seat then! The mint tin has no lid, but all is dry and fine.
A fun trip across the border. We left late afternoon on Friday and made it to Wedderburn late into the night. The purpose was for us to go on a roadtrip and attend the "9 months to Alexandra Mega" event.
I had a wonderful time with my Victorian caching buddies, and catching up with the lovely Locus Cache.
We laughed, shared crazy tales, spoke about puzzles, went 4wd and hung out with mates....I eventually got home late Sunday night in prep for work on Monday - an awesome weekend!

On a georoad trip to Adelaide to watch the cricket with new to the geogame Azzepious along for the ride. On the trip we aimed for several cache types in one day as well as caches in three states in one day.
We were both amazed at how many caches there on the trip, making our journey much longer.

As I was working at the Hospital anyway today I decided to leave this one until after work. Sadly this was stupid idea as a Huge Storm rolled in during the day washing away any hope of me finding the cache as I would have either gotten soaked to the skin or blown away or both. Oh well there is always next time.
Found with Decrypter while having a break from the drive. We arrived at GZ and started looking. After a few minutes we spotted the hide, right next to some muggles. D managed to retrieve it and we signed the log. Then D managed to replace it. Soon after the muggles went their way. TFTC

This was day 16 of our trip out of Sydney to the southern states of Victoria and Tasmania. Of course we could not resist a short trip into south Australia to find some more caches. This was a very quick and easy find, as there was nobody around to hinder the search. Thanks for showing us around this town. TFTC.
Great camo! I'm here visiting my dad who is a locum at the hospital this week so I was thrilled to find a cache here. I'm from Phoenix Arizona.

An event hosted by my friends, muff1, had me wondering if I could make a day of it and go and see them[?]
When I mentioned this to sushilord he surprised me by agreeing that a day out might be fun.
So we drove the long way around (about 1100 km) to get to the event and all up managed to find 27 caches and attend the event
A very relaxing day filled with great scenery, lots of laughs, some interesting historical sites and a great big, yummy hamburger and chips for tea at the Kaniva Roadhouse [^].
Nice quick find albeit I did look elsewhere before finding this.
The camo blends in very well but that tiny protrusion allowed me to see enough that I put my hands on it first

Have replaced the log and removed the old scraps of paper. If the CO would like them please email your address and I can post the old log sheets. Good camo. Missed it yesterday when I was here at the Day care centre for a singing gig. Came back for a proper look today and was rewarded with a smiley! Cache #2188.
